This dress is such a beauty on! I felt amazing in this dress. I wore it to a Le Vian Red Carpet Event and received so many compliments all day! I felt beautiful and confident. I am 5'4" and the 12R allowed me to wear 4 in heels but I was also able to change into flats later without it dragging to much. I get hot easily and I was cool and comfortable throughout the event. And bonus, my sister was jealous of my backside all day :) would definitely wear this again!

This is a beautiful dress and I wore it to a black-tie affair while 27 weeks pregnant (early month 7). It is not very stretchy, so keep that in mind. I would say the dress probably runs a bit small - I normally wear 0P but judging by the size of the one I wore (6R), I would guess that 2R would have been fine pre-pregnancy. The material is heavy and the lace section is see-through. Probably not a good fit for busty ladies, since not every type bra could be worn with the see-through section... Completed satisfied overall!

This dress is so beautiful, and earned a ton of compliments at a black tie anniversary celebration. I wore it at 30 weeks pregnant, and found the slight stretch of the fabric as well as the cut of the dress overall to be very accommodating. Pre-pregnancy I would normally wear a 4/6 and the 10 fit perfectly, skimming all the right curves in a flattering way and allowing some extra length for moderate heels and the bump. I did wear maternity spanx to avoid VPL, and was pleasantly surprised to find I could get to the bathroom without trouble. With the sleeves, subtle beading, lace inset detail, and bilevel hem, I found the dress very elegant. I was so thrilled to get dressed up at this stage of pregnancy and feel like myself rather than wear a tent-like maternity gown! Renters should be aware that the lace inset is sheer; I wore a black bra and found it blended in just fine.

This was my second choice dress, but I was delighted with it! It turns out that this was much better for me than my first choice. It was comfortable, fit like a glove, was the perfect length with a small heel (I am 5'9") and needed every inch of the Long. By the end of the night I wanted to keep the dress!

Great style! The material on this style has a great weight to it so it hangs nicely on the body without being too tight. I liked the short sleeves and the fact that I could wear a standard bra. There is a subtle detailing near the top of the dress that makes this unique and understated. Loved it!

Perfect for a conservative wedding! The size 4l fit but showed a little more cleavage than I wanted for this event.

I rented this dress for a good friends wedding. I was 28 weeks pregnant at the time and ALL belly. I normally wear a size 6 and have a large chest, 36DDD with the pregnancy boobs. The dress fit great over over my chest, but was a little tight through the belly and a tad short. I wish I had ordered a 12L for a little more wiggle room and so my feet weren't exposed. Despite this it was a GREAT dress and I got a lot of compliments for looking like an elegant pregnant woman.

I rented this dress for a black tie fundraiser. I was only able to get a 10R (I would've liked a 12 also). It does run small and it fit pretty snug in the chest and arms. The fabric does not stretch, so if you're bigger in the upper body it may be a little tight. I loved the look of the dress and got lots of compliments! I am a 8-10 usually, 36 C.

Classic, but not boring. This black gown was so flattering and beautiful on. The fit was perfect and I'm glad I went with a Long for extra length to wear higher heels.

I am 32 weeks and currently measuring 42.5" around the bump. I decided to take a chance on this for a black tie holiday affair -being I saw a few other pregnant ladies who had success with this dress. It is most definitely bump friendly thanks to the empire waist design! My pre-pregnancy size is usually 6R, and so I tried 2 & 3 sizes up AND in longs -which I am surely glad I did. With 2.5-3" heels, I needed that extra length to accommodate the bump. The 10L was too tight in the mid-bump up to the chest area, so 3 sizes up was absolutely necessary. The back of the dress trails on the floor a bit, but didn't get in the way, outside of a few stairs. The lace in the middle is sheer, so you will need to wear appropriate undergarments. I wore a nubra, and it worked fine! Received many compliments all night long, and felt very glamourous for being 8 months pregnant!

I wore this dress in NY when I was 6 months pregnant. The cut allowed extra room for my baby bump yet still has a slim silhouette...I received tons of compliments. I am normally a size 0 in dresses and I ordered the 4R and it fit perfectly. With 3 1/2 inch heels, the length was just right. The dress has a slight amount of stretch, so I felt comfortable throughout the night. The subtle lace detail is elegant and sheer, a black bra was almost unnoticeable. With the lace detail, a necklace is not necessary, so I wore drop earrings to complete the look. I highly recommend this gorgeous gown!

Photo doesn't do it justice. The decorations on top are lovely and there is semi-see-through lace at the waist and up through the center of the dress in front. Length was a little long for me, but it seemed that a number of people at the party were wearing really long dresses.

This photo does not show the gown well (I'm the woman with the white hair), but it is beautiful with a slim, flattering fit and a graceful train in back. I would definitely rent it again. I took the style advice from the RTR notes and paired it with the Lulu Frost Beacon Stud earrings, which added a little edge, and also the Silver Drift Cuff. On the other hand, it arrived with part of the zipper detached and I had to have a tailor make a quick repair.

I loved this dress but it didn't photograph well and I don't think it was a show stopper. It was ideal for my conservative event however. It fit beautifully and the Long fit almost perfectly. I had to wear 2.5'' heels. If you are tall and like 3+'' heels, get the XLong. Also, note that the mesh is see through. I wore a black bra and it was hardly noticeable.

Dress is perfect for a work or other conservative events that requires elegance but no skin. The rich fabric drapes beautifully at the train. but is shorter in the front. Be sure to wear a glam shoe. I love this dress. I am 5"9' and for sure needed the L but had enough length to wear a 3inch heel. I have also found that despite the fact that I am an 8 or 10 in Tahari, DVF, Theory, etc., I need a 12 in the evening dresses from RTR. No special undergarments required, a big plus!

Very sophisticated and elegant dress. The dress is not big on the details; it is all about the fit and the fit is spot on.

I was working and attending a formal event so needed something appropriate to match both roles! This dress was perfect since it was simple enough but had a modern silhouette to it. The beading detail gives that extra pop it needs without being overly designed. My only con was it was a little long on me (I was trying to get away with wearing my platform flip flops since I was running all over the place but still hide my feet so no one could tell!) Because the size 0 petite wasnt available, I had to get the 0 regular. I just had to pick it up when I needed to dash to handle things.

Fit perfectly I wore 1in. Heels. Would rent it again.

Wore this to a black-tie art gala in winter. It fit well/true to size and the long was perfect (if not even a 1/4" too long) for 4" heels (I'm nearly 5'10"). It was a back-up to my back-up that RTR sent last-minute, but it worked out well. I was hesitant, because I felt a little like Morticia Addams, but with some bright red lipstick and bold jewelry, it was perfect, especially given the season.

Fit true to size, got a 2R just in case, but the 0 was perfect with a pair of small heels (3"?) Didn't wear a bra underneath, or really need one, but it was a sheer lace panel in the front. If you are more on the small-chested size, you might need to wear something underneath to prevent a nip-slip. Very comfortable, and received tons of compliments. Would rent again.

i ordered a 6L and even with heels it was a little too long. next time i would order 6 regular

I rented this dress earlier this year & chose to rent it again because I loved it so much. My fault for not trying it on until the morning of the event. When my friend arrive to help me temporarily tape the hem, I tried it on and with heels it was 3" too short PERMANENTLY sewn/hemmed. . (I'm only 5'4") I had to wear the back up dress that was a size too big. I still love this dress but I recommend people try the dresses on immediately when they arrive just in case.

This dress was amazing. The material was gorgeous and had a tiny bit of stretch. The fit was nice - not tight on the arms, and a little bit of a flare at the back. The embellishment was just enough to not require a necklace - perfect with the neckline. It was the perfect length. I wore it for a event that I was working at, and it was so nice not to worry about special underwear - I threw it on in 5 minutes and was able to run around in it all night. I loved this dress and got lots of compliments!

I wore this dress to a black tie awards ceremony and it was perfect for the event. If you are curvy (as I am) the dress is much more fitted than it looks on the model, but I was okay with this. The material as a bit of shimmer which makes it stand out and the beading around the top is amazing,

I was a little worried about this dress because I was underwhelmed by it on the model pictures but my first dress was damaged and I took a chance on this one. I am so glad I did! I wore this dress to a black tie gala. I was working the event and it was sophisticated and professional yet sexy – perfect for the occasion! The RTR Stylist suggested I pair it with the Dannijo Finley Golden Earrings and the Cara Dress Me Up Bracelet and it was perfection! I am slightly pear shaped and the mermaid style was very flattering. I am 5'3" and wore gold wedges with a slight platform. The regular length was great! I would definitely rent this entire outfit again as a guest or a planner! My only regret is that I was too busy to take pictures!

It was too long for me. This was a substitute dress. The dress is shorter in front and longer in back. I had to watch for people stepping on the dress.

Looks great on. Fits tight through the hips and booty. I didn't want to wear shape wear so I opted for my backup dress. But this one got more oohs and ahhs from those who saw it. A bra does show through the mesh.

I rented this dress for a black tie work event, so I wanted something fun but also work appropriate. It was also 15 degrees outside the night of the event, so this was great. It runs a bit small as I am typically a 4/6 and the 6 fit like a glove. I have a small chest so if you are bustier, you might need to size up as the zipper goes all the way up the back. I didn't wear a bra, which was delightful.

I was 34 weeks when I wore this dress. I went up 2 sizes from what I normally wear and it fit perfectly. It was fitted but provided enough space to fit my bump comfortably. The length also worked perfectly.

I didn't end up wearing- the actual fit runs true to size, the length was way longer than expected. I did read the reviews and suggested fit, which supposedly fits 5'2"- 5'6"- I am 5'2" and put on 4 inch heels and the dress was still WAY too long. I also didn't expected the shiny beaded area to be see through! I could definitely see my bra in bright light.

130 lbs, 63 inches tall, 40DD. This dress went on, and felt great. The problem of course was in the chest. The crisscross sequin work did not line up correctly with my chest and ended up looking ridiculous. I could not wear this dress!

Finally, a dress that's long enough! I'm 5'9" and I wanted to wear really tall platform Fendi heals with this dress.....it was not a problem! The dress was comfortable to move in and also comfortable enough to sit in. I wore this to a black tie event and I was able to move around, sit, eat, dance, etc all night long without ANY issues. Love this dress.

The fit was true to size and definitely shows off your curves which adds a little sexiness. The embroidered section in the center is not as revealing at all as it appears on the picture, which was great for my work Christmas Ball. I absolutely loved this dress, particularly the small train, and would definitely recommend it. I would also recommend wearing diamond or diamante earrings with this dress as it really brings out the sparkle in the top section.

I ended up wearing the other dress I was sent, but it was a really hard choice because this dress was so classy. You can wear a regular bra even though it's semi-see through. I got the 8L and it fit, but my shoulders are broad and I'm 3m's post partum so I probably could be taken the 10L and felt slightly more comfortable. It has a small train and I needed every inch of the long. I would highly recommend this dress.
