The RTR stylist that I spoke to was very helpful over the phone to help me find the perfect dress! The length was perfect as well as the coverage at the top for a fuller bust. Loved the lace on top as well

I was obsessed with this dress. Rented for a gala and it was perfect. It had just the right about of stretch and i felt like it fit me perfectly. I loved it so much!

This dress fit great. I'm 5'8 and wear between a 4 and 6. I could have worn a 4 but I went with the 6. It hit in all the right places and wasnt super snug. I read other review and ordered a long but would have been just fine with a regular. This dress was my back but it was so flattering it became my number one choice!

This was the backup dress RTR sent me when my original choice was unavailable. I needed a floor-length black dress that was not too revealing to be a bridesmaid at my friend's black tie wedding. I wore the size 10R with Spanx as I carry a little extra far in my midsection and needed the compression. The 8R fit but I felt squeezed and it didn't look as elegant. Overall a good dress. I am 5'5" 145lbs and wore it with 2" heels which worked perfectly. I wore it with a black strapless minimizer bra as I am size 36D. I did feel that the neck pulled and got a little tight as the night went on, but I readjusted. The ideal dress would fit perfectly and be comfortable without Spanx, which is why I give this only 4/5 stars. Overall the dress served the purpose and I felt ok in it. I wish dresses were more comfortable in general and made to fit and flatter women's actual bodies instead of the 'ideal' body shape/type. There is a little train in the back of the dress that others tripped on. My husband loved the dress though!

The dress(es) arrived early. It fit perfectly and was stunning. I am very happy that there is a second size available (even though it was not needed this time). I wore the 2L. My only complaint is whenever I would sit, the dress was extremely uncomfortable on my collar bone. Other than that, it was perfect for our family photos at Bradford Portraits. I definitely will be using RTR again. Thank you.

I am 5'7" 115lb and wore 0R. The length was perfect with 2" heels. Closely fitted around the middle and through the hips with a slight flair starting about mid-thigh. You can't tell from the photo, but the lace top was beautiful, flattering without being too revealing. I noticed a couple tiny tears in the lace mesh, but they wouldn't have been visible to anyone else. Very comfortable, easy to move in, didn't need a bra. Fully lined. I wore this to my company's holiday party and it was perfect.

Loved this dress! Favorite one I've rented from RTR so far. I rented the 10L because I'm 5'6" most dresses are just slightly too short with heels. This one was slightly too long, but I think the regular would have been too short. I rented the 8L and 10L as backup, and glad I did because the 8 was a little too snug. It would have been fine, but showed my curves more than I'd like. Overall, I'm super happy with this dress and almost wished I owned it so I could wear it again!

Fit perfectly up top and was very comfortable and great for dancing. I did not wear a bra and was totally fine. This is a very flattering dress and I would definitely rent again!! I wore the long with 3 inch heels and length was perfect

This dress was perfect for the black tie gala that I attended. It was very flattering, and the lace at the neckline was a beautiful, subtle detail that kept it modest. I was able to wear a strapless bra which was necessary since the fabric isn't thick and structured enough to go without one. Being 5'2" I sometimes have trouble with the length of dresses, but this one ended up being perfect with heels on. Both the 2 and 4 fit, but I ended up wearing the 4 because I had a bit of extra room (I didn't want it too tight considering the nature of the gala I was attending). I would definitely rent this again in the future.

Loved this dress. It was perfect for the Hope and Will Ball benefitting the local children's hospital. This dress was form fitting without being too constricting. Loved the lace detail around the neck line and upper back. I felt like a million bucks wearing it!

This dress looked great! Wore it for a black tie ball. It was a little long but I'm pretty short, 5'1. I wore 3 inch heels so it worked. If I owned it I'd have it brought up a little. I was really happy in this dress.

This was actually the backup dress to my rental, but i was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was. I'm a little over 5'2" and the petite size was perfect.

Personally I think halter dresses are very flattering, especially if you have a larger chest size like me. This one had some nice, lacey detail on top that made it formal, while being SO comfortable to wear and I didn't have to worry about it all night. The material was also elegant and could be worn for black-tie, and also hid any insecurity-areas!!

I'm 5'3" and 117 pounds. This dress fit perfectly. Length was great with 3" heels. I felt like a million bucks in it and had a great evening with no wardrobe issues.

The dress was true to size and very comfortable. Sometimes being top heavy can make the dress seem so tight near the chest but this dress had plenty of breathing room. I almost didn't want to return it I liked it so much. I do wish they had the petite option that day but it was out of stock so while the regular size dress did hit the floor, it wasn't that big of a deal.

The pics on RTR don't do justice to the gorgeous lace in both the front and back of the neckline! Also, this gown was super comfy for the entire night - there's just enough stretch in the fabric. I was trying to highlight my shoulders and arms and the halter neck did the trick. I paired with classic black silk evening pumps and a silver bag and felt fab all night!

I am between a size 6p and 8p and busty and 6p was perfect. Very flattering. A little long because I’m short but 4 inch heels worked perfectly.

I wore this dress to a black tie optional wedding and really loved it. It's a minimalist dress, but the lace details on top are beautiful, and it's all about the fit. The fabric felt like it was high quality, but I will say that the dress itself doesn't provide any shaping, so I'd recommend Spanx for smoothing if you think you may feel self conscious. I'm 5'9" and wore the dress with ~3 in heels, and the long size was just a fraction too long on me, so I had to be careful to not step on the edge of the hem in the back.

I needed a long black dress for a formal work-related gala (per invitation). Given that all the ladies would be wearing a long black dress, I wanted something that would be within the requested attire but with a little flare. This dress fit the requirements but had a little detail of see-through lace that made me stand out (in an elegant way). The lace was just the right amount of "pop" that I wanted so I wore with simple pearls and strappy black heels. I didn't even wear much make up! I usually wear a size 4 but tend to go with 6 for most dresses (I prefer a bit more room for comfort). I am on the shorter side (5 ft 2'") and always have issues with length. I wore this with 2 1/2 inch heals and the dress grazed the floor but was never an issue to walk or go up/down stairs. The material was super super comfortable, even after all the hors d'oeuvres and dinner. I was so excited to hear all the compliments on how elegant I looked (especially given all the high-level officials that were in the crowd!) I wore this dress with a black strapless bra and had zero issues. The dress straps did wonders for my arms/shoulders/back (which can look very masculine in strapless dresses). Would highly recommend!!!!

I had ordered a 10R and 12P. Ended up wearing the 12P due to the bust. The 10R was great length for my height and the rest of the dress fit perfectly, but I have a large bust and the 12P just fit that part better. The 12P was a tad long for my height, so I did have to hold up the bottom to go up and down stairs (no biggie). Got tons of compliments on the dress and felt comfortable and beautiful all evening! It was a heavier material than I had originally thought, but didnt feel it while wearing. Was able to dance comfortably in it as well.

The fit was slim but stretchy, very flattering. I was up and down and all around all night and I never felt uncomfortable. I was sad to return it :)

Honestly I have no cons to say about this dress and everything is pros. The material was so stretchy and comfortable and light, the dress never felt heavy or stiff.

This dress was fantastic! It was true to size, the length was perfect with a pair of heels, it hugged all the right places, but never felt uncomfortable. As a 36D, I was able to go braless (with a little help from sticky petals) and feel confident. This was originally my back up dress, but when my primary dress was damaged this was even better than anticipated. This might be my favorite rental ever, I felt gorgeous!

Dress was extremely comfortable. A little long for me but I am only 5'4" and didn't want to take the chance that the 8P would be too short. I would definitely rent this dress again!!

This was my first time renting and I'll definitely be doing it again. The dress for perfect and I ordered a back up size just in case. I'm borderline size 10/12 more on the 12 side and he 12 fit perfect. It was form fitting but not right. The length was great and the dress was so comfy to wear. Loved it

Absolutely loved this dress! I found the fit to be true to size and it was super comfortable. I wore the 2P - I'm 5"2' and wore three inch heels and the length was perfect. Got lots of compliments all night - this one was tough to return!!!

Loved this dress! Compliments galore! Great silhouette to flatter shoulders and arms. Small train in the back. No stretch in the dress but forgiving fabric. Still ended up wearing Spanx to keep everything smooth. Sheer neck was my favorite part of the dress but it irritated my neck a bit towards the end of the night

I checked out other sellers of this dress for comparison on the size chart, the dress does seem to run large. I normally wear a 4 but I wore this in a 2. I received many compliments on it. Great experience.

Wore this for a black tie wedding in February! It was a thicker material but not overly hot when you start to dance. It is incredibly comfortable for such a contoured fit. It was a beautiful dress and made me feel beautiful in it!

I was so bummed because it would have been the perfect look for the winder wedding I was attending. I will definitely rent this again if I need to!

I needed a dress for a black tie gala and this was perfect. The lace detail was gorgeous. The dress fit well but the fabric gathered a little around my mid back, so it would have been nice to try one size down but a 12 wasn't available. It was also very long and I had to wear heels to keep it from dragging. It has a train as well that unfortunately got stepped on several times since our event involved a lot of walking around. I would recommend getting a petite if available and you're short. The fabric was very stretchy and forgiving, it didn't feel restricting or too tight.

I wore this gown to a mardi gras ball. Im 5'7 165 lbs, size 10/12 notmally. i had to get the long as they didnt have a regular 12, it worked fine with a pair of heels. I was postpartum 7 weeks so i was nervous about the fit. It was a little loose on me! Very comfortable
