I absolutely loved this dress! It was perfect for a formal spring wedding. The straps added personality to a simple black dress. I did have to safety pin the sleeves to my bra strap to help it from sliding down.

Didn’t need to wear a bra, held the girls in just right.

I chose this dress at the last minute when RTR notified me that my original dress would not be available in time for my event. I wasn’t sure how I would like this since it was a little more conservative than I was going for, but I absolutely loved it! It is the perfect simple dress, and the material is stretchy which makes it comfortable. Someone said I was channeling Audrey Hepburn in this dress, that’s all I needed to hear! :) P.S. I did have to safety pin the straps to my bra as some other reviewers wrote. The straps fall down easily.

This dress is very flattering, 4 and 6 were a close fit, but 4 too big on bust. Clean classic look, very comfy fabric, not too thin. Loved the length, I am 5' 6. Would rent again!

Perfect fit. I am between sizes 16 & 14, both fit well but I went with 16 so I wouldn't have to wear a bra. I am 5'4 and 180lbs roughly, this dress made me look and feel so beautiful! This was a summer wedding and I was not too hot, it is not too thick for summer but could be perfect for fall too if matched with some hose.

I wore this dress to my friends birthday party. Overall the dress was a little big and I wished I had sized down. The sleeves were a fun detail, but kept falling off my shoulder. Also a little big in the waist.

Worked perfectly for a work conference in Vegas. It's the perfect mix of a slightly conservative dress with some flare on the shoulders. Definitely more fun than a plain black dress and I got tons of compliments. Would rent again!

I love this dress! The dress was lined and the fabric was heavy enough to hide any lumps and bumps on my body. Hugged all the right places and easily fit over my ample bosom. This dress made me feel gorgeous. It was also really comfortable!

I love this trendy Sculpted Shoulder Sheath by Badgley Mischka. Running true to size with some stretch, I recommend wearing your true size as your primary size and going one size up for backup. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and fitted at the hips. It works best for A-C cup sizes. You are not able to wear a standard bra with this dress so you should wear a strapless bra since it has a square neckline. At 5'5, the length hit knee length on me. The ruffled sleeves are the highlight of the dress and it will make you standout in the room. Pair with black heels and fun earrings to complete your outfit!

Wore this for a winter wedding. Ordered a 4 and 6 and wore the 4. I would say it runs big because it is not meant to be tight. I wanted it to be form fitting due to the over sized shoulder detail so I went with the smaller one. Overall I loved it and got many complaints. It was SO comfortable and the quality you could tell was high end.

I rented this for a formal Christmas party and I looked great for a mature gal! The material and design was luxurious. I was worried my arms may look bad but the sleeves are the focal point and I had many compliments. I could not think of any cons?? I would rent this exact dress again and I WISH it came in other colors. Except for being black-It would be a great dress to wear to a wedding.

This dress is kind of fun. I loved the sleeves on this dress, it's unique and super cute! The only issue I had with this dress is after I zipped it up, I felt like the upper back of the dress was loose and puffed out. I don't think anyone but me noticed.

My friend has worn it too and had a good experience. I'm a true 8. My hips re pretty wide. Fit great in the hips, was a little bit big in the boob/strap area. Wee bit. If I owned it I might take it in - but it was fine. I think if you have big hips and are flatchested it would not have worked. I have boobs.

I LOVE Badgley Mischa dresses. They are cut well for hourglass figures, great material, and designed with a bit of flare. This one did not disappoint.

It's a great solid option. Not the most unique but very beautiful thick fabric and flattering. 100% can't go wrong.

Good fit, hits right at knee. Shoulders are interesting but make the top have a square look. Fabric is good quality. Basic dress.

Flattering dress, great out outdoor even, the sleeves were not as fluffy as photo.

And sadly enough my back up dress didn't work either. The shoulders, while absolutely lovely would have stayed up only if I were willing to pin them to my bra. And the zipper! Not sure if designers realize there are many women who live alone and have one heck of a time zipping up a dress with an invisible zipper. I could not get this dress zipped up!

I needed a dress for an engagement party and the dress I had originally reserved was not avaialble for the days I needed it so RTR gave me this dress option as it was available in my size. The dress fit and I got a lot of compliments but the top of the dress where the ruffled "sleeves" are was just stetched out or just poorly made. I kept having to adjust them throughout the night. I just wasn't confortable.

The body of the dress fit great but the shoulder straps were too long. With the weight of the folded fabric, they kept flopping off my shoulders. I tried pulling the dress down but to get them to sit, it barely covered my chest. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to make it work or switch, such a disappointment.

This dress fit like a glove. The material is nice and dense.

The fabric has a bit of stretch to it which makes it very forgiving. The shoulder detail is really pretty and unusual but still very classic. I love that the bust is cut straight across so I can wear a standard bra rather than a strapless. The top ran a bit large on me but I like the idea of wearing the strap slightly off my shoulder. If you're renting 4-8 day, definitely do your normal size and one down to make sure you get the best fit.

The ruffled sleeves on this dress are fabulous! It really takes this "little black dress" up a notch!
