Perfect dress for a small chested person. Extremely form hugging - had lots of compliments!

Loved this dress and how it fit but was just a bit too long with the heels I had (I'm 5'2"). It was really comfortable and flattering.

This dress ended up being a last minute pick after a back up size wasn't in stock and it turned out to be the perfect dress for the wedding. The cut was great, the length was perfect, it was a nice stretchy but still form fitting material... which worked well for sitting in the church and being out on the dance floor!

I got an invitation to a wedding that said the attire was formal, so I needed a long dress. I got this one based on the reviews of other people who are my build, and I agree that it was a great fit! I am 5'8", 130lbs, and pear shaped: AA boobs with larger hips/butt. I thought this was very flattering. It hugged me around the hips and was looser up top. If you had more boobs than me, you could easily go without a bra since the material was thick and wouldn't show too much, but I wanted a bit more shape, so I went with the backless sticky bra. I have long legs and a short torso, so the top was very loose on me, but I liked how it looked. I think this dress would fit someone with larger boobs well, too. Based on the other reviews, I knew this would be long, and it was. I wore ~3" shoes with a mediumly-chunky heel and the dress met the floor (the small train in the back did drag a bit, but I think that was intended). If you were any shorter, this dress would be too long. The sequins on this dress are not as heavy as they look, and they aren't scratchy at all. The fabric was also very flexible. The sequins had a bluish tint, but I would still call it a black dress. I would normally order a size 4, but the 2 fit really well and it wasn't too tight. The dress has some stretch so the two was a good fit for me. I would definitely wear this dress again!

This dress ran one size small, so I am glad that RTR sent me one size up. Normally, I wear a 10. This is a size 12. I was worried that maybe it was going to be itchy because of the sequins but it wasn't at all! The length was perfect with about 2" heels. The back has a little bit of a train so keep that in mind. It surely was not long enough to really get in the way. This dress would look great on a wide variety of body types. It hits curves in the perfect places and really helps show off a figure! I absolutely loved this dress!

I needed a black tie gown for a work event and this dress saved the day. The sequins were fun and added an element of glamour, without feeling over the top. I felt so beautiful in this dress, while still being appropriate for a work event. As I am curvier, I tend to shy away from body hugging silhouettes like this, but I was so pleasantly surprised by how this accentuated my curves without drawing attention to my problem areas. I actually ended up going down a size from my usual. I have a large chest and felt very comfortable and supported in this dress. The dress was pretty easy to move around in, but I'd definitely recommend ordering the Long if you are 5"7 or taller and planning to wear heels. I wore three inch heels and the dress fell perfectly. The color was described as navy, but in person looked black, which I didn't mind.

It ran true to size. It was the perfect length. I wore a 3 inch heel. I am just shy of being 5' 7" 122 pounds. It gave me curves. It was beautiful and comfortable. I felt amazing!

I'm pretty petite, and it fit like a glove. LOVE this dress. Perfect for NYE, formal event. Say's its navy, but I's say a mostly charcoal/dark dark grey with flecks of blue-ish when it hits the lights.

Fits very nicely, drapes beautifully. Little long but then again I am on the short side. My collar bones became a little chaffed by the end of the night bc the dress is a bit heavy and the neckline rubbed against my skin, but I was very active and dancing all night so that's probably why! Would definitely wear again

The fit was forgiving, a little bit too long (I’m 5’3”, and 140 pounds) and slight rubbing from the sequins under the arms, but I was comfortable enough to sit, eat, dance and enjoy the evening. I would rent this dress again.

It is very light and wearable and received lots of compliments. I am 5'1", and with 2 inch heels it was a teeny bit long but so it goes.

This was my back-up dress but I loved it - simple, elegant, comfortable, and flattering. Great for a slight pear figure.

I wore a body suit underneath which made me feel comfortable about my chest support and my midsection!

Currently 28 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child; 175 pounds, 5'1" 38D and the 10R worked perfectly with some heels. I'm usually a Med/6 or 8 when not pregnant. This dress was actually very comfortable and the material/liner is stretchy but thick enough to compensate for the bump! I followed others advice to wear hair up so it didn't catch in the sequins and I barely noticed any underarm irritation.

This was actually a replacement dress and I’m SO GLAD the original dresses didn’t work out! I’m always nervous to get floor length dresses as someone on the shorter side but it was like this dress was made for me. So comfortable, the sequence didn’t irritate my skin like it sometimes can, it was just perfect.

This dress was great for a black tie wedding. It’s a bit tight around the midsection (I also just had a baby 3 months ago) but it hugs your curves in all the right ways - if that makes sense. With the right pair of smoothing undergarments, it was stunning and I got compliments all night for it!

The dress was a hit, I received compliments all night. It fits true to your shape. The dress worn was a 14L.

I wore this beautiful gown to a Las Vegas themed gala and it was an absolute hot! I received countless compliments and felt so beautiful in this dress. It WAs slightly heavy because there is a lot of sequins and there are two layers of material but I didn’t find it to be a problem. In fact, I’m confident it would work great for winter events as well. I am usually between size a 4&6 so I rented the 4L and 6L as I knew I. would be wearing 3.5” heels. Both sizes fit nicely however I wore the 4L as the length and the fit around my waist looked better than the 6L.

I notoriously have trouble when it comes to zipping dresses up past my waist. My rib cage just isn't in proportion to my waist and hips. This was a wonderful gown that had some stretch to it and was so comfortable to wear for a night out! It was a bit long for me and was getting stuck on my heals often even though I tried to hike up the hem any time I walked around. But other than that, I'm so glad I ordered this for my event!

Fit perfect, Looked perfect- Soo many compliments on this one. I wore 4” heels but it was still a little long. 5” or platforms may have worked better. I just LOVE anything Badgley Mischka! 😍

Beautiful gown that’s easy to wear

It was hard to find dresses that I liked on RTR that was also available in my size. This is one of 5 dresses that I tried and I really loved it. I am 5'3" and 125lbs and the 6R fit like a glove. It was long but was fine with heels. It also travels well since it doesn't wrinkle. I took it in my carry on! I paired it with a cropped jacket. Will definitely rent from RTR again.

Love the sparkle of this dress. The top sides hung a little low (might have been different if I wore a smaller size) but wore a sweater over it and it was perfect. Very comfortable for sitting and dancing.

I just felt so beautiful in this dress. It was not too heavy. It did get caught in my hair when I was trying it on. But I loved it once it was on.

I wore this to a formal wedding and I was very happy with how comfortable the gown was. I thought it was slightly big for me. This is a Size 10 and I probably could have worn an 8. But again, comfort! The color was a beautiful, deep midnight blue. The photo really doesn’t do it justice.

There was a snafu with my original order so this dress was overnighted to me. It was beautiful and perfect for a New Year's Eve wedding. I would rent it again if I had places to wear it! Only issue was that it was long for a petite and even with 4 inch heels on I had to wear a thin belt to help shorten it.

I felt absolutely incredible in this beauty. It raised my night up like 10 levels. It had a little bit of stretch so moved with ease every step of the way. It fell perfectly at my feet. I like that it’s meant to be loose at the top since I have a smaller chest, and so I didn’t have to feel self-conscious in it :) I’m going to miss this glamorous little number! I lost count of the number of compliments I got on it.

Fit was great! I'm typically a size 10, hourglass and a little hippy but it fit perfectly! The regular length may have been slightly too short (I am 5'7") but I wore low heels so it worked out fine. The color is super dark - almost a charcoal/navy but still more on the navy side. I can't wait for next years Mardi Gras season to RTR again!

I absolutely loved wearing this dress! I wore it to a black tie event, and I received numerous compliments on the dress. The dress was very comfortable, and I was happily surprised that it was easy to walk/dance in. The high neckline made the dress quite comfortable as well. I ordered a size 2 and a size 4, as I usually wear a size 0-2 in dresses. I ended up wearing the size 2 for the night of the event. However, I could have gotten away with a size 0. I would say the dress is true to size.

Wore for a NYE wedding. I had to exchange last minute so the only size I could get was a 10R. It was OK, but was too big. There was too much space at the top near the neck, and the waist was not tight, this caused some bunching in the back. I think and 8 long or 6 long would have been great. The fabric was super comfortable, and didn't scratch my underarms which was great. This was also a second order since the first dress didn't fit. RTR was great with providing options and sending new dresses super fast. Would recommend!

I wore this dress to marine corps ball in Vegas. Was a great dress to wear, 22 weeks pregnant. The fit on the top of the dress was a little off, but probably due to the fact that I’m preggers. Also, don’t plan to wear high heels with this fit. Had to get slip ons or dress would have been to short. Overall, thought it was beautiful!

I am 5'7". Couldn't get any long sizes after my first choice didn't fit. The navy blue made me blend into the crowd which is never my choice. It did the job. Would maybe rent again in a long size. Also, couldn't have my hair down as planned because the sequins kept grabbing my hair, like violently.
