I loved this dress and I got compliments the entire night. I am 5'2" and I wore size 2R. I wore a 4 inch heel and the dress was only a little bit too long. I was still able to walk and dance without any problems. If I were able to alter the dress I would have needed it to be taken in a little bit under the arms but with how the material lays you couldn't tell. I loved the neck line. I did use double sided tape to make sure the "V" did not open up. It did the trick and I had zero issues with it all night. I think the slit on the skirt it the best feature. You can wear a long dress without feeling too covered up. Super classy and I recommend!

So many compliments, and I absolutely loved it! I have broader shoulders, so i ended up having to twist the sleeves a little otherwise it would have been too much fabric on my bust/ shoulders

I'm very chesty and typically wear a 18, but dress was a little tight in bust but didn't have any problems zipping up. Dress slit is towards the front so be careful if it's super windy, you just might flash people your front side ;) I know I almost did but dress was perfect for an outdoor hot and humid wedding. The pictures don't do the dress's colors justice. Would rent again!

This was a perfect dress for an outdoor wedding in the berkshires. I wore a 0 but am normally a 2 so I would say this runs a little big. The dress was so comfortable and flattering, I got a ton of compliments on it and would definitely rent again.

This was my first experience with Rent the Runway and I was VERY nervous about how this would work out. I have a co-worker who uses this site all the time. I must say, I will definitely use this again, however I will only rent for 8 days, not 4. There was a delivery fiasco (nothing to do with RTR, it was all UPS) that delayed my leaving for an out of state wedding by several hours. Now for the dress: This dress on everyone else seems GORGEOUS. I tried it on, and it was very pillow-y in the chest area even through the 'belt' around the rib cage was a little snug. I rented two sizes, both of which were too big (they didn't have my size available). Had my size been available, I am pretty sure the chest would fit, but the rib cage might have been too tight. As for the fabric, it was a little heavier than I thought it would be. It was a warm day in September when I tried it on, but really no more then about 70-75 degrees... and I immediately began to feel a bit warm in it. It is polyester after all. Either way, I was very glad I had an alternate dress because that one worked out AMAZINGLY.

It fit beautifully and I received lots of compliments. I loved receiving a back up dress, too!

The dress was longer than I was anticipating. I'm 5'4" so I wore three-inch wedges to help. Also, the zipper sometimes gets confused halfway up because of the change in fabric. This was originally my backup dress but I'm glad I ended up with it! Would rent again.

LOVE this dress. Wore to an outdoor barn fall wedding. Fit perfectly and paired with a pair of boots and a jean jacket to keep warm. So fun to dance in!

The length was great because I'm almost 5'11! Also, I had a baby three months ago and am nursing so my bust is big. This dress fit like a glove and was super comfortable.

I rented this for a wedding. My husband was a groomsman and I wanted to coordinate. Found this dress and it was perfect. My first time renting a dress, and it was a great experience. I had so many people telling me how much they loved the dress! It fit really well too. Based on reviews I ordered the 0 and 2. The rib cage was a tiny bit tight in the 0 but I don't have the bust to fill out the 2 :) The dress is quite long so I had to wear tall heels; or I'm just short :) I wanted a dress that covered my tan lines and that I could wear normal bra and underwear, I'm all about comfort. It was the perfect dress!!

This dress fit SO well and was extremely flattering! I wear a 34E bra and it's SO difficult to find dresses. This was amazing and I got compliments all night long!

Being six months pregnant, this dress allowed my bump to shine comfortably. The material is soft and flowy and I received a lot of compliments. Only downside was the top area is meant for bigger busted ladies, but I wore it fine bra less!

This was my first RTR experience and everything about it was flawless especially this dress. I wore it to an outdoor wedding and received so many compliments! The dress is very comfortable and fun to dance in. I read many reviews on this dress before renting and what many people say is true - the dress does run big. I am normally a size 4 but ended up wearing the 2 and it was an exact fit. Highly recommend!

This dress was awesome. I'm 5'9 and wore a 3 inch heel so I needed the long dress. Although it fit well in the bust, it looked too large. Taped down the fabric in the busy area with fabric tape and it was perfect! Danced the night away, comfortably, and without and slips :)

I'm usually an 8/10, but only the 10L and 12R were available, so that's what I went with. The 12 was too big up top (lots of extra fabric) and the 10 fit really well, but the 10 was unavailable in Regular and the Long was just a bit too long for flats (the wedding was on the beach and no way was I wearing heels). Some safety pins and fashion tape fixed up the top, though, and I was good to go! The dress is wonderfully flowy and the slit up the left leg provides a really nice detail to an otherwise standard long dress. The colors were fantastic, it did not show sweat (very important for someone like me who tears up the dance floor and gets a workout in when Twist and shout comes on at weddings). and I felt just as comfortable sitting as I did standing in it. The zipper gets stuck on the back, no matter if the dress is on OR off, so don't let that freak you out when you first try to zip it up! I would definitely rent this again for future events.

I wore this to the theatre and it was perfect! The dress flows and hides the tummy while showing off the bust and bottom. I'm in love with this dress.

This was so beautiful. I felt like I was floating around the party. It was very comfortable and was true to size. The only thing I might mention is the front opening. Be aware that it is a very short sheath underneath and you must make sure it's pulled down properly or you will be flashing people all evening. I have a 31" inseam and the slit probably came to five or six inches below my Vajayjay. Mostly the flowiness of the dress covers everything, even while walking. But sometimes... just be careful.

The slit up the middle made it look beautiful when you walked. I got many compliments about the dress throughout the night. The dress is slightly loose in the bust if you do not have a large bust but otherwise it was beautiful and fit perfectly!

I am six months pregnant and 6 feet tall, so needless to say, I was nervous about finding a dress for my college roommate's black-tie optional wedding. After reading other reviews for this dress, I figured I would give it a shot! I hoped to wear the 10L, but I wasn't quite able to get it zipped over the bump, but the 12L worked perfectly. It was even long enough to wear with short heels (but also worked with flats when I started dancing), despite my height. I do agree with other reviewers that there is a LOT of fabric on top. I didn't have any issues with flashing people or feeling like the top was too open, but rather because of the extra fabric (on the front and back), I felt like it made me look much bigger on top than I actually am. All in all, I received compliments on the dress all night and I felt comfortable and beautiful.

The dress just flows when you walk. I loved the dress it was a bit big for me but it worked.

I loved the shape of this dress. It really accentuated my bust, and there was a slit in the middle which was great because it gave it an extra oomph. I'm 5 feet tall so it was a bit long; the zipper was a little hard to zip but other then that, I received a lot of compliments on the dress and how beautiful it looked.

Dress was great, little tight in the rib cage and slightly long for my height but received a lot of compliments and flowed when I walked down the aisle!

As I'm pregnant in my second trimester, it's hard to feel comfortable in anything. This dress flowed, allowed me to breathe, but was still fitted. It was long and dragged a bit, but I wore flats because of the event's terrain (outdoor farm wedding). I think with heels it would be the perfect length. I got many compliments, and most people used the word "stunning." The color complimented my extremely fair skin tone. The slit up the front felt very high, but my husband insisted it was appropriate when I walked (I was a bit self conscious as there was a breeze!). I was comfortable wearing it to the outdoor wedding, but it fit so well, I am not sure how it would fit if I weren't pregnant.

This dress runs large to true-to-size. If I can wear a 2R comfortably, I feel bad for the truly thin girls! I ended up wearing the smaller of the two sizes that I ordered (2R and 4R) and it fit very well in the waist (with enough extra room for me to breathe/sing.) The bust area is large and has a lot of fabric. My "girls" are pretty small, so I used some double-sided fashion tape and it was fine. If I were getting this dress altered to fit me I would have some of that fabric taken out. It is long (especially on a 5'1" girl) and probably would be an issue at a wedding or something like that, but the only walking I did was to and from the stage, so it was fine for me in about 4 inch heels! I definitely recommend renting this dress!

The dress was very flattering. I got many compliments on it throughout the night. It was perfect for the venue(ski resort) and I was comfortable in it all night. I was a little nervous using the website because it was the first time but I would highly recommend it and definitely do it again!

This dress was amazing and I wish I could have kept it! The colors were vibrant and the dress moved beautifully. I made my boyfriend spin me on the dance floor multiple times. A few guests at the wedding even stopped me to compliment me on the dress. You could wear it with or without a bra, it was a bit tight in the chest area but I wore a regular bra and had no problems. It was long but not too long so I was able to wear flat sandals. Just wish this dress had pockets (I firmly believe all dresses should have pockets) Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved this dress and received so many compliments at the wedding I attended in it. I'm only 5'3" so I was very nervous about the length, but the slit in the front helped a lot and the dress was so flowy that I barely stepped on it while I walked. I'm bigger in the chest but still needed to pin the sides of the dress on each side to avoid bunching in the front, but the pins went unnoticed and I felt amazing. The wedding was in July in Vermont but it was lightweight so it worked super well despite the warmer temperatures. Would love to rent this again!

Perfect fit! I usually fall between an 8 and 10 and the 8L fit perfectly. I'm 6'0 and the length was perfect, it just skimmed the floor and I wore flats. I ordered this dress for a wedding in Texas and was nervous it might be too hot, however, it was 100 degrees that day and I felt comfortable, the side slit in the dress helped provide a breeze! Loved it!

This dress was amazing. I have rented this designer before and love their dresses. The 12R would've worked but they only had the 12L. I'm 5'2 about 175 and it fit well and even a little loose. Im larger up top, 36D and it was still a classy look! Seriously loved it and suggest it to anyone who has a larger chest but wants to keep it classy!

I sent my original dress to the wrong address (oops, totally my bad), so I ended up last minute in the store to find a new dress and this dress was available. I'm 135, 5'4" and narrow body type, but I still thought no way I could fit into a 0... however, it zipped! This dress is only tight right under the bust area, and doesn't have any stretch. However, it's loose in the hips and bust, which is why I think it worked for me. It was very tight, because I definitely am not a 0, but for engagement pictures it was PERFECT. I got so many compliments and it was so fun to wear. RTR was perfect for me for this occasion, because I would never wear a dress again that was already in so many pictures. A 2 would have been the perfect size for me, so I thought this dress ran on the large side, since a 4 definitely would have been too big.
