This dress was perfect to wear to a formal wedding. It had pockets, which is always a plus, and I received many compliments! It was very flattering in both the fit and the length.

Rented this for a black-tie formal awards gala. Material was light & had some (but not much) give. The hemline was a unique & interesting piece. Neckline and upper portion was form-fitting & flattering. Would definitely wear again!

This dress fit perfectly everywhere except the bust. With or without a bra, the bust didn’t have enough fabric so it kept pulling the waistline upwards. I had to adjust my strapless bra a lot to avoid it creating a weird shape. However it was a perfect black tie dress and I got lots of compliments.

Because I know this info helps me when I’m looking at reviews of a dress: 5’6, 160lb, bigger in my hips and thighs, I’m a mom so I am self conscious about my postpartum belly. Felt good in this dress considering all of that.

I have wide ribs and a large bust. The size 16 was a perfect fit when I tried it on but I was worried how it would feel when I sat or moved around. My worries quickly disappeared as I found this to be a very comfortable dress. I received lots of compliments! Simple and elegant.

I ordered this dress as a backup and it ended up being my favorite. I wasn’t sure what the skirt did from other posts. It has a beautiful slit up one leg that is created by the way the fabric is pleated across the bodice. It is not super high so it is fun yet still modest. If you are standing still, you don’t really see the slit just when you move/walk/dance. It fit perfectly. I wore a nude colored strapless bra that was fully covered by the dress.

Love this dress! I wore to a NYE wedding. It was very comfortable and flattering I received tons of compliments. I am 5’9” and wore maybe 1/2” block heels and the dress just touched the ground.

(5'4, 36DD, 160LBS) This is a beautiful dress. I felt confident and amazing in it the whole night. I usually wear size 8-10 and the 10 fit me better because I have a larger chest. Zipper around the seam was a little hard to get up and down but as long as there is enough fabric it will zip, just be patient. So, in conclusion, Definitely size up if you have a large chest. For the taller girlies, I'd also get the long option, because regular was PERFECT for me with heels.

I have a large chest (36DD) and smaller waist, so often have problems finding dresses to fit my top half. This dress was SO flattering and I got so many compliments. Great drama to this dress. Loved the neckline and the skinny straps. I'm 5'2" and the dress definitely dragged on the ground, even with my tall heels, but it wasn't that big of a deal because the shorter front of the skirt allowed me to walk.

Wore this to black tie fundraiser for local charity. It was important to dress formal but considered distasteful if extremely flashy. This dress was perfect and I received quite a few compliments. It's versatile and easy to accessorize. I chose black heels, chandelier earrings, and matching bracelet. I could've worn my hair up or down. It's very fitted at chest, so only challenge was finding the right strapless bra. When I walked, the dress had a fun floating feeling. I wish I owned it.

Great cut, nice fabric, everything was perfect. I'm 5'7" and wore 3 inch heels. The length of the dress was perfect. I have a smaller bust so I generally don't have to worry about fitted tops but it's definitely something to be aware of for larger ladies as there is no stretch.

Rented this for a black tie wedding I attended this summer and it was such a beautiful gown! It was made with quality fabric, fit pretty well and I absolutely love the slit in the leg and overall structure of the dress. Only downfall is I have much bigger boobs (36DD or 36F depending on brand) compared to the rest of my body (apple shaped), so it was a bit tight on the upper portion, but fit wonderfully everywhere else. Received a lot of compliments on it, too.

Overall I was really happy with this dress. Like the title suggests, I wore this for an 80th birthday party. The top fit my 36DDD/F chest nicely (a little bulging at the armpits but nothing major. The rest of the dress was a bit large but I can't really complain. Overall I was really happy with this rental and with RTR as a whole.

I ordered this dress in an 8L, my usual size, but it wasn't available when the weekend came. Fortunately the 6L, which was originally my backup, fit great. The top was tight, but from the waist seam down the dress has a lot of room - great if you've ever had a baby or want to actually eat at the event. I'm 5'11" and the Long was ACTUALLY long enough!! I love this brand and honestly didn't even want to return this dress. I will be planning to order this brand again in the future. Great first experience with RTR!

Dress ran small so ordered up after reading other reviews. I usually wear a 10 0r 12I am 5/6" and the dress in a R was a bit long even with heels. I never had to tug at, I am a bit chesty wore a good strapless bra and control tops for a great smooth fit which evan gave me a waist and I my age (60) thats hard to do. Great Dress, I would order it again. Wore to a black tie wedding outside under a tent on the water.
