This dress was breathtaking. Very flattering and easy to wear! I was able to wear a regular nude bra with it and it didn't show. Gorgeous dress!

This dress was perfect for my event, and I couldn’t help but look at myself in the mirror! It is fancy and modest but still showed off my curves. The sequins were a bit scratchy, and a previous renter made some permanent alterations to the dress that made getting it on tricky, but I still had a great time wearing it!

Some pics make the dress look blue, its 100% lilac. Its classy, fits nice and the beading is gorgeous. Not too heavy, good for all seasons.

Ordered an 8 and 10 and ended up wearing the larger of the sizes ordered. It was a bit tight at the arms but not terrible. I appreciated the boning and it provided support. Wore 2” heels and the dress dragged a little but not terrible.

It fit perfectly. Just above the ankle on the front. Elegant. The details of the dress are hard to see online. I received tons of compliments.

This is a gorgeous dress. I wore it to my boyfriends prom and it was comfortable the whole night. No itchiness which I was worried about with the lace and sequins. I'm about 5 foot 9 and ordered a long and it turned out to be a good length with the shoes I bought which were about 3 inches or so. My favorite thing about it was the way the skirt fell like it had a fluid quality to it. I probably could have ordered a two long for a little bit of a tighter fit around my waist but the dress naturally hugs your hips Ina really nice way and there is boning in the top. It's classy and fun at the same time. I absolutely loved wearing and it didn't want to send it back!

Renting it online was nerve racking at first, but when the dress arrived it fit beautifully. It felt like the dress was actually made for me! I would definitely suggest this dress if You have curvier hips and a smaller bust. It highlights curves with elegance and modesty I love rent the runway...it's so easy and stress free!

Dress fits great! Arms got scratched from the sequins when dancing... So be aware of that risk...

I'm 5'11 so can rarely find dresses long enough for me but this one almost dragged on the ground it was so long (would recommend higher heels on the tall size) - beautiful dress, lots of compliments!

I ordered this for my senior prom, and everything about it was perfect. It showed up a day early, fit perfectly, and was the perfect length with 3" heels. It is the perfect shade of blue. No complaints whatsoever!

I wore this to a 7pm black tie wedding in Houston TX in June. Anything I would have chosen would be hot but this wasn't too bad! The fit was true to size. I am 5'6" and wore 3.5" heels, and the hem just skimmed the ground. The boning at the top made for a really nice shape. If you have any variation of a flat stomach (like me after having a baby!) I would recommend spanx. I was able to dance fairly easily. I had to switch dresses at the last minute because mine wasn't available but I'm so glad I picked this one. Unique, well made, and the color was gorgeous for spring/summer.... Would even be pretty in the winter too. Tons of compliments. The sequins only started to bother me after about 7 hours of wear.

Incredible dress- completely show stopping. Felt beautiful and glamorous all night long. The hem is a little short for me at 5'7 but I was more comfortable in flats anyway! The 6 fit but I was a little more comfortable in the 8 since sequins can be itchy close to my skin. Definitely recommend!

I love this dress! I wore it to my junior prom and received many compliments! It ran pretty true to size... I ordered a size 2R and 4R and wore the 4 because the 2 was a little tight in the bust ( I am not busty). But overall, I loved the dress and will definitely rent from RTR in the future!!!

The 4l fit me a little looser but it was comfortable. If you are looking for more of a "wow" factor I would pick a size that is more form fitting since it is a simple gown. At 5'7 with 4 inch heels I had to pick up the dress while walking to prevent people from stepping on it and to not trip over it myself. Over all awesome dress that stands out in a sophisticated way.

the zipper is a little hard to close once the dress is on but over all its an awesome dress! also runs a little short on me

I think this dress is really special because without bright colors or diamonds or a more revealing cut you are able to stand out. Because you look like a freaking princess. It fit me like a glove and was super comfortable. The length was perfect with my 2 inch heels. Also, the sequins didn't look cheap at all and actually looked so nice. The dress is even more stunning in person. I don't want to give it back hahaha

Wore this for a benefit. It was a lot longer than I anticipated- I'm 5'9" and was able to wear 3 1/2 inch heels without my shoes showing. I'm between a 4 and a 6 and could've gone either way but the 4 bloused out weirdly in the back.

This dress is even more beautiful in person! It sparkles perfectly in the light and the color is subtle and refined. It fits very true to size and the regular length was perfect for my 5'5'' height in flats. The zipper was a little tricky and sometimes the sequins got caught on other girls' sequin or lace dresses, but it didn't bother me too much. I got so many compliments on this dress and had a wonderful experience with Rent the Runway as a whole. I would definitely rent again!

My favorite RTR dress thus far! Color was great as was the sparkle factor (subtle shimmer with sequins but not over the top). Should have gone with a regular as the long was too long for me even with 3+in heels. Zipper was a tad difficult, but not bad. Would rent this again in a heartbeat!

The fit was perfect. At the time I could wear either a 6 or an 8 but went with the 8. I was 10 weeks pregnant when I wore it and I was very comfortable. It was form fitting but not uncomfortable tight. There was not much stretch so definitely order true to size. It was long so high heels are a must with the dress. I felt so gorgeous and had a blast at the gala I attended. Tons of complements!

I ordered a 6R and an 8R expecting to fit into the 6. Because my bust is larger I fit better in the size 8. The fabric is beautiful but gets caught on jewelry really easily. Length wise it was okay. Overall, I felt beautiful and got a ton of compliments.

I rented this dress for a spring charity gala. It fit like a glove, but wasn't restrictive in any way. The material was a good thickness and I appreciated the boning in the torso. The color was perfect, a beautiful subtle lilac. I was worried the fabric might be itchy with the sequins, but it did not bother me. They add the perfect bit of sparkle without going over the top. My one gripe (almost too tiny to mention!) is the length. I'm 5'9 and ordered a 4L, and it was just a bit short in the front and full to the ground in the back. Not a big deal though! A chance to show off a cute pedi. So very happy with this glam gown.

I wore this dress to my high school's prom and at the end of the event my principal said she had "been admiring it all night" which is basically the ultimate compliment. I got the 4R and 6R sent to me and both fit, but the 6R was more loose and baggy on me. the dress doesn't cling to the figure, but it doesn't hide any curves, so I decided to wear spanx to flatten my stomach. the zipper was also hard to slide in both dresses, but I enjoyed the reveal in the upper back. you can wear a standard bra with this dress, and it will look weird if your boobs aren't big enough to fill the chest area because the front will sag. There are sequins all over the gown and they are BEAUTIFUL and add a shimmer to the dress when it is in the light. I wore 3-inch heels and the dress still dragged on the floor a little on the back.

I was worried about the length since I'm 5'9 or 5'10 but without heals it was perfect and with short heels it still looked great! Tall heels might not have worked out but luckily I had already boughten shorter ones! Other than that it was amazing and fit like a glove! I would definitely recommend it!

The dress fit very well, the only problems were that the zipper was extremely difficult and the fabric was a little itchy. I thought at first that maybe the zipper wouldn't zip because the dress was too small, but it was difficult on the 8L as well. You just have to have patience with the zipper, but other than that I absolutely loved this dress and got so many compliments!

This dress was absolutely beautiful. It did run small. I would have been more comfortable in the 6 honestly. Wore the 4L with heels. I am about 5'5 125lbs. It's almost like a slight silver blue. I do have one complaint though, the sequins under my arms and back of my shoulders rubbed a lot and by the end of the night I was beat read and sore! Ended up stuffing tissues where it rubbed.

The dress is really lovely, with lace and sequins. In the daylight, at home, the dress seemed like almost too much, but once we arrived at the formal event, I felt very elegant and appropriately attired. There is not a lot of give - I usually wear a 6, but the 8 was much more comfortable for me in this gown. The fitted style and light color mean that every lump and bump will show - I recommend wearing spanx for a seamless look. It was comfortable for sitting down and most importantly, it was long enough for me to wear 2 1/2" heels and still have the dress skim the floor. Overall a great dress.

When I rented this dress I was scared that it might be too small because although I have a very small top, my hips and butt tend to be a tight fit. The 4r fit my perfectly but it would have been too short with heels. This dress is a gorgeous color and it sparkles perfectly. Rent the runway was the best choice for my prom!

The dress fits perfectly- true-to-size. It is light, comfortable, and easy to wear. The dress is all sequins, which is beautiful, but can snag onto other fabrics. I made the mistake of carrying a clutch that also had sequins on it, and it caught onto the dress a few times. Other than the snagging of the sequins onto other dresses (standing next to another person for a photo, ESPECIALLY if said person also wore sequins), purses, pashminas, etc, there were no issues. Beautiful dress!

This dress was sent to me as a backup when my original first choice dress was sent back damaged from the previous renter. This dress is absolutely beautiful, I just thought it ended up being a little too sparkly and over the top for a black tie optional, outdoor wedding. The color and fabric are gorgeous though, and the dress is fitted by in a very flattering way. I'm 5'6" and was wearing 3 in heels and the dress was a touch long, but the regular would have been too short. If I ever have an indoor black tie wedding I will certainly consider this dress, it is gorgeous!

I ordered a 4 and 6, but the 6 gave me more room. It was such an elegant dress and unique from everyone else. Once I put it on I knew it was perfect. The sparkle and lace was such a unique combination. The only con is the zipper- it was very frustrating and time consuming trying to zip it up. Overall, I loved this dress.

I have a fairly small waist, and I usually get a size 0 for dresses, but the dress was a little more loose than usual in the "corset" part of the dress. I was hoping that it would be tighter on me, but hey not many things will be tight on a 25 inch waist without alterations. Anyways, other than that and the fact that the cap sleeves were a little irritating whenever I had my arms by my side, it was a really great dress. I was loose enough in the skirt part of the dress to dance around in, and the clear sequins looked so pretty in neon lighting, or really any lighting. When we took the pictures, it was actually overcast, so you can imagine when it is sunny, it is even more sparkly! The dress was very long; even with four inch heels, there was a bit of a train. (Although I am short so...) It bothered me more when I had to walk around taking pictures than when we went out to eat and then danced at the prom--so it wasn't that bad. Overall, great experience renting and pretty dress. My waitress even told me that I looked like a Disney Princess. Oh, and the color is a little bit darker in person than in any of the pictures I have seen of it. I think its more of a periwinkle than a lilac.

It was so beautiful and I felt like a princess the whole night!! It ran a little tight in the hips though, (but that's probably bc I have bigger hips than the model haha) but yes it was so fun so classy but pretty! I definitely reccomend it.
