I got both the 40 and 42. I could have gone with either, but I wanted the space in the 42 for my butt to sit down and dance etc. Going to a summer wedding is always a sweaty affair and I'd rather have comfort than skin-tight. Loved this Moschino print!

I rented this for a Moderism event and it was spot on perfect. This dress runs big for sure! Size down without a doubt. The colors are bright and fun. Its the perfect 70's party dress. For me, it would never be an everyday dress. Its just a bit over the top. So perfect for my event.

I wore this to a bachelorette party and it was the perfect combination of fun, flirty, mod, and classy, with a bit of humor in its oversized "bling." I paired it with purple tights for an extra whimsical look, and the 60s shift shape is just my style, but it is a boxy shape so don't expect something body-con. Maybe size down? I had been eyeing this dress on RTR for quite some time, and finally decided to rent it for a wedding. The colors are beautiful in person, however the cut of the dress isn't always the most flattering for curvy girls. It was a bit daring for a traditional wedding, and for such a loud dress, I only had one person comment on it. Not sure if that was a good thing. I probably wouldn't rent it again, but it was fun to try.

This dress was triple threat. I had my eye on this dress and decided to rent it for work. Glad I did! I did have a little difficulty with getting it over my head, but otherwise the dress was a great fit. Received tons of compliments on how 'fun' the dress was.

Size down, its overall a large fit. I'm a hourglass and busty (34E) and the size 40 (2) fits me great along the bust and shoulders, lots of room straight down. Heavier fabric, very comfortable. It may be a bit long for my height but I don't care because this dress is darling. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the zipper isn't budging. I had to pull it over my head, which worked okay, I was grateful. Keep that in mind in case you order it!

I wore the size 40, which is a size 2. The dress ran big so I definitely could have worn a 0 for a tighter fit. I got so many compliments and the dress stood out for sure with it's bold print. I would for sure recommend this dress!

Ordered this for my bachelorette party and had a blast wearing the fun print. The one I received was starting to look slightly worn, white threads showing through the black print. Very flattering cut.

First, let me address the quality. It is a VERY well constructed dress. I was incredibly surprised; the picture does not even begin to do this dress justice! It was so fun to wear. I wore this piece to work, and then transitioned to an engagement party that night. When you put this piece on, you can't help but smile. It's so different, bold, and unexpected. A fun pattern makes this ultra mod Boutique Moschino shift super unique. Running true to size with some stretch in the fabric we recommend sizing up for backup. The shift bodice allows for room in the midsection and hips and while the bust is the most fitted part of the dress it is comfortable and great for any cup size. At 5'7" this dress hit at about mid-thigh on me. Pair with simple heels and a bracelet.

Runs large. The material is much thicker than I was expecting, otherwise would have loved it. Is looking a bit faded and worn, must be a popular rental.

So fun! Fits like a shift dress. Only con is that the armholes were a little tight on me. Fabric is thick and kept its shape- no wrinkling.

Loved it and got "cool dress" compliments all day. Wore with patent black brogues to dress it down for work (i work at school). It was an acceptable length on me and I'm 5'11" . It was maybe a few inches from my knees. It was a little baggy at the back from the zipper but I have curvy waist, so this isn't an uncommon thing when I wear shirt dresses! Very cute! Did notice there was a small pull at the bottom of the dress and it looked like a thread had been pulled out, but it was small enough that it wasn't noticeable unless you were looking for it!

This dress is adorable and runs big (it's also pretty boxy). I could have easily worn the 2. The material is really thick and I ended up wearing this to work (instead of a night out) because the length was pretty conservative- it hit me at the knee. Otherwise, very eye-catching and colorful.

I loved this dress and I wanted it to work so badly, but it just wasn't flattering on me. I'm big chested and short, so I looked like I was wearing a bejeweled bag. However, my friend wore it since her dress didn't work out, and it was adorable on her. She's very small up top and bigger in the hips/legs.
