I loved this dress. I wore it to a formal wedding in NYC. The fit was great, so glad I went with the long length instead of regular. It was so comfortable and received alot of compliments throughout the evening. Thanks RTR!!

I wore this dress to a formal wedding. I got so many compliments the entire night. If you are on the short side, you will definitely need to wear high heels. I am 5'0" and wore 4" heels and I still had to hold it up to walk and dance. But that didn't bother me at all. The boning in the bust area is very sturdy so I didn't have to wear a bra. But it did dig a little under my arms. It wasn't a deal breaker, though. My stylist, Evan B was also very helpful! This is my second dress from RTR and I will definitely rent again!

Rented this dress for my daughter for a prom. Fit perfectly. She has an hourglass shape , 5'4, and about 150 lbs. The cinched waist made her look like a supermodel . A tiny bit short with heels. Got the regular for her. Nothing to be worried about but if you are any taller consider the long.

I usually wear a dress size 4 or 6 and ended up wearing the 4. The material is stretchy and super flattering. I got so many compliments on this dress and I felt great in it.

I have a super small rib cage, so I run into issues with strapless dresses regardless. For some reason I am always going back for more :). I think this one was a little stretched as well. The length was perfect for a petite frame with a high heel. I also loved that this dress was versatile, you can put a lot of pieces with it to dress it up, or keep it elegant and simple if you'd like. The shipping process was a BREEZE. Oh, and customer service? EXCELLENT. They can't help you enough or be more kind. I will definitely be renting another dress. This process is genius. Just be sure to pay close attention to details about different body types and measurements to see what will work best for you, but hey they send you two sizes anyway...because they rock.

This gown fit perfectly. It runs a bit on the large size as I am normally between a size 6 and an 8. The material has stretch. For a topless gown, it was very comfortable. I am a 36C, and the gown stayed put all night. I did wear a strapless bra for added support. I felt really elegant in this dress, and received compliments. The stylist who helped me via a phone call was right when she suggested this gown. Thanks for the great experience!

The dress fit true to size. The gathered material and style made me feel every bit sexy and beautiful. I didn't have to worry about pulling it up all night like I usually do with strapless dresses. The only downfall are the darts that keep the shape in the bust area- when sitting they would dig into my ribs, and yet I wouldn't say it takes away from dress- just know so you can add padding before your night. I got so many compliments and felt amazing in this dress. I also rented the bracelets shown in promo photo and LoVeD them. Perfect for a formal event or wedding.

So I actually never got a chance to get a picture in this beautiful dress that I rented. As it turns out, both my sister and I rented dresses from RTR for a friend’s wedding, and have used this service for while. We both love RTR and have never had any issues with size until now. At the very last minute, we had to switch dresses because hers did not fit her properly. Luckily, we both are around the same size, so it ended up working out great in the end for us, but it could have been a complete disaster had we not switched in the end. Be warned, while the Green Badgley Mischka that I ended up wearing is absolutely stunning ( I received so many complements throughout the night) and fit me like a glove, it has absolutely no stretch what so ever. I am normally a size 0-2 and I had to wear the 4R. (she rented a 2R and 4R) My sister on the other hand is 2-4, and could not fit in the Green dress at all, but fit perfectly into the 0R Black Badgley Mischka that I had rented. All and all it was an absolute success and we were each thrilled with our "new" dresses, but for those of you renting just make sure you read all the reviews and double check your sizes before renting. Both dresses are amazing and I would rent again in a heartbeat!

I absolutely loved this dress!! It fit well and was very comfortable! My only issue was that it was pretty heavy and kept slipping down.

I wore this dress to a navy ball and it was amazing! I loved the simplicity and elegance and it was perfect for the event. The only con was that the train is a little long so it got stepped on but other than that this dress was great. I'm 5'5" and wore 4 inch heels and the front length was perfect. I would highly recommend this dress

I ordered the 2 &4 regular. The 2 r is what I wore and it fit like a glove! The length was at the top of my foot which was ok since the back has a mini train. I considered the long length and am glad I didn't or I would have been tripping all night!

It fit really well and runs pretty true to size. It was perfect for a black tie wedding I attended. The only issue is that I felt like I was having to pull up the top while dancing. Length was perfect with 4 inch heels.

The essential go-to black dress - if you can't find anything else, this is always a sexy classic! Stretchy material for form fitting, but didn't look cheap at all. It does have a little bit of a train in the back so caution when walking. This was floor length with 4" heels. Super sexy but classy - loved it!

Dress was beautiful and fit great. An issue I saw was that it seemed to collect dust easily when I was outside. I wore 4 inch heels and the gown touched the floor which I wanted. Just had to watch out for the slight train so that no one stepped on it.

I wore the 0L and probably would've been ok with a regular. The dress did have lots of material that made it heavy. Overall, I loved it and it made me feel like a princess.

Fit ran slightly large. Normally I wear a 4 in this brand, but found it too large. The 2 fit perfectly. Best for bigger busts. The boning helps support the weight of the beaded neckline, and was comfortable. The small train was lovely. Perfect fit.

I wore this to a wedding reception and got a ton of compliments! It was a fabulous dress and is really nicely made and heavy. The zipper was a little tricky and would get stuck sometimes. This dress runs pretty true to size even though some people said it ran big, Also if you are a normal height, get the long. I rented a 0L and 2R and the length of the 0L was perfect but I couldn't fit so had to go with the 2R, wish I could have done 2L. No need for a bra, I have a big bust and the built-in bra was so thick that I didn't even need extra support and I never had a problem with having to pull it up. Great dress!

This dress fit perfectly. I am usually a size 6 and I am 5'10" so I went with the 6L. It was actually even a little long on me which I was happy about because usually dresses are short on me. There were 2 places where some wire was poking out of the dress but I easily covered them up with band aids so they weren't poking into me. I would definitely recommend this dress and RTR!

I ended up going w the size 6 for two reasons... it fit a bit more snug than the 8, but also the 6 was longer than the 8 for some reason. (I dont think I was sent an 8L that's why). The dress was beyond chic and the jewels on top really added an extra flare to what would be a simple black dress. It was so comfortable and I love that the back had a bit of a train to it. I just love the look and fit of Badgley Mishka on my body type. Would def rent again! I wish I owned this one!

This dress was perfect for my late summer,black tie wedding. It was comfortable, easy to move in, and the top stayed in place perfectly ( despite hours of dancing). The beading detail was just the right amount of sparkle to really make the dress pop.

The material is stretchy so I felt safe renting it without trying it on because even if the size was slightly off, I knew it would fit.

Fit very well. Shorter than expected, but fit was true otherwise. The stretch made this incredibly comfortable, and the strapless stayed up fine. The boning looked a little funky in the bust, but was hard to notice in the black color.

I wore this dress to a black tie dinner. It fit perfectly (I wore he 6L) I received so many compliments!! It was simple elegance and I loved how the dress flowed when I walked! Highly recommended!!!!

I'm glad I got the long, I think the regular may have been a bit too short. I wore flats and I had about three inches that dragged in front, but I preferred this dress to hide my feet. The cut is very flattering with ruching on the stomach. I felt like I could eat and not look like I had an obvious food baby all night. I'm a little on the bustier side and I feel like the chest area was too small and I had to pull it up throughout the night. But otherwise I loved this dress, it was so comfortable. The wedding was semi-formal but this dress is so simple and pretty, it was easy to get away with a more formal length.

This dress fit like a glove. I ordered the 2L and 4L, I ended up wearing the 4L. I am normally a size 4. I didn't have to wear a bra which was nice not having to readjust the top all night. The wiring in it held me in all night. My only compliant, the wiring on the top poked me a few times but after a little tape on the wire, all was good. The length was perfect! I am 5'9" and was able to wear 3 1/2 inch heels and it still hit the floor. The back is a little longer which made it flow and even more elegant.

It hugged my body in all the right places and just looked beautiful. The rouching on the sides is a great addition. Only con was the wires poking me under the breast and below the armpit. Pretty train in the back too! Definitely using RTR again :)

Great dress overall! Pros: really comfortable, stayed up, kept it's shape all night. Cons: that zipper was almost the end of me, a huge pain but once it was on, I was good to go! Insight: I'm only 5'5" and found that the dress was a great fit with flats so just a heads up to the taller crowd

I ordered both a 6R & 8R - I went with the 8R because it was a little longer, I wear really high heels and should have gone with the 6L/8L. They both fit, true to size - although my bust was way too big on me in the 8R, but that's a problem I'm always running into with any dress. The 6R was also a little large in the bust area, but the 8R gave me the extra room for dancing. Overall, the dress was lovely and I wish I owned it!!!

I was a bit nervous to order this dress because this would be my first time ordering a dress online. I ordered the dress on Wednesday and it got here on Friday just like I requested! I ordered 2L and 4L just to be on the safe side. The 2L fit like a glove so I didn't even try on the 4L. I am about 5'4-5'5 and wore 3 inch heels and the dress was just long enough so heels higher then that would have made the dress too short for my liking. Wonderful detailing around the bust and beautiful ruching along the hip and bottom area. ONLY con is the boning of the dress, it kept poking me throughout the night BUT without it the dress wouldn't have fit as well as it did (no having to pull it up throughout the night) so I didn't mind it at all! Loveeeee this dress and this website!!!!

I loved the fit of the dress. I wore a size 0 because I liked the way it showcased my curves. I also loved the ruched seems down the side. I would recommend this dress to anyone.

This was the first time we used RTR, and we couldn't have been happier! We ordered a 2R and 4R, and the 4R ended up being the one! It is very true to size. I wore 4" heels, and the length was about 1/2 shorter than I really wanted, but it was fine. We also ordered the bracelets modeled in the advertisement, and while they were absolutely gorgeous, they were TOO heavy to wear all night....so, I wore them for pictures, and left them at home. :) The dresses arrived in impeccable condition, and customer service was SO very helpful! I will be back!

This dress was AMAZING! I cannot begin to describe how I felt in it. The dress hugs in all the right places! I rented a 4L and a 6L but the material started to stretch so I ended up wearing the 4L and it fit PERFECTLY! I received compliments all night! Even the bride told me she loved my dress! Rent this dress and you won't be disappointed! The worst part was having to return it!

I rented this dress for my best friends wedding and even she said I looked beautiful. My husband is begging me to rent it just to wear around the house he loved it so much. The ruching makes the dress super flattering and the built in boning kept my ample girls looking great and in place all night long. It is long - I'm 5'2- but nothing some sky scraper stilettos couldn't fix. Stunning dress and I'm absolutely renting it again.

I was in NYC for work so I went to the RTR in Henri Bendel and had not originally chosen this dress. I put it on and just loved it! The rouching in the front, back and side is very flattering! No spanx necessary with this gown! Was so comfortable!!! The only slight issue is that there is some boning in the front and when I sat down, it dug into me a little but overall the dress was very comfortable and I got so many compliments! Very elegant gown! I am 5'4" and ended up wearing 3-4" heels so I wore the long. You won't be sorry renting this gown!

The dress was beautiful. It was perfect for a black tie affair. It fit true to size. I did however, need a strapless bra underneath to fill out the top more. I received several compliments throughout the night. I was a little worried about how long it was going to be because it said the dress runs short but It was the perfect length. It didn't hit the floor but it was long enough for me. I did have to keep pulling it up throughout the night but otherwise no complaints. I was the belle of the ball.

This dress fit like a glove, it's very flattering and form fitting. I wish the embellishment around the sweetheart neckline stood out more but it was still nice accent. I wore probably 4" heels with this and the length was great, it does have a little train at the back though and that was kind of annoying throughout the night, got stepped on a lot. But overall it was comfortable and pretty, if you're looking for a sexy black dress this would be a great choice.

Fit- cinched, figure flattering but form fitting, good for curvy women who arent afraid to show their curves ;). Favric conforms to your skin, so you can wear a smaller size as well. Top of dress has some added support and boning to help create a shape, so you dont even have to wear a bra if your cup size is not big. Got many compliments on this simple, classic ,sexy dress. The sweetheart cut with beads was a beautiful touch. Wished I had time to pair it up with long gloves and it would have been taken to another level!!! This was actually my second choice but I ended up wearing it. Im 5'6, and the R was just right for me with 3 inch heels, the Long was way to long even with 4 inch heels.

Fit was very flattering, the subtle beading sets off the neckline beautifully. Dress is not heavy and the material flowed well.
