Got 2 sizes went with larger for better fit in the bust.

I wore it to a 6:30pm wedding (not black tie). I wore my hair up with pretty simple earrings. The dress looks pretty tight in the pictures, but it didn't feel tight so I was able to fully enjoy the dinner and drinks at the wedding. If I could change one thing about the dress, it would be the length--It could have been an inch or two shorter on me. I got so many compliments, I couldn't even keep track! I wish I could afford to purchase this dress so I could wear it again. :) I would definitely recommend this dress to anyone.

I typically am a size 10, but the size 10 of this dress could not even zip for me. The size 12 was my backup size and it was a perfect fit. I am 6 feet tall and was concerned how the length would be for me, but it hit just above my knee so it was perfect. I wore this to a gatsby themed ball and it went very well with the theme. This is a fun and classy dress and would definitely recommend it! I have nothing bad to say about!!

I rented this beautiful dress to wear on New Year's Eve in Nashville, TN. It was original scheduled to arrive on 12/29/14 but actually showed up on 12/26/14- which was awesome and I couldn't wait to wear it!! The fit was true to size and both dresses seemed like the fit perfectly. I went with the 6 to boost my confidence (which worked)! Wonderful first experience with RTR and I've already planned my 2nd rental!

The dress is extremely well made inside and out. Very comfortable (stretchy) although if I had danced a lot, the sequins might be too scratchy on my arms. This was the perfect dress for a NYE party. For perspective, my hips are 38.5" and I wore the size 6 for those questioning size. Because the fabric is stretchy there were no issues with sitting/bending/etc. In the light you can really see the two tones of sequins and in the dark the difference is subtle (see the pictures).

The dress was perfect for a cold New Years Eve Wedding!

Fit wonderfully! The only con to this dress was my scratched up raw arms from the sequins. It was worth the pain though, this dress is amazing!

I absolutely loved this dress! I wore it for my BFF's 30th Birthday party. I ordered both the 12 and 14. I anticipated that I'd probably wear the 14, but ended up wearing the 12. It just hugged all of my curves in the right places. Very comfortable and the length was perfect. I paired it with opaque black tights. The cut outs in the back were awesome and I just wore a regular old bra with it. I loved that it wasn't high maintenance. I will definitely be renting this again! I received a ton of compliments!

This dress for great! If your short you might end up in a smaller size I usually am an 8 and wore a 6. I got a lot of compliments loved it! It's sparkly but not too glitzy!! I wore it for dinner and a show in Vegas!

Fit: I normally wear a 4, but I fit into a 0 in this dress Pro: Not too short, felt/looked great, wore to work event in Vegas Con: Sequences on the dress rubbed against the inside of your arm, which made it raw the next day. But it was worth it.

I really loved this dress. It's very unique and sexy without being overdone. I got a ton of compliments all night, most of them from the 20-something crowd (I'm 39!) at the bar where we hung out on NYE. Sadly, the sequins tore up my skin like nothing I've ever worn. I had scratches on my back and the entire insides of both of my arms were bright red and inflamed for days.

The only con I have to say about this dress I have an hour glass figure, with the seams it doesn't really show that off. Still loved the look!

Need to do pasties or tape due to the awesome open back. Fit very true to size. Would recommend you wear your hair up as mine kept getting caught in the sequins.

It fit very well, a little tight near the arm holes/sleeves but overall very comfortable.

I wore this to a formal wedding where the bride asked family females to wear neutral colors from black to champagne. Since she wanted it glitzy, my sisters and I decided to really dial it up and wore fancy dresses (sequined or floor length, lots of bling rhinestones, even opera length gloves), which she totally appreciated. I had read the dress ran a little big and took that into consideration. At the time I weighed 135 and was not working out at all so it was tight around the shoulder blades so I skipped the bra and made it work. My sisters commented several times that it would have looked better with a bra (cuz they are mean). I'm only 5'2" and it did fit long on me but acceptable for my age. I own this dress now and will have it shortened. This dress was easy to walk around in, forgiving when seated for ceremony and after dinner. The material is thickish polyester blend with the sequins on it, so it will smooth out any pesky back-fat caused by bra lines, or I suggest wearing a sticky bra and avoid any rolls due to sleeveless and arm holes go a little low (at least for me).

Sequins under the arm was a lil irritating.

This dress moves with you. It's so comfortable. I'd rent this over and over again if I could!

No cons. Dress was in great shape, sexy, sweet and comfortable dress to wear.

The dress is gorgeous. I wore the 2 but got the 4 as a backup in case the fit was too tight (I prefer elegant rather than overly sexy). But the 2 fit perfectly. East dress to wear. A little stretchy, a good length a bit above the knee. I get the feeling that I could have worn the 0 if I wanted the dress to be a bit more sexy. Definitely some stretch to this dress. Color is outstanding.. Sophisticated.

I picked two other dresses that did not fit. Thankfully, the Rent the Runway store is in Vegas! The consultant pulled this for me and it fit perfectly! The only concern I had were the sequins rubbing my arms.

Fit great...no complaints and would definitely rent again!

wore this for a new years eve party / dinner. very cute, fun, sparkly and flattering dress - back cut outs are fun, was able to wear a normal bra with it. the 4 fit me but was a little more on the party side - 6 was a better fit since it was a sit down dinner.(fit me a little longer to the knee than the 4 did)

I usually wear a 0 or vanity size 00 but I really like the way the 2 fit in this style - not too tight to breathe, move around or remain appropriate as a top exec at my company's holiday party. The length, is appropriate - on my 5'4" stature, it hits right above the knee. I love the back detail - I work out my arms & back a lot & love any chance to show them off without wearing a "wifebeater" (men's undershirt). The open bits of back aren't too much but just right. The dress fits well - but has stretch. I'm sure I could have pulled off the 0 in the right setting, but found the 2 just right for my event and comfort (physically and mentally). I will be posting a picture when I'm all dolled up. I'll wear closed toe bronze gold or black party heels - minimal jewelry (probably just simple earrings) - the dress is the star of this show (rather, hopefully I will be ;)

I wore this dress for my husband's holiday party and it was a hit!! I got compliments throughout the night and felt fabulous. Definitely recommend it! It fit perfectly. Runs true to size.

I wore this for a formal New Year's Eve party. It was the right amount of fun and formal. The dress was comfortable. There were two minor problems with the dress: 1. the zipper poked out a little where it was connected to the dress at the base and made me look like I had a tail. I used a safety pin to reinforce it to the liner and it was fine. 2. I have broad shoulders and the pattern on the dress emphasized this. Overall a great dress and a great night!

Gorgeous dress that is definitely an attention getter. Not too tight. The hem seemed stretched out a bit. Decided not to wear it since it was my back up dress.

So I was kinds of concerned that the wrinkles were not going to come out but everything worked out great. Dress is true to size.

Very comfortable compared to other fully sequin dresses I've worn - nothing was scratching or itching anywhere.

I ordered size 0 to wear, with a size 2 as a backup. The size 0 came completely stretched out and baggy on my body - not what I expected for this tight-fitting sequined dress! On the hanger it is obviously wider than the size 2, so I had to go with the larger size, even though it was loose on me.

Beautiful dress! Wish I could have worn it! I'm 5'10 and due to the high neckline of the dress, I just could not make the size 4 work for an evening of moving around. Also, there are sequins on every edge of this dress. It was very scratchy on my arms and I knew on NYE I'd be moving around night. If you are tall or have sensitive skin, I recommend sizing up to have some room in the neck and arm openings.

The color combo is beautiful but it is extremely itchy and the dress is large for a size 0

As much as I liked this dress, I chose not to wear it to my event. The sequins covering the dress added the illusion of extra pounds to the body, and I felt the dress was unflattering on my thighs. The dress is gorgeous, though. I loved the unique cutouts in the back. You can still wear a normal bra, which is always a plus! I would definitely recommend this dress to woman who are slender and thin all over. I would caution any woman with "problem areas," as this dress is not very forgiving.

The bottom of the dress was not straight. It was wavy and uneven and seemed as though it had been stretched out. I haven't been able to wear this garment. But it is super cute!
