This dress was SUPER fun for a black tie optional event ~ loved wearing it and would rent again. The dress does run small - had to go at least a size up and probably could have gone one more. Overall loved wearing it!

This dress is AMAZE-ing. I wish I owned it. I would wear it for every occasion. The fit was perfect, hugged me in all the right places. I didn't need a bra, which made this even better. Secure all night. Dance with no restrictions and felt like the bell of the ball. SO many compliments how stunning the dress was. The ombre was gorgeous and the dress was comfy. True to size I feel.

This dress is beautiful! It does run a little small; especially since I am big busted. I'm glad I read the reviews and ordered up a size. I didn't have to wear a bra, which never happens to me! I wish I could keep it!

This dress was just beautiful! With the dress one size up from my normal size, it fit perfectly. It was a great dress for a special night out in NYC with my boyfriend.

Everyone admired the dress and it was perfect for the wedding.

CONS: So this dress runs kinda small only because there's no give. It's not forgiving if you're experiencing bloating. It's extremely difficult to zip because of the material. On the back at the top of the dress there is a weird lump in the zipper that will not go away(I covered it with my hair). The sequins snag on each other and lastly there is wiring on the inside of the dress that was exposed in both size(I wore spanx but if i didn't i would've been getting poked by it all night.) PROS: ITS BEAUTIFUL! Seriously its a show stopper. If you go a size up you'll be able to move around in it all night. It doesn't scratch at all and you don't need a bra with it. I got a ton of compliments on it! Also Silver shoes went really well with this dress.

Dress ran a size small, but the size up was perfect. comfortable, hugs the right places, super flattering.

The 2 fit nice and tight and looked good standing but the ribbing made it look a little funny when I sat. I choose the 4 which still fit nice in the waist. I'm pretty small in the bust so a padded bra helped fill it out. I got lots of complements on the dress and definitely recommend it.

True to size fit. Very form fitting. The length was perfect for me and it have long legs. I wore diamond earrings and bracelet, silver pumps and carried a silver clutch. No necklace was needed.

I absolutely loved this dress. It hugged my curves in a appropriate way. This dress was a "head turner," I received compliments all night. I got a size 10 and my back up dress way a size 12. Even though this dress is a bit snug, I would say it runs true to size. There are times where I can fit a size 8 but I know that I am not a comfortable 8. I can go between a size 8 or a size 10. If you're like me, you should definitely up size. *Unfortunately this picture was taken at the end of my night.

It me just perfect. It's a beautiful dress but very comfortable. It is very sparkly and tasteful. No need to have a complicated make up. Also it was easy to find a nice shoes match.

The fit was good, although there was a slight pucker in the abdomen. I wasn't sure if it was intentional, or if I have a shorter torso. It was true to size. The color and sequins are gorgeous, although a little scratchy around the neck and arm holes. Otherwise the dress was comfortable and easy to wear. I wore with a nubra for a little extra oomph.

This dress was perfect! I wore it for a New Years Eve Party and felt beautiful. The mesh on top is absolutely stunning. The color of the dress is incredible. The ombre design is subtle and really sells this dress. I received so many compliments and loved bringing the New Year in with this dress! This is a bit tight on top, so if you have a larger bust I suggest sizing up.

As gorgeous as this dress is online, it's even more beautiful in person. I'm normally an 8, but that size was out of stock, so I selected a 10. I'm glad I did - the 10 fit like a glove, so the 8 would have been too small. The fabric is not stretchy, but I was still comfortable all evening, and had no problem dancing. There's no give in the chest area, so if you're really busty, this might not work.

This is my 3 or 4 th BM dress & it was no review so i took a chance hoping my usual size 2 with this designer will work & it did! Fit like a glove for hourglass figure. It is not easy to zip up, as all sequences , & be careful with stockings, other wise its great dress, i did not need a bra, dress had built in some bone under the chest- so it holds it tight & nice for my size(34B). Also because of no sleeves & very elegant sheer part of the dress- i think it easy can work for spring/ summer events. Its very elegant ombre embroidery & dresses is a jewel itself - so no need for to much extra decorations

Beautiful dress! Got compliments all night. However I really should have worn one size bigger but didn't have time to exchange. I am a 38D and I have a really wide back so it was really tight on my back so I wore a shawl to disguise how tight it was and so it really wasn't that comfortable in the upper body. The dress was somewhat stretchy so rest was comfortable but looking at pictures the next day really seemed like the design of the dress drew attention to my stomach. I usually wear a 12 and the 14 was tight so it was surprising that other reviews said it ran big.

I wore this dress in a size 6, and used safety pins to shorten it 2 inches. I chose to wear a strapless bra, though it wasn't totally necessary. Since the dress is pretty spectacular on its own, you don't need much jewelry! I found some light blue suede sandals to pair with it.

Got this last minute for a black tie event. It was a size zero, and I was able to just barely squeeze in, so I would say it runs large. The ombre is beautiful, but I needed a size 2, so I was very uncomfortable all night. But that's not the fault of the dress!

The size 6 was a little tight in the bust area but when I went to try on the size 8 I noticed it had patches of sequin missing so I just stuck with the size 6 w/o a bra to ease the tightness.

I am glad I read the reviews and ordered up a size. The dress is really beautiful but does run small IMO. It was comfortable and I received many compliments. Good first experience with RTR.

Absolutely beautiful and highlights curves without drawing attention to the areas you'd prefer to keep covered. Saying it runs small is an understatement! I normally wear a 12, and thankfully ordered the 14 with the 16 as a backup. The 14 might have worked, but the 16 fit just right. I got SO many compliments!!! Truly beautiful dress!

This dress definitely runs small- order one or even two sizes up if curvy. Loved the ombré though!

I rented this dress having a Cinderella look in mind for this NYE. I was worried because I had seen some reviews saying it ran small, but like a dingleberry I ordered my normal size (2) and also a 4 as my second. I received the dresses on time, tried them on, and had a brief melt down. I couldn't even get the 2 over my hips/butt. I then took a chill pill and tried on the 4, which I could get on.. BUT when it came to zipping up that bad boy, wow did that take some work. It wasn't horribly tight and uncomfortable. But it was medium tight and uncomfortable. The night ended up being really fun, people complimented the dress and I drank enough to forget about my brief encounter with the devil gods of fashion. If you're reading this review, please order 2 sizes up. It's a beautiful beautiful beautiful dress. But don't create anymore stress in your life than you need. To conclude to this review, it really is an amazing dress, and I would recommend. Just be sure to take the advice of previous wearers.

I wore it to my sorority formal. It runs small order a size up. I read the reviews and saw everyone saying that and I loved it !!!

The size was perfect although the bodice was a little scratchy on the skin, mostly under the arms, as others have said. The length was great for me. The blue-gray ombre color was really beautiful-so many sequins!
