I absolutely LOVE this dress! It's true to size. I am 5'4 and weigh a solid 165lbs. I wore a body-suit like tummy-trimmer, to keep everything underneath in place. I could've worn the dress without it--that's how comfortable it was! Definitely received lots of compliments on the dress--perfect for the "Breakfast at Tiffany's" event I attended. Even as I sat down, the dress did not feel tight. I would definitely rent this little number again!

Great dress! Got tons of compliments. Everyone kept saying it was a perfect dress that you could dress up or down. Ran true to size. It is a thick material and it did get warm during the reception. Would be a great fall/winter dress. Definitely try this one out!

Love this flattering little black dress! Material is substantial and high quality and drapes beautifully. Slim fit, pencil style skirt that hits just below the knees; made for taller ladies. A bit tight in the waist, better for flat stomach-Ed girls. Would work well for a funeral or anywhere else an elegant black dress is needed.

I usually stay away from fitted dresses because of my large waist to hip ratio (a Swedish curse). This dress was awesome! I wore it to a January wedding with red heels and red jewelry and received complements from people I didn't even know. With 40 degree temps and wind gusts of 20mph it kept me warm (that's pretty cold for Texas) The fabric is thick and had just the right amount of stretch, body hugging but no issues sitting or bending down. It housed my 36DD chest and my 42 inch hips...actually felt sad putting it in the garment bag to send back. I will definitely rent this stunner again! ....maybe in red!

This dress is perfect for work! I wore on my first day, and would absolutely rent again for an interview or work event. The material doesn't wrinkle, it is a professional length and has some stretch to it.

This dress fit just right! It was a little stretchy and very comfortable to wear all night. I have to admit to wearing some waist slimming paraphernalia to keep a bit of a chubby roll from showing, but that was because I was a little self conscious. The dress really does deserve to be worn with heels, but it looked good with flats, too.

I wore this for a memorial service in the winter and it was perfect. I was concerned that the length would be too long, however I am 5'5" with longer legs/shorter torso and it was the perfect length with heels (mine were about 3.5".) I felt classy and confident and received many compliments on the dress.

I was nervous about this dress style because my body type is just straight with my problem area being my midsection (where I carry all my weight). I wore a shape-forming "romper" style slip underneath and it all gave me the illusion of having curves. It was comfortable in the top half and and having sleeves is wonderful. The fabric is definitely heavy enough for a late fall wedding, would definitely rent again.

I rented this dress for my husband's promotion party and it was perfect. It fit well and I got a lot of compliments for it being a classy dress. I love the fabric, it was super comfortable and didn't wrinkle. I wish I could get away with wearing this dress over and over again!

I am 5'6" and weight approx 145lbs. I have a smaller upper body and some curvy hips so this dress was perfect for my body type. I ordered the dress in a size small and it was perfect. The material of this dress is thick, so it does a great job of hiding all the imperfections! It will be too hot to wear during the summer, but is great for all other seasons. It is very form fitting, so if you are self conscious about the bottom half of your body I would stay away from this dress. Love it. Want to own it. The only downside (if you want to call it that) was the hard time I had finding accessories for it!

I wore this to my grandfather's funeral after fretting about what to wear for a couple days. I wanted something classy and LBDs are all about the details that make them different and special. This ended up being more that I hoped for. It has a retro vibe that made me feel like Grace -effing- Kelly even though I'm not blond or tall. It was conservative enough for my family but I felt so classy and beautiful the whole day. It ended up being a little longer on me than the model which wasn't a problem. The bottom skirt is stretchy and it fit well. I also didn't wear a bra because I don't like wearing bras and will try to get away with not wearing one every chance I get. Overall, I loved it and would rent it again if I ever need a classy, black dress.

Fit like a dream, and that's hard for me to find off the rack with something fitted. I was comfortable and felt sassy and class all night. Understated and sexy. I must admit, it was extremely hard for me to send this back...

I was worried when the backup size wasn't available especially because my tummy is where I'm most uncomfortable. The fabric is stretchy and forgiving, even with that it did fit. I did choose to pull a Kim K and wear 2 pairs of spanx and have never felt more confident in an outfit. I did end up a little over dressed but being the newbie at the event it helped me stand out and RTR was a great conversation starter. A lot of my fiends and I have been eager to try RTR but were worried about shipping since I'm in Alaska. Was perfect so easy! Recommending RTR to everyone I meet at events now!

I rented this dress for a work meeting and fundraising dinner...it was perfect for both. I had to roll it in my carry on and no wrinkles!! So flattering and comfortable. I am 5'8" 130#, straight figure, and it gave me a waist! The small pulled across my hips too tight. There were subtle signs the dress had been worn frequently, but nothing major. This dress would be flattering on many body types. I wish this was in my closet!!!

Wonderful for work. Neck is so flattering. I ordered the XS because I knew the top would be too big. Bottom was slightly snug but it worked with the look of the more lose fitted top!

I rented this dress for my godson's baptism. This dress was perfect! The fabric was a nice weight; not too heavy, forgiving (as long as you're not trying to size down), and definitely kept me comfortable temperature-wise throughout the event (the baptism took place in January in Chicago, so warmth was high on my priority list). The design is conservative but very feminine. I rented the XS with the Small as my backup. The XS would have been fine if I were attending pretty much any other event but, considering I would be standing up in front of the church congregation, I felt the XS was just a bit too snug and went with the Small. This dress was awesome and I would definitely recommend it!

In a room of 500 for a work event (all suits in this industry) I felt and looked amazing in this dress! I would have worn the small if I was out in my personal life as it hugged all the right places but to air on the side of conservatism the medium was perfect. Yay RTR!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this dress (contemplated not returning it). I have a apple shape and it fit beautifully, I received compliments on it all night. The fabric is thicker than I expected but perfect for a fall night!

BAM! This dress makes your curves go ooh-la-la. If you have an hourglass figure, it's your best friend! The XS was perfect and I usually wear a 0 or 2. Definitely tempted to buy this one, as it could be worn for dates, the office, cocktail parties, you name it.

Lower half is very form fitting, top is looser. I found this it to be very attractive and comfortable. I had no issue walking in it, but I tend to wear pencil skirts. Will probably rent again and in other colors.

I wore this dress for my grandmother's funeral. It is a wonderful dress for such occasion. Very elegant and understated. I wore normal undergarments and even in the heat of Houston's August summer this was not too hot to wear. The fabric is thick, but not uncomfortable.

I wore this to a symposium where I was presenting. Perfect dress for the office or public speaking, especially when paired with a statement Necklace. However, it was 90 degrees ok that day and I had to walk a couple blocks and I was sooooo hot! But not a problem if you are not walking on a hot day. Will rent again.

Rented this for NAHA2016. Rented the red in this style in June and now this for July and it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! Great fit, flattery and beautiful, comfortable material!!!! Will rent again in the future!

I loved this dress. I felt powerful and feminine and absolutely amazing. It's a head turner. So amazing I wore it for two speaking engagements and am considering purchasing it. It is a heavier fabric so it is better suited for inside events and fall/winter engagements. But WOW! My favorite dress from RTW so far.

Fit perfect, material had a slight stretch to it, comfortable, great go to dress for a work meeting.

What is not to love about this dress? It's both modern and classic and so chic. I wasn't sure that it would work on my pear figure, but it's stretchy enough to fit around my larger bottom half without the top being too big. Would definitely rent again.

I loved everything about this dress. My favorite color is black and I felt so beautiful in this black dress. It hugged my curves perfectly and didn't feel weird at all. The fabric is a little heavier and definitely quality material but bc of the fabric I'd be careful wearing it in the dead of summer (I wore it around Spring if I remember correctly-- I'm writing this review way after!). It's true to size and perfect for showing off a figure bc it's snug but leaves so much to the imagination!

Wore for work - hit almost at bottom of knee so partial kneecap a little awkward. Good quality and flattering, but could see hips and rear borderline tight for some, depending on body type and occasion (may want to size up). On me, it was safe but pushing hip tightness for work - black color and thicker fabric helps w that, though.

Thick fabric and very form fitting on the bottom. Does not require a lot of jewelry but you should pick out a fabulous shoe.
