The fit was a little large in the bust area. I have smaller breasts but it was still a bit large. Everything else about the dress was perfect

I wore this gown to a black tie event and couldn't have been more pleased. It was super comfortable and the fabric is amazing. I received tons of compliments.

Tried the 4R at the store in Georgetown so knew the 2R was going to work (currently 129lbs but prepping for bodybuilding comp in 6weeks). Zipper was challenge but bodice fit well once zipped in (and accommodated strapless bra). Never had to readjust anything throughout the night. Length was tad long (5'6" plus ~4in heels). Material is surprisingly comfortable, lighter weight than it appears in pictures. Able to sit, stand, & dance without problem. Loved this dress!!!!

I was surprised at how small the box was when it arrived with 2 sizes in it. The dress looked much fuller in the photos.... but when you put it on, it looks pretty. It had some wrinkles in it, so a steam treatment would be great once it arrives. Overall, the dress fit perfectly. The length was amazingly correct. I was pleasantly surprised at how accurate the online photos were to the actual dress. I received numerous compliments from guests at the event, including people I didn't know.

Fits well and I was able to dance the night away. The color is simply amazing.

The dress was everything we had hoped it would be. The fit was flattering and beautiful. We were very pleased.

The 0 was actually the better fit for my nonexistent boobs, but too long for my height. The 2 petite partnered with some double stick fashion tape strips fit like a gem! The necklace partnered with it was a total hit. It looks just as good in person as it does on the website!

I rented this for a black tie wedding in Mexico and it was just perfect! The 4R fit me like a glove. There was room to move but I wasn't pulling it up all night either. The color is beautiful and definitely more interesting than just a black dress. The ruffle adds the perfect amount of detail and interest without being overkill. The front part of the ruffle also fell just over my stomach which was extremely flattering. I wore 4.5 inch heals with a 3/4 inch platform and the dress was still on the longer side with a train but not in bad way. I was able to dance the whole night just fine. I would absolutely recommend this dress!

Wore this dress to my boyfriend's senior prom and it was a serious stunner. Stood apart from any other dress there and made me feel absolutely gorgeous (which is one of the hardest things to do). The size 2 fit me perfectly (for reference, my exact measurements are 34A-25 1/2-35) though, I could see the dress running a bit tight in the chest for bustier women. Short and sweet, I'm ecstatic over this rental, highly recommend RTR (and this dress!!) to anyone debating & will most certainly be using the service again. I'd never ordinarily be able to rock a Badgley Mischka and felt like an absolute rockstar dawning this dress on the dance floor. Much thanks to the ladies and gents of RTR for helping make my prom night one I'll never forget for all the right reasons.

Loved this gown! All night people were complementing me on it. I will say, it runs tight in the hip area. It was ok for me, because the material that is around your waste covers that area, but I had zero wiggle room. Length was perfect. I did have people stepping on the train, but it was not too big of a deal. I will say, by the end of the evening the wire in the bodice was hurting me a little bit, this dress was worth it :)

I used this dress for my client to be the perfect Anna from the movie Frozen! When paired with the maroon shawl...Anna perfection!

Loved this dress, I wore it for a charity art gala that my Husband had some work in. It was feminine and very flattering on my post baby figure! I was going to wear the 12 as it zipped more easily (but was a bit loose in the hips). However the darn zipper broke right as I was getting dressed so i switched to the 10. It was snug but looked fabulous! Also RTR's customer service was exceptional through out the process.

Great dress! Nice and light weight, while still very elegant. Boning in the front was coming out a little and needed some adjustments, but nothing that was bothersome all night. Perfect length with 4 inch heels:)

Runs a little small, but I am curvy so not everything fits me right. The 2L fit me in the bust and waist, but was a little tight on my hips, so I went with the 4L.

This is a head turning gown! I can not overstate how elegant and flattering it is. The fabric photographs spectacularly and really stands out from the crowd! I wore it to a white tie ball and I can't tell you how many strangers stopped to tell me that I had the most beautiful gown at the ball. It fit me like a glove! So flattering on my curves. I'm 5'-6" and with a comfortable 2.5" heel it was the perfect length. It has a slight train which was beautiful but a little bit annoying because people kept stepping on in when I was in a crowd, yet I still was able to easily dance. The fabric and construction were very good quality. If you want to feel like the belle of the ball, you need to get this dress!

Love this gown but it runs very small. I'm normally an 8/10 but had to wear a 14 in this. If you have hips or a butt, size up, bunch! Fabric didn't wrinkle, kept the shape all night. Loved the train! I would definitely rent this again. Stressed a little when my original sizes didn't fit but my RTR rep was so helpful and got me another size in plenty of time!

I was able to shorten the front of the skirt by tucking it under the ruffle at waist. The back was fine because of the train. Easy to walk in but little bit harder for dancing.

Make sure to wear this dress with high enough heels. I am 5'5" and it seemed long, but with my heels it fit perfectly.

I wore this to a black tie wedding down in Florida. The gown was a hit! I wore 4 inch heels the gown gracefully brushed the ground. I have a very small chest so a padded bra is needed to avoid pulling up the dress all night. Other than that, perfect fit.

The "long" was super long & the train required attention (pick up for walking, dancing; mindful that those in a crowd didn't step on or trip over it; stairs were a little intimidating). This dress, though, made my man stop in his tracks. Easy to wear, but doesn't offer much forgiveness so I'd recommend ordering to the size of your hips - you'll want to sit down! Loved it, but it was work. Would rent again.

This dress was all I wanted it to be and more. I felt beautiful and was complimented all night long. The color is even better in person. The train was a little longer than I expected but I made it work. I normally wear a 12 but wore the 14L, The 12 was very snug on my thighs and backside. So I felt great in the 14L and had room to breath and move freely.

This dress is magnificent!!! As gorgeous as it looks in the picture or even more! Majestic and well made. It makes your body look gorgeous!!! The long runs long which is not a big deal just make sure you get super high heels!!!

Fabric is to die for. Dress ran true to size. I measure 38" bust, 29" waist, and 41" hips, so I'm in between a 10 and a 12. I wound up wearing the 12 and it was loose around the waist and even the bust a bit, but very snug on my hips, as expected. It is described as not fitted through the hips, but if you're blessed in the butt area, then err on the larger size. I'm 5'7", wore the long with 5 inch heels and it still touched the ground, so worked out perfectly.

Fit was perfect. Length was a bit long but I'm only 5'4

Wore this to the opening of the LA Opera season. I got so many compliments on this dress. The process was so easy from start to finish and I would recommend everyone doing this. People kept coming up to my friend and I complimenting us on the dresses. Go big, go bold, the color is fabulous and it's absolutely slimming. Fabric is great because it doesn't wrinkle.

I got lots of compliments in this dress! It fit perfectly, but is VERY long. I wore platform 6" heels and it was still too long, but the layers at the waist allowed me to tuck the front under the boning so I could walk. It is very restricting around the legs so dancing and walking is a little difficult, and the bones of the bodice were beginning to wear through which made it uncomfortable under the arms. Overall, I had a great experience with RTR and the dress looked great!

This dress was so stunning. The boning in the bodice made it sturdy so I could have gotten away without wearing a bra. I'm normally between an 6 and 8 and went with the 6L, which was a little tight around the fitted butt area (totally my fault). With the train, the regular size would have been fine and long enough to just touch the ground. I wore this to a black tie fundraiser event and it was unlike any other dress there.

Of course the dress arrived perfectly and on time (as always). I ordered the 8L and the 10L. The 10L was definitely the one I was wearing. It was pretty darn tight, but wearable. I just couldn't bend down. I am 5'10 and this was a little short...or at least I would have rather it been longer. The toes of my shoes showed, which I don't care for that when it happens. But on the good side, it showed off my pretty pedicure and shoes. I appreciated for this event that the dress didn't show a lot of cleavage. I needed it to be more modest than usual. Overall, a beautiful dress. And I received lots of compliments.

I have a small chest and wide hips, I'm usually between the 2/4 range. The 4R on this dress was waaaay to loose for my 32b chest and too loose on my natural waist. It also wasn't long enough to sweep the floor on my 5'9" frame with heels, but did fit my hips. The 2L fit awesome up top, swept the floor perfectly but was TIGHT thru the hips. (I'm usually a 4 in express jeans) Ultimately I wore the 2L, it did get more comfortable and easier to sit in...I even danced in it! I did notice that the train had a little tear in the tail end, but I think I was the only one who noticed. I got compliments all evening, several women asked me where I found such a gorgeous gown. Happily referred them to RTR!

I got the 12 and 14...I usually wear a 12 but ended up wearing the 14 because of the shape! Seriously tight fitting in the hips and butt so if you are super hippy or got junk in the trunk, go up a size! Needed my friend to zip me in but the fit was perfect and I was able to wear without a bra which is always welcomed!! The train is long so be careful of people stepping on you! Dress ran rather small. I normally wear a 10-12 but rented a 12 & 14 because gowns usually runt a bit small. Had to go with the 14 and eccentric that was VERY tight through the chest. Not a good gown for large chested women. Boning also was an issue with "stabbing" me all night.

Did not wear because the petite was too short. Beautiful dress though!

I loved this dress! If you are tall, I recommend getting the long option. Very flattering. I received many compliments on the dress. A definite showstopper. Beautiful rich color.

This dress is great for many reasons. First, I'm very self-conscious about my stomach not looking flat. Luckily, the dress holds everything in, in a comfortable way that's not too suffocating. Also, it has a piece of fabric that goes nicely over the stomach area, so that gave me a little extra security. Second, the color is beautiful. It's dark enough to be appropriate for black tie, but the blue makes it stand out from the crowd. Finally, it was easy to walk in. In my heels, I was probably about 5'9", and the dress (2R) didn't quite hit the floor, which was good because I had to do a lot of walking and running around -- I didn't want to worry about tripping or tearing the fabric. P.S. -- I also reviewed the Badgley Mishka earrings and necklace separately. I loved those, too. It was lucky that everything went together so well and so easily, since I had only about 30 mins to get ready in between work and the gala!

Loved this dress! It was a big hit at my best friend's wedding. I was surprised by how lightweight the material was - comfortable and great for dancing. I typically wear a 4, but noticed with some previous RTR rentals that the 4's were fitting loose in the bust area for me. So I tried the 2 this time, and it fit like a glove! I am roughly 5'3.5", 130lbs, measurements: 32-26-37

This dress runs very true to size, meaning there is no stretch to the fabric, so if you have some curves, spanks are everything!! This dress was amazing and I felt gorgeous

Wore this to the BET Honors award show and fit in with the other looks from real celebrities! The color is great and the fabric looks heavier than it actually is. Loved that.

The dress did have a small tear in the train but wasn't noticeable. I'm a 32DDD so took two friends to zip my chest area. Fit great in waist and legs....my waist is 26-27 inches, weight 132lbs. Was comfortable all night and had dozens of people approach me with compliments on how elegant I looked. Chose not to wear a necklace because felt like it took away from the dress. Stunning color in a sea of black. I would rent again.
