I see Hoda Kotb wear this one all the time on the Today show, so I had to do it ... and LOVED it. So flattering and perfect for work.

A beautiful fit and amazing color. Felt like luxury on. The sleeves make it trendy but not too young looking. Definitely ran a little big, in between a 2 and 4 and the 2 fit with extra space.

This dress was amazing. The sleeves were so unique. The color was amazing. The size was true, hit all the right places if her an Apple.

The dress was beautiful, figure hugging without being too revealing. The sleeves were the best (although you have to be careful when eating that they don't drag into your food!), they really top the dress off. It was comfortable and easy to wear, a great dress.

Gorgeous, flattering, high-quality dress. Perfect for an evening work event. Color is bright and gorgeous. V-neck doesn't show much cleavage. Dress has a good weight to it, being fully lined. The sleeves are lined in black fabric. Perfect to pair with black heels. Dress might be too long for petite women. At 5'8", this dress ended right below my knees. Dress runs true to size with enough room for larger chests. I am usually a size 10 on top and size 8 on bottom (5'8", 153 lbs, 36C). I am wearing this dress in size 8, which fit perfectly (with not much extra room at the chest, as expected).

The color is beautiful, the fit on my hourglass figure was wonderful but the sleeves is what brought this dress to life. I got non stop compliments. It's an elegant dress that can be worn for work or a special date night. This dress shall stay in my heart collection.

Ordered the size 8 with the 6 as the back-up. Both were flattering, but opted for the 6 as it fit just a wee bit better. I'm just shy of 5'11 and found the length perfect.

I have rented this one three times now. If I thought there was anyone left in my circle that hadn't seen me in it, I would probably buy it, but it is just too memorable! It is very flattering and form fitting but still appropriate for work. I often wear a 2 in a dress, but sized this one up since it was for work. It is lined very well so it doesn't show the cottage cheese curds. The color is a very powerful, no-nonsense blue. This is by far my most favorite rental item.

This was a beautiful and comfortable work dress. The sleeves give it drama and flair that I loved. I prefer my dresses to fit tight to slim but I felt the dress was baggy in the body area. But was easily able to hide that in photos

The dress is well-made and a beautiful color. It feels and looks very sophisticated. The length is knee length on regular and below the knee for petite women. The contrast color in the sleeves is very nice.

I wanted to love this dress so badly. The sleeves are fabulous, the fabric is heavy and forgiving, and the color is not your basic navy. But there was just something missing for me. I rented this and another dress for a work event, and I will end up wearing the other one. The fit is on the large end of true to size. I wear a 4 and the 4 was almost loose, but still a good fit. The fabric would hide body imperfections, too, so that is nice.

This was my first RTR dress. I was desperate to find a nice, conservative dress for my niece's wedding but couldn't afford to buy new. I usually wear an 8 at Banana Republic so I rented the 6 and 8. The 8 barely fit. Thank goodness for shapewear!! The dress was perfect and I received many compliments.

Flattering even while form-fitting due to sturdy/thicker drape - sleeves were unique and also warmer on a chilly evening - would totally wear again! So glad since this one the back-up dress in my order with the other two becoming not available last-minute!

I received this dress in great condition with the tags still on. The color and material are beautiful. The only reason I didn't wear it is because the length is a little long on my 4'11 frame. Would probably rent this for a more formal affair, but not for work as I had planned. Otherwise, a really nice dress!

I got tons of compliments on the color. But I'm an apple shape right now and shapewear was not able to conceal my stomach enough with this dress. But if you don't have that problem it should be fine. Very comfortable.

When I took the dress off the hanger I thought it was going to be too big but it fit so nicely and the material was stretchy but not cheap. The blue is lovely and looked great against my brown skin. The sleeves add a pop of drama, which was perfect for a work gala where I didn't want to be too flashy. I wore this with flats because I was working and running around quite a bit and still the dress looked classy and elegant.

Flattering fit

A beautifully constructed dress of smooth flowing fabric. The sleeves gave it panache and the color a bit of "pow!" Buff-colored pumps, a simple gold choker, cuff bracelet and drop earrings were perfect complements. It was perfect!

This dress fit perfectly and I felt stunning in it. It hugged my curves in the right places and was pretty comfortable to wear all night. I wore this to an evening work dinner and an evening networking reception. Since they were both fancier work events, this dressed worked perfectly. It was slightly low cut on me, but still work appropriate given I was attending evening events. I loved the sleeves and they worked out well-- I'm often concerned by sleeves like this that they might get in the way or be awkward/annoying, but they were pretty easy to control!

The cobalt blue color pops like crazy! The sleeves are lined in black satin and that accentuates the style and gives the dress some flare. I found the hips and rear end to be a tad to tight on me so I should have ignored the other reviews that said this runs big and ordered my normal size.

Best fit of anything I have rented, drapes well. The contrast inside the bell made it special, and tied in great with black patent pumps most everyone has. Expect I will rent it again!

This is an elegant, well-made dress. I think this was pretty true to size with a little extra room, so if you are between sizes (like I am), size down. The major setback for me on this dress was the length. At 5'4", it's just too long (covers knees completely, and then some) and wasn't flattering. The color is a very slightly muted cobalt, which is still fun, but not as bright as some other cobalt dresses out there. I would rent again, but a smaller size next time!
