Looked ok once I safety pinned straps but would’ve been much better one size down

I LOVE this dress! I’ve rented a similar style from the same designer before and they both fit perfectly. The high low skirt is perfect for taller women. It never looks too short. I’m 5’-11” and chose to wear flats with this dress, due to our event being on a lawn. Although, even if I was wearing heels, I do think this dress shortens your body a little. It might not be the best choice for women who are smaller stature. The skirt has pockets and this dress is surprisingly comfortable. The skirt is heavyweight brocade (almost drapery like,) material. So, it wouldn’t be great in hot climates, but is lovely if it’s a little cool. One of my favorite rentals and I will rent this again if given the opportunity!

I loved this dress so much! I really think it’s the prettiest dress I’ve ever worn (maybe 2nd to my wedding dress). I normally wear size 4-6 but the only sizes available were longs but that seemed to work okay. I definitely needed heels to make it work. I’m 5’6”, 140 lbs and the 4L was great, 4R probably would have worked better though. Some comments mentioned the straps being too long but didn’t have any issues with that. I have a long torso so maybe that’s why? I wear a 34DD and prefer to wear a bra when I can and I was able to wear a strapless bra under this. It was so pretty and comfortable, I loved the pockets. I didn’t even try on my back up dress because this one was perfection. I wish I got more pictures in it!

Perfect fit, true size and very elegant, loved the dress. Felt comfortable in the dancing floor, had the perfect length. I'm 5'6, 140 lbs and a 34DD cup. I received many compliments, I actually felt bad having to return it. I was originally a bit hesitant about renting it out since the wedding was in early January and I was looking for a more solid color and I was trying to stay away from flowers, but luckily it worked out just fine. Perfect for an outdoor Floridian wedding, it was beautiful...

Perfect fit! No bra necessary. This dress, alone, will make a huge statement! I felt beautiful in it. I received compliments on it the entire evening! The BRIDE called me the following day to tell me I was the "talk of the town" among her wedding guests! Made me feel pretty damn special.

I wore this dress a black tie wedding. It was super comfortable, and I felt great! In person, the fabric is very high quality and expensive looking, compared to how it looked in pictures. Some notes on the size: the straps were too long for me, which resulted in a very low and slightly loose v-neck. Since I have a smaller bust, I didn't feel uncomfortable with it, but I had to be extra conscientious as I was sitting or bending over to avoid a nip slip situation (tape recommended!). This dress was also noticeably longer on me than on the model (where it appears almost mid-calf). On me, the high/low feature was less high and more low. It was just high enough to see my shoes, and the back was almost a mini-train, which I didn't mind. This dress is only really fitted to the upper body, so in retrospect I wish I would have sized down, since my upper body is smaller than my lower. Overall, great mix of fun, unique and classy for a black tie affair!

Great dress for black tie optional. Fit in with others who wore long dresses and those went short. I got lots of compliments. I did use some fashion tape to keep the top from moving around.

I love this dress. It has pockets, I was able to wear flats at the end of the night and it still looked cute. The top part is tricky and I taped my boobs. But I would wear this dress again in a heart beat.

Really loved this dress! The material is very flattering and I loved the pockets. The only thing I’ll say is I wish it had strap adjusters. The straps were too long for me and it made it too busty. I tied the straps in the back with a hair tie to keep it up and keep me from falling out!

This dress was the perfect dress for a family wedding. I wanted something that: a) flatters my curve and hides my mom pouch, b) looks formal but still cute and sexy! The floral pattern looked really nice during the day and the material isn’t too dark at night. Also not too heavy to wear. You’ll have to of course lift the dress but it was breathable. The only thing I had to adjust was the straps and I also used fashion tapes to help them stay put. I used silicon bras without straps or back to show more cleavage and lifted my breasts.

Loved this dress- compliments all night. Understated elegance. The sheen to the bottom half is STUNNING. Wore boob tape to keep the girls up and it worked perfectly. Flattering shape that accommodates bloat BEAUTIFULLY.

This was my back up dress so I didn’t have me up wearing it but I would rent it again.

This dress was great for me, I am taller than average. The straps were just a tad long but they didn’t cause me an issue.

Gorgeous dress! Fits true to size. It is low cut- if you have a larger chest you'll be showing cleavage. If you're small up top like me- no problems lol. I wore pasties and skipped a bra- no worries all night! I'm shorter- 5'3", the front was the perfect length to still see my shoes and the back was longer almost like a little train. Loved it and felt so pretty all night!

Runs completely true to size except for (as others have mentioned) long straps. I'm 5'4" with a short torso and a C cup bra, and the 4 fit like a glove other than the straps kept slipping all night. Would definitely recommend though, especially if do you have a longer torso!

This was a very beautiful dress, but I wish I had been able to get a smaller size as a back up option, as the straps were a little too long, as many people had mentioned in reviews. I was able to salvage it by pinning the straps for the night and I still really liked the way it looked. I wore it to a black tie optional wedding in Aug and it wasn't too hot, so it ended up being perfect for the occasion.

This is a wonderful dress that fits true to size. The straps were a little long on me and I had to tie them together in the back, FYI. Got lots of compliments and was very comfortable all night. Gorgeous material and style.

I loved wearing this dress so much, I didn’t want to take it off! I felt so elegant, even being pregnant in June. Perfect for a black tie wedding and plenty of room for a 26 week baby bump. I wore the 12 but probably would have been better off in a 10 had it been available. Like everyone has mentioned, it was very low cut in the front and the straps don’t adjust. I was able to sharpie 2 pieces of dental floss and tie the straps in the back in 2 places to create a racer back which worked great! A must rent in my book.

I have rented this dress three times now in different colors. I am 5'9" and wore 3" heels. Runs just a smidge large. I am 150lb here and wore 4L. Have worn the 2L 10 pounds ago :)

Beautiful dress. The straps were a little big, but that can be easily fixed with a Racerback Bra Clip, available on Amazon for $7.50

I was 2 weeks post partum here. The dress allowed me to breastfeed and was flattering on my tummy but the top half was very large and revealing. I wore a little black blazer on top and was perfect.

This was actually my backup dress and I loved it more than the other one I originally rented. It fit me perfectly, and the straps were just long enough. The pockets were even better and I received so many compliments on this dress.

Straps were long, I needed a ribbon to tie them together but all worked out fine- easy to dance in this dress

Loved the pockets! I usually wear a 0-2, went with a 4R to accommodate my pregnancy. Little tight on my baby bump (25wks) but still comfortable and very flattering! I’m also a shorty at 4’5” but some small heels, the dress was the perfect length.

I felt great in this and got so many compliments! Pre-pregnancy I was a 4/6. I tried the 6R first and it was a little tight on the top of my bump and way too long. I'm 5'6" and the 8 Petite fit great! It still touched the floor with no shoes and was a little long in the torso but worked well regardless.

Loved this dress that I wore to a black tie wedding. I was 25 weeks pregnant and the front of the dress was so flattering on a growing midsection. I received so many compliments and would definitely recommend renting this dress for a formal event.

I really wanted the dress and all that was available was a 2L so I was hopeful but I have never fit into a size two before but it fit and I was so glad I ordered it! The straps were not too long. I didn't need to use tape. I had on 3 inch heels and it was the perfect length. I only added a belt to accessorize. It was so comfortable and you can't beat having pockets. I loved this dress.

I am 5'8'' and wearing 4-inch heels and the dress is off the ground. Though halfway through the party and I ditched the heels and it wasn't a problem (no tripping). My measurements say that I am a 36DD but measured I am 38in just below my boobs (my bras are always small haha) and it fit great. It was enough to cinch in my waist but still be comfy, be able to breathe and eat. The other reviews that say the straps are REAL long and your boobs are out and proud are true. If that's what you are going for you look great while doing so, I almost left the dress as-is, but I ended up putting a paper clip on the back of my dress to pull the straps in and with a little bit of double-sided tape and I was more comfy and secure to dance and party all night. LOVED this dress, would love to buy it one day. This is a great dress for curvy girls that may not like their belly area (that's what I was looking to disguise) that want an alternative to the plain bag dresses and the bandage dresses.

I loved this dress, it was comfortable, classy and just a tiny sexy. Absolutely perfect for an outdoor wedding! I got tons of compliments!
