I wore this to speak on a panel at a conference and thought it was beautiful. Wore spanx underneath to keep everything the right shape with my postpartum body. Definitely size up. I'm a pear shape 4 top/8 bottom and the 10 was the right size for me

With the blouses top to enhance my small top and pencil skirt to hug my lower curves, it couldn't fit or looked better.

So flattering. Held in the tummy around all the right places with thicker material for skirt and sheer blousy top lays perfectly. Cute with black or blue shoes.

Love this dress, so comfortable and good fit at the waist and shoulders. Not too tight on the hips. The blue on top is more obvious in person but doesn't show up much in photos. My coworkers (who know I use RTR) kept telling me I should jus let keep this one!

Wore this for a press conference in NYC. The mesh sleeves showed bra straps, so I wore a cami bra. Has a nice thick material. No stretch up top, but comfortable in the skirt

It had a little weird buckle at the hip but it was so slight. Otherwise I loved this dress. Wish I could have kept it! RTR was so great -- I needed a larger size and they quickly overnighted it to me. I am so thankful for this great customer service!

Love this dress. Rented for work, worn to a show as well. Felt elegant and sharp in it, professional and like a boss. The bottom runs a little tight, but it's perfectly wearable without spanx. If you're curvy on your bottom half, maybe consider sizing up. The button sleeve details feel so special, but it's so subtle it doesn't read as too sexy for work. You do have to wear a strapless bra.

This dress was great--sophisticated but not fussy. The sleeves and the button details really add to the classic look of the dress. I found this dress to run true to size, but the skirt portion does show lined from underwear/tights, so one piece shape-wear should be a consideration.

Perfect fit. Can be dressed up or for work. Color hard to see on photo, but navy top, black skirt. Beautiful detail. I'll be wearing it for a family event with heels-can't wait!

This dress was a conversation starter at work. It has nice details from the navy/black color block, to the sheer sleeves with button lining. I'm usually a size 4/6 but squeezed into a 2 and it worked.

This dress was great! It was a little big around the waist but that may have just been a sizing thing with my body because that happens often. The sleeves aren't quite long enough to size down if you have longer limbs. But overall this is a well made, professional, cute dress!

This dress looks gorgeous on, so polished and well fitted. But it loses a star because of very noticeable bra straps. I wore a camisole, but that detracted from the look, and even a bra that matches your skin tone would be visible, thus ruining the professional look of the dress. It's fussy. Also, I'm in between an 8 and 10 and the 10 is tight- this runs small. I like it, but it could be better.

This is a perfect dress for work. Very professional and it looks as if it's a skirt and shirt but it's not and serves the purpose of a dress or skirt. It showed my stomach a bit but thankfully the bottom is black so that helps. It runs small. I usually wear a 2 or 4 but I wore a 6 and it fit me quite snug and it was tough to put in. There is a zipper on the side. I would definitely rent this again for work

I wore this to a conference and really loved the whole top/skirt dress combo. Was overall pretty flattering and I ended up not wearing spanx. I did forget to bring a bra that I could alter the straps so they ended up showing through the fabric :/ the button details were really nice but the edges of the sleeves were a little frayed. Nothing anyone else would have noticed.

Beyond gorgeous... but sadly, a bit too tight in the midsection (not the dresses fault, just my own indulgence!). I just started RTR Unlimited as motivation to get back in shape, so will definitely give this another go... may still size up, as the sleeves were a tad short and the waist a bit high.

I got this dress for a work meeting, I loved the navy blue top with the button detail. It was form hugging and flattering. My only con was the slit in the back, it folded weird when I sat down, so when I stood up the slit came out in different angles.

I have rented this dress before and I love it. However, this time the dress arrived to me missing one button on the sleeve and with a pull/run in the chest area. The fabric on the top is very delicate, like a chiffon type material which I suppose is easy to tear. The fit is snug in the waist, like an hourglass type fit.

I have never been able to find a pencil skirt I can wear because my hips are too wide and my waist is too small-- I always have that extra material at the top. This dress does an amazing job of the illusion of pencil skirt with top- would rent again. Has a lot of stretch to it too- would be bump friendly!

I wore this to a memorial service. It was pretty and stylish and quite comfortable to sit and walk around in. Bonus points for packing well-no wrinkles or crinkles!

It was a little tight around my hips, but that was just me. The fabric felt great and it was very comfortable.

This dress is beautiful. Fit me like a glove and I got so many compliments. There is a little stretch which was good for my 17 week baby bump. Probably could have gone with the 10 so I had a little more room, but overall can't complain about this piece.

Love this classy dress! I'm 5'10 and it was a very appropriate length for work. Form fitting through the skirt but very tastefully and very flattering hiding all flaws with no need for spanx! Lots of compliments!
