Omg this is such an amazing classic dress with a chic twist with the sleeves. Felt very kardashian. Tie is adjustable so i think it would fit most shapes very well. Material is stretchy as well which i always like when i rent.

Slightly big in the waist but the bow allowed me to make it fit snug and give me a waist. Also a little long for my taste but is a safe length for work. Probably my favorite thing I've rented! Wore it for when I was filmed for a video at work!

Loved this - wore it three times. Considered buying. Fit well - I'm 5'3" and 135 pounds. 34B. It sat low on my hips but the tie fixed it.

I wore this to a business symposium and received many compliments. It does run slightly bigger, so definitely can size down. Overall everyone was impressed.

I was scared after reading the reviews about how this dress runs large, but when I received it, the tie at the waist made it easy to adjust it to fit nicely. I was pleasantly surprised at the materials used to make this dress. It's a heavyweight material so it was perfect for the cool fall NYC morning but flowy enough to be breathable when the temps heated up as the day wore on. I wore this dress to deliver my final oral defense for my master's thesis and it was perfect for the occasion: professional but with just a touch of personality. Went perfectly with my Valentinos. I wouldn't recommend this dress in the hottest months like July or August but all other months are fair game. I'm seriously thinking about buying this one.

Great, fitted shirt dress with front tie waist, and fun lining detail on cuffs interior. There are slits on side so pending height, this is on the shorter side. Quality thick material. Sophisticated with a touch of sexy.

Loved, loved, loved. At first I thought the fabric was too heavy but as soon as I put it on it was so comfortable and very flattery. Fits true to size and I would say if you're in between sizes size down

I really loved this dress. I wore it to a conference in vegas. It was professional and comfotrable all day. The fabric is very sturdy and thick. Excellent movement and the cut was fantastic. I usually have a hard time with shirt dresses because i have a large chest. There was plenty of room. It does run large, but the tied waist makes that not an issue. I also cuffed the sleeves as they were a bit long for me. It was the perfect outfit to look professional and then transition to dinner and then to drinks and gambling.

This was my favorite everyday/work rental in a long time! The quality is great and the fabric does not wrinkle. The pockets were the perfect touch. The striped cuffs are a nice touch, I just wish they had buttons to secure them back. Highly recommend!

I still wore it, but it was not that flattering on me. If the tie was adjustable up and down, it would have looked nicer. The belt hit me a hip height, and really couldn't cinch at the waist as shown in the picture.

The dress is timeless, elegant, and although it's black, the cuffs keep it interesting. The fabric feels luxurious, and drapes beautifully. I wore it on hot, humid summer day, and it was light enough to be comfortable. I will wear this a lot. Dress it up for work with slingbacks, dress it down on weekends with sandals, casual shoes/jewelry. A great staple in my wardrobe.

Would 100% rent again. I sized down bc other reviewers said it ran large I'm glad I did. So comfy and doesn't wrinkle much which is great for the #roadwarriors

Fit was slightly big, but I'm worried if I sized down it would be too fitted in the hips. If you are between sizes then I would size down. It was very slimming especially once the belt was tied. Slits were a tad high on the sides for the office so I wore with black tights. Received several compliments. You could tell the dress was well made and with quality fabric.

I'm an attorney and this was perfect for work. A little bug in the chest but overall very comfortable and flattering. I'll definitely rent again and remember to get a picture.

I'm fluctuating between a 10 and a 12 as I'm losing weight. I could have gotten away with a 10...there's some flexibility with the fit.

As soon as I slipped this dress on, I immediately felt more powerful, more stylish, and stood up straighter. Good dresses can have that effect on people. The material is smooth and forgiving, the pop of pattern at the sleeves adds that little something extra, and the length is appropriate enough to wear with stockings (or leggings when it got cold). I wore this once for a board meeting of a volunteer group of which I'm a member, and for work one day. Both days I felt like a million bucks, and even when I had to get up and present, I was confident that it hung well and looked good (but still work-appropriate). Two thumbs up - wish I owned!

This is a great work dress. It is very classy. It seems to run a bit large, but the tie in the middle helps. The material is thick, so it is great for cooler temps. This would be difficult to wear in the warmer months as a result. It is very comfortable and very forgiving.

Read reviews that it fit baggy and I would say that is true, so don't rent if you prefer more form fitting. I enjoyed the comfy loose fit. It is very high quality and wore twice before returning. It has pockets!

This dress looks great and feels like you’re wearing pajamas. I absolutely loved it. The fabric is a bit thick so it would not be great in warm weather, but it’s fantastic otherwise.

If anything, this dress runs large and I would size down if your between sizes.

Only con with this gorgeous dress would be the sleeves. Would love if they designed for the sleeves to comfortably fold up to show the stripes. Otherwise exactly as I expected. Gorgeous.
