I originally ordered and 8 and a 10. However I ended up having to rush a larger size. I got a ton of compliments and the red was stunning. I wore it to my company awards dinner. As long as you size up, I would highly suggest renting it.

The dress was great! Very comfortable and form fitting and it hugged in all the right places. I received lots of compliments on it and the hubby loved it. The dress stops right above the knees and the bottom of the dress doesn't have much "give" so opening your legs while dancing hard was kind of hard to do. I am an avid dancer and ended up just pulling the bottom of the dress slightly up while dancing hard (still looking tasteful..I didn't pull it up more than an inch or so.)

Rented this for a friend's wedding and it did not disappoint! The color really popped and the dress got a lot of compliments. I have an athletic build and the 0 hit in all the right places. The fabric was thick enough to gloss over imperfections (no spanx!) but had enough give that I was able to enjoy the dance floor without a second thought. I would definitely rent this again.

I rented this for a wedding and loved this dress! It fit perfectly and I received multiple compliments. I normally go for black dresses but the red was bold and beautiful. Highly recommend! I wish I could have kept it.

I'm usually a six, but the four fit so much better around the waist and bust. I'd definitely get a size down as your backup. This dress felt like a dream too, the material was so smooth. I also have a larger bust and a strapless bra worked perfectly. I received so many compliments on this look. Someone told me I "won the wedding" and who doesn't want to hear that! My only complaint with the dress was when I received it, the slit in the back had loose stitching, so it looked a little frayed, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, I cannot wait for another event to come along so I can rent again, as everything arrived on time and was packaged great, so no unnecessary wrinkles. Great experience!

Love this dress! It was slightly small and did cling to my stomach area, definitely very fitted! I probably would have preferred one size up. I never go without a bra but was able to with this dress. Overall loved it and would rent again!

Perfect with gold block heels. The size 8 fit, but was a bit tight in the chest area (D cup). I ended up wearing the size 10 to be more comfortable. I want to rent this dress in navy next time.

This is a very form fitting dress but the design fit my body like a glove. Definitely have a pair of good spanx for this and eat super clean the days leading up to your event. Normally I would cringe at the thought of not wearing a bra but the girls were held up and very secure. Everyone loved this look and when the bride says, "I hardly remember anything that happened on my wedding day... except for your dress!" you know you've got a show-stopper!

Rented this dress for a law school formal, and it was perfect! It fit like a glove. I'm a size 10, 5'5'', about 155 pounds and have a generally hourglass shape. It hit right at the knee for me. The dress is a great, soft, thick material and smooths everything over. Also the color is gorgeous. I would say it runs true to size but size up if you have larger breasts as it is a little tight across the chest/back! Also, you will need a strapless bra!!

Fit was exactly a 6. I could have worn Spanx under and felt a little better about smoothing out some bumps. But the red was beautiful, the cut was classy, yet sexy. The fabric was soft and lightweight. Overall, I don't think I've ever felt as pretty as I did wearing this dress!

I really loved this dress. It was exactly what I wanted - sexy and flattering. I was worried about the sizing cause ya girl got some wide hips, but the dress fit like a glove (still wore a pair of spanx for that extra flatness). The one downside is how high the neckline is as it does choke you a bit if you don't fidget and sit just right. But I got so many compliments on it and honestly considered keeping it forever - I just figured it should adorn someone else's body. Be spicy!!

Definitely tighter across the chest and a bit roomier in the hips, but it fit like a dream overall--the best I could hope for without alterations. The fabric is gorgeous, soft and flexible. The dress is lined, but you'll need flesh-toned underwear (black undergarments showed through). I received many compliments at the fundraiser gala.

I'm usually a size 12 in jeans (and never wear dresses other than casual ones in a size L, so I had no idea what my dress size would be), I carry my weight in my belly but my butt takes up substantial room too, and I have 38C boobs. I wanted to play it safe after reading some reviews about the way this Material behaves. I ordered this dress in a 14 and wore spanx that help smooth out belly and thighs. The material hugs perfectly snug and has a great thickness to it without being hot (I run super hot). It had plenty enough room to breathe but not baggy. I felt great in it, the red color is beautiful against my natural light skin as well as against a spray tan! I got complimented on the dress frequently throughout the night. I was regretting wearing this to the rehearsal instead of the actual wedding ceremony because I loved it so much, UNTIL I went to get in the car and the slit in the back of the dress made that dreaded ripping sound!!! Agh! I guess my butt popped a few stitches in the back slit! Sad! This was pretty disappointing because it made the slit not lay flat in the back for the rest of the night. I spent a lot of time feeling self conscious about it. So! just move deliberately and cautiously in this dress! Lol. I would rent again definitely!

The eight was a little big in areas, but I felt more comfortable than in the 6. The 6 did fit, I am just not used to wearing fitted dresses. I received TONS of compliments!! It is fitted without being tight. Very classic dress that I would definitely rent again!

This dress was so easy to wear. Yes, I could've dressed it up with accessories but I'm a very casual person so it was nice to be able to just throw this on with some heels and red lipstick and look fantastic for my cousin's wedding. I felt great in it, easy to move, dance, sit, eat, etc. Just like every time I wear a RTR dress, I received tons of compliments. I would definitely recommend this dress!

I sized up and was happy I did because it fit perfect. The length is great for tall girls and you can easy wear a normal strapless bra with this. It's very flatter and a nice thick material but does have a little stretch. Color is awesome.

I have an athletic body and some muscle mass, but I still have the permanent post - three baby belly pooch. This makes a fitted dress a challenge. This one was perfect! It has some stretch but it still substantial. You will probably need to stick on bra.
