I have an extreme apple shaped body and this dress fit better than expected! In a last attempt at finding a dress I ordered it and it worked perfectly! I loved it so much it was hard to send it back! Because of my body shape and size it's hard to go off of reviews because there weren't many people reviewing with my similar body. I hope this review can help a plus sized women find a beautiful comfortable dress!

Wore this to the Met opera and it was a show stopper

It fit true to size, the neckline fit well but I do have fairly broad shoulders. The waist was a bit large (you can see me holding in in the photos) but nothing a bit of pinning wouldn't fix. I wore platforms instead of heels and the bottom didn't drag, it was the perfect length!

I had a hard time keeping it on my shoulders but it covered my rolls very well

chose this without tights for NYE! it was so beautiful when dressed up, made me feel glam. the top allows you to push it down off the shoulders more for a deeper neckline. i think this could be a great wedding guest dress, it's easy to dance and move in.

Such a great dress for a fancy event. It's extremely sliming but the best part is the ruffles placement cover all of the bumps and lumps you wouldn't want to accentuate. Loved this dress.

LOVED THIS DRESS! It was actually my third back-up dress because the first two I ordered were unavailable! RTR overnighted the dress to me (so thankful) for my boyfriends Red Leg Military Ball. I am 5'3", 135 lbs., 34B bust and with the maybe 3-inch heels I had on, it was the perfect length and fit great. When I first put it on I thought to myself, "Do I kinda look like a salsa or cabaret dancer...?". I didn't! It was an elegant, yet SUPER FUN dress. I felt like my dress stood out over the other dresses at the ball...and my favorite, it was so early to dance in! My boyfriend and I tore up the dancefloor and bars afterward with no problems! 11/10 would recommend this dress! Don't need a lot of jewelry either. I nice pair of earrings and you're golden!

I LOVE this dress!!! First of all, it is EXTREMELY comfortable! I would say it fit true to size and was very figure flattering. I have hips and a butt and the way the ruffles are sewn was very beautiful and accentuated my curves in a very feminine way! This was such a good choice for the event I went to. It was a Hindu wedding, so it had to be more conservative than my typical choice for a black tie event and when I placed the order, I was nervous it wouldn't really be a show piece, but I can say I was surprising wrong! The pictures don't do it justice and I had people coming up to me all night asking where I got the dress and telling me how stunning it looked! Definitely a show stopper!! I actually am considering buying it because you can never have too many good black dresses! Such a staple!

I love this dress. I rented it early to see if it will be something I'd like to wear to a black tie event I have latter in the month. LOVE. Perfect for my curves and flattering in all the right places. I'm on the taller side (5'7") and have a longer torso. The L was a perfect option for me and will be even better with the heals I anticipate wearing.

I loved wearing this dress to a spring black tie wedding! It was incredibly comfortable while also extremely flattering- and even showed off my shoes :). It was a bit low in the front but in a good way- though I could probably have sized down and been just fine. I'm 5'7 and the long was a perfect length. Would definitely rent again!

I would say this dress is true to your regular size. I am 6'1 and the length was perfect. The ruffles hid all my "trouble" areas and made me feel confident all night. It was easy to dance in and I received a ton of compliments. I could not recommend it more! The only thing that was kind of annoying was that the zipper was difficult to get up in one section because of the ruffles.

Wore this to a formal dinner gala for work; looked elegant and was super comfy; cut made it so I wasn't self-conscious about my belly. Got lots of compliments. Wore with gold earrings and gold heels.

Hugs curves in all the right places and the ruffle accents are flattering. I'm 5'8" and wore a 3" heal. The high-low hemline is dramatic and got me a lot of compliments.

Train in back - west higher heels. Loved dancing like a salsa girl in it :) Elegant black dress. A bit loose in the chest area so get double sided tape. Recommend renting it it was a fun dress.

I didn't wear this, but kept it as my backup through several rounds of Unlimited shipments. The fit was nice, it was comfortable, but it just wasn't quite as WOW as the top choices I ended up with. It felt a little frumpy until I pulled the shoulders down. The longer flowing back of the skirt was a bit short for a Long. If you want ease, comfort, and to disguise problem areas, with a bit of flirty style, you will love this!

I'am 5'7, without pumps, the tail will be almost on the ground. I did wear heels, so it works well. Size 4R fits me well, but still a little loose on the waist. My friends said it looks even better from back. Received a lot of compliments. I really don't want to return it!

This is one of my most favorite rentals ever. It's so glam but still comfortable and effortless. I was worried about tripping over the train (or having someone else step on it) but once I put heels on, it was no problem. I didn't need to wear shapewear for this dress - it was pretty well constructed and hid all my main problem areas. I did wear a strapless bra - I think the shoulders are too wideset for a normal bra. The picture doesn't do the dress justice!!

I was invited to attend a fundraiser event and did not realize that it was formal until shortly before the date! Thank God for RTR! I was hesitant about ordering online since I am a plus sized girl...but this dress could not have fit any better! The ruffles helped me feel flawless and covered troublesome tummy spots. The sleeves gently covered my batwing arms! I felt fairly flawless in this dress! The only teeny tiny problem I had was zipping it up- and that was only because ruffles tend to get in the way. Would I recommend this "little black dress?" Oh MY GOSH YESSS! RTR was so easy and effortless that I'm planning to attend another black tie event I wouldn't have dreamed of going to (since I don't have the struggle of dress shopping anymore)!
