It arrived a day earlier then scheduled, I got a size up from what I normally wear I’m top heavy. It was very comfortable and I looked Amazing if I must say myself.

Ordered size 4 and 6. Couldn’t zip up the 4. 6 was just right. Very snug across chest and back so size up if you have bigger back or chest. I’m a small b cup but have wide back. Felt super glam and loved the dress.

This dress fit like a glove. I had never considered wearing a strapless dress as I’ve always been large chested, but this has built-in support and I was secure all night! Did not need to adjust at all. I felt fabulous all night and received several compliments at the ball.

I wore this stunning gown to my sister’s wedding. The fit was perfect. Wore it with a 4” heel though had to hold the dress when going up steps. I received so many compliments throughout the evening. I wanted to wear something different but not spend a fortune. Thanks RTR for offering such amazing gowns for special events that don’t break the bank.

Had to wear platform heels to not trip over the length. Glad I went bigger with 8 bc it was still pretty snug. Beautifully made dress

LOVED all of the details of this dress - from the delicate floral pattern to the subtle sparkle, I am so happy this was the dress I picked! I liked the way that this dress appeared in daylight - that’s when you could see all the beautiful details and it was more than a classic black dress. I was worried about the strapless fit but, it fit as good as a strapless dress probably could - wasn’t the best for dancing but held up otherwise.

Fit like a glove! Definitely needed help zipping it up, but once it was on it felt great. Loved the sparkle and the high slit. Just gorgeous.

This dress was true to size for me. However it's very heavy and the back bunched up above my booty. I don't think it's made for women with more of a pear shape. Everything else I loved about it!

This was my first rental and it far exceeded my expectations. The dress fit true to size and was a dream. I was so surprised at how comfortable the dress was. The material was thick, heavy and quality. It was easy to sit, eat, drink and dance in. I could have slept in this dress it was that comfortable. I didn't want to take it off or send it back. The length was great with 3 in heels. I used a strapless bra and wasn't constantly pulling it up even though I have a small bust. It is forgiving in the midsection if needed because of the thickness of the material. I would rent this again.

I typically wear a 6 or 8 in jeans depending on brand and after reading reviews on this dress I ordered an 8 & 10. The 8 fit me well but I felt slightly restricted and the though the 10 was slightly big in my stomach area I knew I would be able to dance all night without feeling uncomfortable. I am 5'7", 167lbs, pear shape and the dress was perfect. It was flattering and received many compliments. I definitely suggest going up at least 2 sizes if you want to be comfortable. I read reviews about the dress being heavy but I didn't feel the dress was too heavy. I wore it to a black tie wedding in New York during the month of May for 9 hours. Definitely recommend!!

Fit like a glove. A little long for short people but I just wore really high heels. Had no problem with the top part and my chest. No sliding down. Didn't even need to wear a bra because material is so thick. Really great for hiding a little belly because material is heavy. Loved the slit and the black sparkles.

One of the dresses I ordered wasn't available and RTR sent this one as a backup. I ended up loving it more than the first two that were sent and wore it for the wedding! The fit was perfect, the length was perfect and the dress had just enough glitz to feel glamorous but not too much where it felt over the top at all. I would definitely recommend this dress and plan to rent it again sometime!

I wore this for a black tie event. It's classic, pretty and the structure allowed to go sans bra, but beware it def runs a 1/2 to full size smaller, and it's super layered and a tad heavy, so it got HOT. probably best for fall and winter events and not Summer.

Fit well. I definitely have hips and thought this dress was really flattering. Got a lot of compliments and felt great all night!!

I wore this for a black-tie formal affair. It is a gorgeous dress. The has three layers. The nude layer, a shiny sequin layer, and then the black lace. Dress is heavy but very comfortable. You won't feel bogged down. Dress runs small so go a size or two up from your normal size. The dress also runs short. The 16L was not available so I went with the 16R. I hate kitten heels and all the flats I saw were hideous. Lucky me I found some 2.75 inch (not quite 3 inch heels) and it worked out. The dress didn't graze the floor like I would have preferred but it was close enough (a little below my ankle but you could still see my shoes). I would have liked the long if it was available but the dress was too gorgeous to pass up. The dress has no give, no stretch. Wear a strapless bra. I am full bust and it has a built-in one -- but I found myself readjusting periodically (not too many times but enough) to prevent nip slips .. lol ... I'm 5'8", 208 pds, reg size 12/14, curvy, hourglass shape. It accentuates the body, hides imperfections, and is very stunning. Overall, no complaints.

My client is a 0/2, and she wore the size 2 so we could get the gown zipped--the dress stayed up great during the photoshoot. The pics do not do this dress justice. The pattern, fabric, and subtle sparkle make for such a classic look. I was sent this dress because the one I chose was unavailable... so happy it worked out better than my first choice! Only caution is that it is long even with high shoes.

It had a nice nude slip attached so it was very smooth to the skin - a bit heavy with all the sequins and material, but not terrible. Easy to sit and walk in.

I'm a curvy girl. No worries though. It was form fitting yet forgiving. It has a sheath, then a sequined layer in a gold/nude color topped with the black layer. The top layer is sheer and has detail work along with some lace. The top has boning but no cups. My bra size is 38D. I was able to barely fit without a bra. A strapless bra would work and still not show because the back is not that low. The slit was flattering. Not too revealing.

The bodice fits well and the length was good for me at 5,3" and3" heels.The dress was a knockout,it helped to make my reunion memorable.

This dress was a little snug, but very pretty. I typically take a size 4 and wore the 4R. The backup size of a 6 would have been too big. I had a broken heel and had to use a knee wheeler, so the slit up the front was why I got this dress. I was hoping to wear flats, but i needed a 2" heel since the regular was still very long.

This dress was a perfect fit for me. I usually have trouble with strapless staying up, but this dress wasn't budging at all. It was a bit heavy but not too overwhelming. Should be worn with a strapless bra although I didn't wear one .

Rented this sexy number for one of my best friend's winter weddings. It was a perfect fit, literally. This was my first Badgley Mischka rental so I was unsure/nervous of the size and fit. My true size was perfection. The dress is slightly heavy but not overwhelming. It was very flexible and it hugged my curves just right. I had no issues sitting, moving or dancing in this dress all night long. Received multiple compliments throughout the evening and the dress photographed beautifully. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased!

This dress was stunning- I got so many compliments. I was worried about the length but the regular was perfect (I am 5'7" and wore 3" heels)! It just grazed the floor and I wasn't stepping all over it.

Loved this dress but the 6 was too small and the backup size wasn’t available so I wore a different fit for my event. I normally wear a 6 so definitely size up with this style. Nice thick fabric. The under liner does seem to show on the slit but hard to tell with the dress being tight.

This dress is gorgeous and fits nicely. I didn't end up wearing it to the event because my other choice was preferred, but I loved the way this dress fit and was very flattering.

I wore the bigger of the two dresses, which was a size 12 and it was still tight. Also the dress was shorter than I thought, I should have worn flats not heels. Overall I really liked the dress it was comfortable and great for prom!

This was my back up dress, as my original dress only showed up in one size and didn't fit with my baby bump. Thank goodness for back ups! I ordered a 6 and an 8 and would normally fit into a 6 comfortably, but being 20 weeks with my bump I needed a bigger size. This material doesn't really stretch, and my husband could barely zip me in, it also had a corset built in so no bra needed but the corset went and couple inches below my chest and at times was uncomfortable while sitting. The fabric was much heavier than I anticipated and the Regular was too long for my 5'2 frame so I had to pin the bottom up about 3 inches and was wearing 3 inch heels. I received compliments all night long, and I was able to dance in it just fine too! It definitely was form fitting and showed off my baby bump just right. Would wear this again and I think would be very flattering on any body.

This was a back up dress sent by rent the runway. The picture they show does not do justice to the dress. I was surprised how beautiful the dress was in person. It had a shimmer to it and felt a little heavy because it was made with great quality lace. I usually wear 0 and some times a 2 depending on the brand. I am 5'3, 106 pounds and a 34C (petite body frame). This dress was big on me. I loved it but constant had to pull the dress up. The length was also very long even when I wore 3inch heels. I think a 0 would have been the perfect size. I must say I am thankful rent the runway sent this dress because my original one did not fit. It was truly a stunning well made dress.

The dress is very well-made and while it does have thick fabric it is so classy. I received lots of compliments the whole night and am so glad that I wore it. I had initially received another dress that looked like a disaster on me so am very thankful that I got this one instead. I def recommend it for any black tie affair.

I received this dress as a replacement after my first dress was too short. I ordered a size 8 but the 6 probably would've been better. The length was perfect. The dress was heavy but super comfortable. At times, I had issues walking without lifting it up because of the slit. I liked the dress, but wouldn't rent again.

Dress fit well and was easy to walk in with the slit. The dress is a little heavy (with the layering), which was great for a Winter event! The pictures don't do the dress justice because of the lighting; but the dress have a beautiful sparkle with nude/blush sequins under the black lace. No bra was needed with this dress and for a strapless I was happy with how well it stayed up (I didn't have to yank it up). I am usually a size 6, which fit good as well, but the 4 just helped the dress stay put on my hips which was helping in the strapless. This dress was not itchy and did not irritate my underarms as some other sequin dresses have in the past. Overall very classic, glamorous dress- I would recommend!
