I wore this dress for an "old Hollywood" themed gala and felt so beautiful in it! I received so many compliments and with hair and makeup it suited the theme so well. The dress drapes around your hips beautifully. Empire waist gives the illusion of long legs. The zipper has a lot of fabric that gets caught and so I needed help with getting it on for this very reason. Additionally it was a bit loose on top but I tend to have that problem with dresses.

Loved this dress! Wore it for a gatsby/20s themed work function. I ordered a 2p and 4p... the 2p fit well, but the zipper on the back didn't lay as flat as I wanted so I sized up to 4p, which worked great. I'm 5'4' and 125. Would definitely recommend!!!

This dress fit amazingly and was very flattering, even after a year of COVID weight gain! The only drawback was that the sequins were scratchy under my arms, but that was a small price to pay for how wonderful the dress made me feel. I would definitely rent it again!

Usually I wear size 10. I have to wear a 14 to fit my belly.

I rented this to "spice up" my home teaching game. I put a black jacket on over it, since I teach 8th grade English, and there's no reason to be "all that." Thank you Rent the Runway for bringing a little bling into what is otherwise a pretty miserable situation. Got nothing but positive feedback :) As for fit - I don't have much of an ample bosom, so this really wouldn't be a good choice for me in the real world; I'm not filling the top, but for someone larger on top, I'd imagine it would look amazing. It nipped at the waist pretty nicely and was very comfortable. I wore it about 40 minutes one day, I'm going to wear it for another half hour or so before I send it back, but I'd imagine it would be fine for a full evening out.

Amazingly beautiful dress , made me feel a million dollars, I'm 33 weeks pregnant and it fit just right since it has that loose detail on the front,I had to pin the chest area because it was a little to loose to me and to make the straps stay put, the chest under band felt great , didn't bother me , length wise was just perfect since I'm not able to use high heels , I used a 2.5" heels and it was perfect for the dress length.

I absolutely loved the fit of this dress!!! It hugged all the right places and covered everything else wonderfully! I am 5' 8" and ordered the Long option. I still found it to be a little short. I ended up wearing a flat and it worked really well.

I have recently been on a weightloss adventure, so renting a dress has been the best option. That way I dont spend a lot of money on a dress that I really will never be able to wear again. I am currently fitting into most 18 & 18w dresses, however, according to the sizing chart, I measured for the 22! Which was WAY too big. The 20 fit well enough and I was very comfortable, but it was very big in the bust. I probably should have gone with ordering an 18 with a 20 back up. So, don't worry too much about what the sizing chart says. Go with the size you typically fit into and order the back up size accordingly. The zippers are a bit tough to work with through the bunching, so make sure you have someone to help you and a bit of patience. Also, plan on having saftey pins on hand if you don't have a big bust. These dresses are definitely made for the bigger busted girls, but if you pin it right, it looks good on anyone!

Ohmygosh. I'm totally obsessed with this gown. The fit was lovely and the sparkle is overwhelming!

I picked up the dress in store that day, so i had to choose from the sizes available. I wore a 10L but at 5'6" and in heels i needed the 10R. Was still a beautil dress! Was able to wear a normal, demi cut bra. Very flattering and would def rent again.

I usually go after halter dresses because I find them to be most comfortable. This one didn't dissapoint in comfort , but also made me feel like a million bucks !

This dress was gorgeous and i got so many compliments. I have pretty wide hips and the fabric draped perfectly over them. The waist hit perfectly at my natural waist. I highly recommend this dress for a classic but dun look for a formal event.

I couldn’t get over how COMFY this dress was! The lining made if feel so soft and it was stretchy. It is the best cut for us larger, curvy ladies. So flattering! The size 18 was perfect for me! There was even a little more room in the bust if I had needed it. I used some fashion tape to keep it in place since I’m not used to such a revealing neck line. I was able to get it zipped up all by myself, but it’s better to have a helping hand with the zipper if possible. I felt like a Greek goddess in this! I convinced my husband to take me out for a fancy date night just to wear it a second time during my rental, I loved it so much. Zero complaints. 10/10 will rent again!

Wore this to a party and got rave reviews. I am 5'11" and usually wear a 12 but the 14 fit the best for me height and long waist. Long enough to cover a small heel. Not scratchy as the sequins are on mesh backed with a poly liner. Very deeply cut neckline, which was fine for me. I received the dress with a safety pin at the bosom, which is how someone else took care of the issue. Highly recommend for a glitzy party, formal wedding, etc.

I absolutely loved this dress! It fit really well (I have a larger chest and wide hips) and the length was perfect to wear with heels. I got so many compliments all night. The best part is I could wear a regular bra with it! I would recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. I’m a L/XL 16/18 usually and I ended up getting a 20.

This dress fit well and is flattering! I was maid of honor at a friends wedding in Vegas. This dress was perfect for it! Only thing is I had to be careful with my cleavage. It's pretty low cut. I definitely recommend this dress!

Such a fun dress! Very comfy once you get zipped in (all the reviews are correct that the zipper is sticky. I could not have done it myself. This is a two-person job). I usually wear a 10 in dresses like this but the 12 felt just right. I’m 5’9” and needed the long. Would highly recommend!

The other reviews nailed it on the difficult zipper but nothing crazy. Just needed help getting zipped in and out but there was plenty of give for the baby bump. Lovely dress and as usual I am sizing up one from my normal dress size due to my baby bump developing. The length was perfect with a good platform heel. Great maternity option and felt gorgeous!

This dress was true to its size and the way it flowed in the front made it fit over my 9 months pregnant belly perfectly! It had great support in the front so you could wear it braless if you wanted which was a nice benefit. Beautiful in person and in pictures!

Loved this dress and received so many compliments!! True to size, beautiful and best of all how lightweight and comfortable it was. Only con is my low bun kept getting caught on the dress, so I would recommend an updo or straight hair with his dress. Other than that is was perfect!!!

This dress fit like a glove! I'm 3 months post partum and although I'm not my usual size, I felt sexy, beautiful and most importantly comfortable. You definitely need at least 3 inch heals, but the material fell perfectly over my body. I'm not a spanx person but I did purchase one for this and I didn't need it. Thank God! I hate feeling compressed. It was also easy to pull over my shoulders so I could pump.I did receive multiple compliments. It was a great self esteem booster after having a baby

Went with another Badgely Mischka but this was super comfortable and easy to wear. I am not busty and it gaped when I leaned over. Would have needed to tape it down. I am an apple shape and the dress zipped beautifully.

I loved the fit of the dress, but I wanted a more sexy silhouette for my husband's 60th birthday party, so I strategically pinned and draped the dress and it turned out perfect!

I'm 5'1 and 147 the length was great the fit was great. I wanted to disguise my midsection and I feel like this dress was perfect. I attended a very formal wedding and felt confident and beautiful. The dress is slightly heavy (it was August in PA and 99 degrees out) so it was expected. The zipper got stuck at the waist band but with a little help I was fine.

The dress is gorgeous. I received many compliments. It sparkled and glistened all night. I normally a size 6R or 8R.. I had to go up to a size 12R in this dress for it to fit comfortably. Thankfully, RTR has excellent customer service team and was able to get me a replacement size in time for my event.
