I absolutely adore this dress! It’s very comfortable, nicely made, hugs my curves and received lots of compliments. A bit long but worth wearing.

A little tough to zip up over the waste line but once it's on it fits snug and feels light. The liner is slimming which creates a body glove affect. I will be buying this dress.

Wore twice to work. Once without a cami (but it was low!). Very work appropriate and nothing crazy but cute and professional.

Great option if you want a quick and easy statement for business. The low cut top is easily solved with a safety pin so don’t let that discourage you. I felt sexy but with plenty of coverage.

This dress is really classy and beautiful. Kind of like wearing a suit. The 14 wasn't available so I got the 16. It fit but it was overall just a bit too big. I think the 14 would have been perfect. It's really nice and thick material.

Love it! Beautifully cut, comfortable and fit like a dream. Depending on the designer I am between an 8/10. I wore the 10 in this and it was perfect. I did wear a bandeau bra as the dress on its own is a bit too low cut for work. I will definitely rent this again!

I needed a sophisticated outfit for a meeting and this was perfect. I have an hourglass/ figure. My bottom half is larger than the top (flat chested). Bottom fit amazing, but the top portion was way too big and I need to wear a cami to keep everything hidden. Other than that, it was comfortable, beautiful, and the perfect outfit.

Runs true to size. I didn't love the fit of the dress on me, but it was good for mixing up my work wardrobe (with a cami under it). It was definitely too low cut on me without it.

I loved this dress. It ran small but still fit. The neckline seems like it runs open to your waist. Ladies with bigger girls will need a cami underneath. Very hard to zip in the belt area. I could not zip or unzip without help.

The reason I'm doing 4 instead of 5 stars because (as other reviews have noted), this can be quite low cut. As a more endowed woman, this made me uncomfortable for work without an undershirt. You know those outfits that make you feel like a million bucks? This is one of those. The fit was perfection, the fabric weight was luxe. EVERY person I saw the day I wore it complimented me. I decided it was too perfect to send back.

The dress is really comfortable and great for work, although I had to wear it with a slip underneath to prevent the top from showing too much. The sleeves are just the right amount of poofy and the shape of the dress is really flattering.

I LOVED this dress. It's such a nice mix of business professional and style. Really well made. I probably could have gotten away with an 8 in the waist/hips, but I have broad shoulders and the 10 was necessary for the shoulders to be comfortable and not feel tight. Because I needed the shoulder room, it was slightly big in the bust and I used a safety pin to keep it closed so I wouldn't worry about it during the meeting. Got lots of compliments from both male and female coworkers!

This dress will grow on you. I liked it when I first put it on, but it wears great throughout the day, no wrinkles and hugs your curves as you move. Shoulders are a tad much and you definitely need a cami underneath for work - it's not even close - but material, color, length and waistline are fabulous.

Like others said, definitely needs a cami underneath so I accented it with red-and a red necklace and shoes. Got so many compliments and felt amazing in it. Safe enough in length for this older lady to wear it!

Wore this for a dinner out at a tradeshow. Comfortable and cute. The only thing I did not like is that it was a little low cut and the top kept opening up.

This was a high quality dress and I would have given 5 stars, but it did take a few pins to get the top to stay in place.
