Dress was comfortable and stretchy, while being elegant and timeless.

This dress hugs your curves and isn’t too tight, I would say it’s a little less forgiving in the tummy area, but nothing some shape wear underneath can’t fix. It’s stunning and elegant!

I did not end up wearing as I was afraid it was too long and wanted to be able to dance but the dress is fantastic. So elegant

Absolutely loved this dress. Stunning and comfortable. I worse it to a black tie wedding in manhattan and it was perfect. Only thing I would say is if you are ordering a petite, I would size up.

Overall a great option, lots of compliments, very comfortable, but a little long for me. I poured myself into the size 4 and wore 3" heels and the length issue was fine. Glad I was indoor on carpet! The dress had some stretch so it was very forgiving. Definitely recommend!

Tons of compliments. Easy to wear. Didn’t wear a traditional bra, wore tape instead but didn’t have to. I’m 5’4 and needed pretty high heels but length was perfect with petite. Would absolutely rent again. Would even consider buying.

My backup size was a 4R and it was a bit longer. I received lots of compliments. What sold me on this precise dress was one of the women said she looked like a senator’s wife!! I thought, yes, that sounds perfect. It’s comfortable but it needs to be slipped overhead and I had to play with the sash. Worth the effort. There is also a little train in the back. Picked this dress for a black tie event for work. I received many compliments and felt professionally glamorous. The collar was not awkward to wear - though the single sleeve was slightly restrictive. The material is beautifully constructed and very comfortable.

This is lovely! I was worried it would be too long since the petite wasn't available but it was the perfect length. Felt very comfortable and perfect for a black and white ball.

Loved this dress! I'm 5'8" and the length was perfect for flats-showed my toes and there was a tiny train that didn't get in the way. Material was stretchy but smooth and expensive looking. The white part adds some fun accent. My event didn't have dancing but if you were raising your arms it might not be ideal since the white isn't fully attached and the 1 sleeve is pinned down.

I'm like water, I like to find the most efficient path... simple & uncomplicated. My rental with RTR could not have been an easier & more pleasant experience! I wore this to a gala in DC. It caught my eye right away after being introduced to RTR about 4 weeks before by a friend (thank you, friend!). I took a chance & decided last minute (3 days before event) to try on some gowns. It was shipped to an address in DC (I live in a different state) and arrived the evening after I ordered it!). Finding dresses that I don't have to tug, adjust, or be on alert when wearing them is rare, but this dress was such a comfortable fit! I have never been more relaxed at a formal event. Based on the reviews, it's like the pants from the Sisterhood of Traveling Pants...one size miraculously molds to the wearer & makes different shaped bodies all look great. At the end of the 5 hours, my husband had to make me take it off. FIT: The 2R was a smidge loose around chest & hips, but the cut helped give me hips. The material & design give it so much elegance, &, it did not wrinkle easily! B/c a petite was not available, the R left a few inches of material around the bottom (it has a slight train, but only 1 person stepped on the dress). I'm not sure how, but I could still walk without lifting the hem. NOTE: 1. Step into the dress from the zipper side (L), VS pulling over the head, 2. put hand in sleeve (on R) & 3. duck under the sash (this sits OVER the sleeve). SHIPPING: Wow! Impressively EASY! Arrived quickly. 5 dresses in one bag (went with subscription), each on hangers and labeled. Replaced label with the one provided in the bag. Had UPS pickup in a different state. Bam!

Loved this dress! It was tricky to put on. Had to go over the head with one arm up and one down, but once it was on and the white sash was in place-- gorgeous! Wore to black tie wedding. Many compliments that I looked like Audrey Hepburn. The dress is long and has a bit of a train. I wore kitten heels because we were on grass. The hem is raw, looked unfinished. My friends told me designers dresses usually have raw hems because you would always get it tailored. This is the one downside to renting I suppose

I wear either a 14 or 16. Both fit and the 14 was probably what I should have worn, a little tighter/closer to the body, but because this was a work gala and I was meeting many for the first time I was more conservative and selected the 16R, which worked great. I would definitely rent this again. As others say - the neck and arm piece can get a little tricky and you need to be mindful of it, but bottom line is it’s a great dress. I am 5’11” (6’ with heels and I wore a low heel w/ this dress) and I weigh 176-178 lbs.

The fabric has a very nice weight and feel and a little bit of stretch. The 4P was a good length on me at 5’2” with heels. It was perfect for a black tie wedding.

The dress is well made and is a timeless style. It fits true to size and isn’t skin tight. There is a very short train on the dress that can get stepped on if dancing at a wedding, but is a non-issue overall. I got multiple compliments and fabulous pictures with this dress, my mom likes it so much that she wants me to purchase!

It is a very classy dress. Normally, I wear a size 4 but did need to size up to a 6.

I rented this for a corporate black tie function and received many compliments. I will say it’s challenging to get into - the neckline is complicated and I had to take it off and put it back on several times before I got it right. But once in it was very comfortable and looked great. I’m 5’6”, 149 lbs, 34c, hourglass shaped and the 8 fit me perfectly and the length was perfect with 3” heels

The wedding officiant stopped me immediately after the nuptials to compliment the dress. I’m 5’9” and mostly legs and was hesitant to wear flats. If you are neither tall nor leggy plan to wear heels. The one shoulder detail is “removable” and moves around a bit if you bend over.

I got the chance to wear this gorgeous dress for a formal military event. There aren’t enough words to describe how perfect this dress is. I went with the size 8R and while it was snug, it gelt just right. If you are in-between two dresses.. pick this one. We got so many compliments throughout the night.

A little long but I’m short. If it were available, I would have rather had an 8P. Loved this dress and got the so many compliments. A classy look with a twist. Get this dress!
