The dress had beautiful laser cut lace detailing and the one shoulder detail was fun without overdoing it. The dress hugs your curves but artfully hides any problem area. I put on the size 10 first and it fit in the hips, but was very billowing up to (and I'm a D cup!). The size 8 was a tad more snug in the hips, but the fabric is thick and since it looked much better up top, I went with it and received LOTS of compliments. I highly recommend this dress for more formal affairs!

I got soooo many compliments on this dress!! I wanted a dress that I was going to be able to move and be comfortable as I anticipated dancing all night. I read all the reviews and was not disappointed. I wore the dress for almost 10 hours straight and there was not one uncomfortable moment. I usually wear a size 14 and the dress was big on me. One of the reasons I decided to belt it. The fabric does have give, so go down a size. Loved it so much, renting it for a different wedding this weekend!

This dress is so far my most favorite dress that I have rented. It's stretchy, so I could wear the 4 versus the 6. The material is really great thick quality that smoothes your figure. It's so comfortable and fun to dance in- and I didn't need a bra. I normally don't review dresses, but this dress was so great that I felt like I should say it since there are so little reviews about it! I wish I could rent it over and over again. Got so many compliments, and really loved the sleeve on the right side. Definitely a good one.

I was thrilled with this dress! It felt great on, hugged my body and made me look and feel amazing. I am about 5'7" and it came to my knees. I was able to move around and dance and eat and drink comfortably without feeling confined. This was for a formal dinner and I received so many compliments on the dress. I highly recommend renting this for any special occasion. I have NO complaints!

The dress was comfortable! Soft inner layer with stretch so it conformed to my shape and made dancing easy and fun! I received so many compliments! The material was a few layers thick so it was good for this winter weather formal party!

I am normally a 4, but I was choosing a gown off the rack in the Georgetown location so my only option was a size 6. The 6 was a bit large on me but not noticeably so. No one could tell. It's such a comfortable dress, very stretchy throughout. I would definitely recommend it, and I didn't even wear the correct size.

I wore this dress to a black tie charity event and it was perfect for the Cuban theme. The ruffle adds that extra something and the cutouts in the bodice are more subtle than they appear on the website. I am only 5"1" at best so the hem was a bit lower than it is intended, but it made the dress seem more formal than a knee length would. There was a bit of a lump where the zipper ended at my hip, so watch out for that. I wore a 0, which is my standard size, and had plenty of wiggle room. I got tons of compliments on it, so if you are looking for a LBD thats just a bit different, go for it!

This was my first RTR rental. I was apprehensive about renting a dress without knowing how it fit, but everyone in the reviews looked good and said it fit well. I'm glad I chose this dress as my first rental. I probably could have worn either the 4 or the 6 for this dress. I typically wear size 6 but the 6 became unavailable right before the wedding. The fabric has a lot of give, and the 4 worked very well. I was glad the dress was a bit thicker since it ended up being a cool fall day on a mountain. It was so comfortable for dancing in all night, I didn't even want to take it off by the end of the night. Overall, the dress was so much fun, and I was very happy with it! I really didn't experience any downsides. I'd be tempted to buy it if I had the chance.

I'm pretty large chested (34F) and have trouble finding something that fits both upstairs and everywhere else. Well, this was the dress. Compliments all night and for days after. Very comfortable and concealed bulges well. I didn't even wear spanx! I did wear a convertible bra with one strap to help hold the girls up. Would LOVE to rent this one again.

I was worried about renting while 5 months pregnant but this dress was so comfortable and had plenty of room for my bump! I felt classy and comfortable all night and got tons of compliments many people said they couldn't even tell I was pregnant lol! I rented the 6 and 4 and ended up wearing the 4! Great dress definitely rent if you want to feel great all night! The only negative was the side with the sipper bunched a little but I am not sure if that was due to my bump or the dress!

This dress fit great! I wish there wasn't a snow storm on the east coast causing shipping delays, as this dress arrived 3 days after it was expected and I didn't get to wear it to my dear friend's wedding. But, I did get a chance to try it on before sending it back and I have told my husband that he needs to find somewhere to take me so I rent this dress again!

Loved this dress! I'm 5'3' and this fell right below my knees. The top was a little big but overall the dress was comfortable. It had a nice comfortable stretch in it. I didn't wear a strapless bra.

This dress was actually my backup after the original dress I had selected was damaged by the previous renter. That said, this dress was perfect! At the very last minute, I was shipped a size 16 dress. I'm 5'10, 38D, normally wear a size 14 dress, so I was nervous about the reviews that it runs large, and it does - i had plenty of room in the hips and waist. I could have worn the 14 and it would have been a more fitted dress, but honestly it was still great. Great length, nice weight to dress, lots of room to move, sit, and dance. I absolutely love this dress, and if I get the change to purchase it (in the right size) I wouldn't hesitate to do it!

This was my first delivery from RTR. The dress was beautiful and elegant and I loved the style and fit. I originally planned on wearing the sz. 6, but the sz. 4 fit perfectly (the material had a little stretch which was great)!

I loved this dress. I wore it for a black tie wedding in the fall and it was the perfect choice. I got compliments all night and with the stretchy fabric was really comfortable dancing through the night! The fabric was VERY stretchy, I ordered the 4 and 6 and even the 4 was a little loose so keep that in mind. The flutter on the sleeve was as pictured and added a nice flair to the dress. Don't hesitate to rent it!

Super cute dress, just wish I would have ordered a 12 instead of 14. Thick material. Great little black dress. I'm contemplating buying this one. Wasn't my first choice, which I received and didn't like. The stylist at RTR was super helpful and sent two dresses to pick from. Great experience, as always!

The fabric was so comfortable, stretch yet let me breath...and eat. Classy but not stiff. The burn out added a modern touch to the classic silhouette.

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner and I absolutely loved it! It was stretchy but I did feel like it ran a little big in the waist. It fit perfectly in the chest and hips though. It has a lot of give so if you're going to an event with good food...eat up! :) You need to rent this!

This was a last minute save that worked out so well! I would say the dress is probably 2 sizes larger, but it didn't ruin the styling. Even though it ran large it still looked very nice. It was also UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. Once again so appreciative of the customer service at RTR, simply perfect!

This dress came in place of a dress I chose that was no longer available. I'm so glad my original pick was unavailable! The fabric in this dress is rich with a nice stretch to it. Off the shoulder was trendy, but not too revealing, perfect dress for my cousin's wedding. The 6 was only available, it was a bit big, but not too noticeable. 4 would have been a bit better fit, but overall it looked fab and I received numerous compliments throughout the night- even from the bride!

The fabric is fairly stretchy, which is nice. The shoulder really is BIG, but it fit my personality, which people were sure to point out. I may have been a bit overdressed for the casual wedding, but I had a great time wearing such a unique dress. The white underneath will show through once you put it on.

I should've gotten a size 10 as back up because the 12 fit me a bit big (or it could be that my daily workout is finally showing haha). The dress is extremely comfortable to be in.and the length is exactly like in the picture, I got lots of compliments and really felt sexy in the dress.

This dress was perfect . The material was a littler heavier than expected but overall easy to move around in. I had a work event followed by a birthday party and this dress was perfect for both.

I had two dresses delivered sizes 4 & 6. Oddly enough the size 6 was more of a snug fit (particularly around the bust) than the size 4. It has two linings in the dress so it felt good and covered up the little lump and bumps. It did sit very strangely at the bottom of the zip leaving a bulging look. This was the same on both of the dresses so I'd say it has something to do with the fabric. I enjoyed wearing this frock and I loved how easy it is to use RTR! Can't wait to hire my next dress! The 8 was a little too snug in the stomach area but the 10 was a little loose in the bust. I liked it and it was comfortable but I seemed to be between sizes. Overall it was flattering and got lots of compliments!

Overall, the dress was terrific! The dress is well-made and feels great on the body--flattering and comfortable. I received a lot of compliments and really felt amazing wearing it. It fits fairly true to size (I wear a 6 or an 8 depending). I ended up wearing the six even though it was a tad more snug because the 8 was just a teeny bit loose in the bust. Some reviews mentioned the lace was a (little) bit worn and that was true of the 6--especially along the bottom. But only noticeable because I was looking for it. The fabric near the zipper's bottom is just a teeny bit thick, so it will bunch a bit right at that spot--but once I was in the dress and moving around, it never bothered me. The dress came a day later than promised but I wasn't worried since I had read the reviews and felt confident one of the two sizes I ordered would fit. I don't think you'll regret renting this one--seriously a comfortable flattering fit.

The fit was great- the material was super cozy and stretchy. I am always between sizes because my top is small. The six was too big around my chest but the four was perfect. I was able to feel comfortable all night long.

This dress was pretty and detailed. It was great for a cocktail style wedding. The white lining did show from time to time but I stopped worrying about it after a while. The dress was comfortable for dancing all night long. Don't fear this dress if you have curves! It definitely has some stretch. :)
