I wore this dress to an awards ceremony for work. I received so many compliments! It is extremely comfortable. I did wear a Spanx bodysuit underneath to smooth out the look. I normally wear an 8, and wore this in an 8R with a two inch heal.

I wore this for my son's wedding. Badgley Mishka dresses look amazing on pear shaped bodies. The color is gorgeous. Very comfortable. I had to wear a bra extenders because the drape in the back is low and will show your bra strap. The back draping is simply elegant. Although I wore spanks to the wedding I wasn't wearing it in this picture.

This dress is gorgeous and the color photographs so well! I rented this for a wedding in Israel. I needed to find something that wasnt sleeveless and a little more conservative. I am happy I got the 0 -- I normally get a 0 or 2 but the 0 was perfect and even slightly roomy.

I rented this for a black tie optional wedding, where I knew no one... I wanted to keep it classy but also wow people with a simple design and bold color. Unfortunately this dress just didn't do it for me. I hoped that with the conservative neckline, it would be a snug fit (maybe hug my curves a bit?), but even ordering a size down, the dress was loose-ish, and just fit strangely on my body. :( The color was beautiful, and perhaps for a different occasion this would have been perfect. But it was a bit too low key for my taste. I ordered a back-up and did not end up wearing this one.

I am 5'4" and generally a size 8, although I can fluctuate a size up or down depending on brand or fit. I ordered the 8L because the 8R was not in stock. I was apprehensive about ordering the 8L for fear it would be too long, as this is often a problem for me even in "regular" length. I was surprised the long skimmed the floor perfectly in heels. Cut and fit were also perfect.

This dress is a beautiful emerald green. The fabric is forgiving and very comfortable. The petite length was perfect. I wish I had gone with a 2P as it was a bit big, but I made it work! Used VS sticky bra, wore 3inch heels and felt like a million dollars. Would rent again!!

I sized up to fit my bust and it's perfect. I'll definitely wear spanx underneath, but I think you could get away without them. It's very comfortable and flattering. I was afraid it would be overkill for a wedding since most of the reviews were for more formal events, but it's totally a dress that can be dressed up or down easily. The color is a perfect light emerald. The back detail makes it special.

I loved wearing this dress! It was a little long on my 5'1" frame even with 3" heels but I was able to tape up the hem and it was fine. I felt like a star and got so many compliments from people, including many whom I didn't know at all. I felt like i stood out without being flashy and was SO comfortable!

This dress is a show stopper. Ironically I rented it because I thought it would be a perfect, not ostentatious, not too sexy dress to wear to a gala for my job. That backfired, but this dress was an amazing conversation starter. Almost everyone else at this event was wearing black so I instantly stood out. (It was St. Patrick's Day, I thought for sure other people would be in color). The fabric is like butter - so soft, beautiful texture, and hugs every curve. Literally - I am not wearing underwear or a bra because every line showed. The zero fit, but since I was working I thought not having something skin tight would be preferable. I am wearing a 4 3/4 inch platform heel and the dress was just skimming the floor. Giving this dress 5 stars because I have never gotten more attention or compliments at an event

The green was just perfect for a Sustainability Themed Party. Normally a size 6 and this fit true to size.

I normally wear a street size 6 but read reviews and ended up wearing a 2R. I'm 5'6", 135 lbs, 34D. The 2R fit great! Even though the dress is crepe, it has a little bit of stretch. I also rented the 2L, but I found that I would've been stepping on the dress at my height. Also, the back dips to expose the back bra strap on the L, but the 2R was also slightly shorter on the back and didn't dip as much, and I was able to hide my bra strap, so that's another reason I chose it. The color is much more vibrant in person: a beautiful kelly green. Pretty much everyone else at the military ball was wearing black or some shade of red. This dress color stood out but looked so classy in simple crepe worn with gold heels and matte gold jewelry. Loved it! I felt really modern and elegant. The stock photos don't do it justice. The dress really conforms to your body if you get the right size. Wish I could purchase it!

I should have worn a slip but it was super comfortable and fit like a charm. I was able to wear a regular bar by making the straps long because I was in pinch but the stick ons would probably have been better

I felt so beautiful in this dress. I'm 5'7", 140lbs, and 34c and the 4 fit perfectly. I chose to wear the long because of the height of my heels. If you are going to rent this dress and wear flats I would definitely recommend going with the regular length. When I took my heels off to dance I definitely had to hold the dress up to be able to walk. I was able to wear a strapless bra underneath with no problem, it never showed in the back. Seamless underwear is the way to go, whatever you choose to wear, if it's not seamless it will show through the fabric. I will rent this dress again in a heartbeat!!!!

The dress ran slightly big on my frame but I decided to keep it anyway. It was super comfortable and forgiving. The material is heavy but not bulky. Loved the color of the dress too!

Absolutely LOVED this dress, the color is stunning, I received compliment after compliment all night. I'm usually between a size 2 - 4 and the 2 was a little big on me, the ZERO would have fit like a glove but I went with it. I highly recommend ordering this for your event if you are looking for a classy but sexy dress.

Fits beautifully! Keep in mind can't wear a regular bra, but overall flattering with lots of compliments.

Body con dress

I wore this to a military function and the gorgeous green stood out among all the uniforms, and dark dresses. The dress is sexy and sophisticated-yet appropriate. If you're straight and narrow I suggest sizing down. If you're curvy this might run true to size (I would order your normal size and size down for your second size). I wore a normal bra, loosened the straps and just pulled the back strap down and spanx to smooth everything out. 3" heels allowed the 4L to skim the floor perfectly for me, and I was comfortable the entire evening. Dress isn't restricting even though it hugs curves beautifully. I love this gown and I plan to rent it again but maybe in the red. It fit perfectly and I achieved the exact look I was going for. I paired this dress with gold and green fish tail style earrings also from RTR and did a slightly messy top knot to compliment both the dress and the earrings. My other option was going to be Old Hollywood Glam with a different earring and hair down.

This was not the original dress that i ordered (my first choice and back up dress were both unable to be mailed due to severe weather). Long story short, a customer service rep helped me overnight this dress (free of charge) as a replacement for the ones i had initially selected. I cannot say enough about how awesome this dress is. I recieved compliments all night long! It dips in tbe back, which was a classy feature and i felt comfortable all night long! I will say this aboug my experience...no one notified me that my other, original dresses were delayed sue to weather. I checked the tracking info the day before my event and saw that shipping had been cancelled. In reteospect, this could have caused a huge problem-- what if i hadnt looked and just assumed my package would arrive as planned? I am surprised no one reached out to notidy me, and that i had to be the one to bring the problem to them. Thankfully, their customer service team responded quickly but i think it is worth mentioning. Make sure to track your packages!

I wore this for a formal fundraiser event. I rented the size 10L and had some wiggle room in the top/sleeves probably because I have a smaller chest. The long length was incredible and probably too long unless you want to wear really high heels. I paired my dress with 2" heels and still had some length on the floor (and I'm 5'10"!) Overall the color and the low back make this a fun yet classy standout piece!

I ended up getting this dress because the original dress I wanted wasn't available. I'm so glad I got this one instead, it was AMAZING! I got so many compliments all night. The dress runs a little bigger, so I would order a size down if you want it to show more of your body.

The dress was everything I wanted when I thought about wearing it to this wedding. It had a semi thick material that was not too clingy, but fit well. The capped sleeves really helped where I dislike my arms (ha ha) and the dip in the back is classy! Love love loved this dress!

I'm 5'7 (and always wear heels) so I always worry long gowns may not be long enough. This one was perfect. I love the deep v in the back, and the green is such a unique color, this dress definitely stood out. Highly recommend!

I am a size 12 and my tummy is definitely my problem spot. As a backup dress that RNR picked and sent out I was not thrilled at first look online, but I have to say RNR knows their stuff! I picked this dress over the ones I had originally picked out. It was so flattering I did not pay any attention to my 'problem tummy' area. I received compliments all night long. I do recommend wearing spanx with the dress and I was able to wear a regular bra with a back extender to accommodate the low back.

Wore this for an indoor/outdoor wedding in Napa. Felt so glamorous! I've rented several Badgley Mischka gowns before and find they all run a bit large (and long on my 5'3" frame) but have gotten SO many compliments. The dress is simple from the front but has a fancier, low-cut back.

This dress looks so plain in the pictures, but it is so beautiful on! I rented it because the dress I originally ordered didn't fit -- I went to the Washington, DC store in an emergency -- and this is one of the only dresses they had in my size. It was stunning! I received so many compliments all night. Also, you should know that I have a large belly -- and this dress still gave me curves in all the right places. My boyfriend couldn't keep his eyes (or hands) off me all night. Get it!
