I rented this for my sister's wedding! I LOVE it! Beaitiful and flattering

This dress was very beautiful, but it certainly doesn't run large like it says in the description. I sized down just in case, but the 4R (which is my usual size) was a bit snug - I have a 28in waist and 32 bust, so I recommend going with your regular size and then actually one size larger (I probably would have worn a 6R if I would have gotten it). I got TONS of compliments on the dress which I wore to a wedding in New Orleans in the summer, so I highly recommend it!

I loved this dress! It fit beautifully and was incredibly comfortable for an outdoor spring wedding with late night dancing. It gave me even more unforgettable memories of my sister's wedding!

I wore this for prom & it was perfect! It's more of a light sea-foam green than a mint. The back is a tiny bit longer so there's a little train. The gathering on the side is beautiful! The zipper tends to get stuck, but with a little help & force it works.

Wore for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding I was in. So comfy. So fun.

This dress was a big hit at my senior prom. I received tons of compliments, and the fit was so slimming. Definitely size down when you buy this dress if you want it to be snug in the waist. The zipper does get stuck, but just have faith and tug at it a bit, and you'll be fine. You'll fall in love with the dress; it was hard to send back! Also, tall ladies never fear: at 5'9 with 3" heels, the long length still had a small train in the back. Prepare to receive tons of compliments!

The dress arrived a few days early and fit perfectly. I felt like it did make my hips look a bit larger than they are, but not excessively so. It was a bit long, but I wore 3" heels and it was fine.

Just about everyone at the wedding complimented me, even the bride! The dress was so flowy and comfortable. I am almost 5'7" and the long was a bit too long when the heels were off, there is almost a bit of a train to the back. Be ready to pull it up to go up stairs. I have a bigger booty and hips to my waist so this dress is great, I am usually a 6 but the 4 cinched me in just right, but I could still breath perfectly. Be ready to have a helper with the zipper though, it goes through a few different sections of fabric and is hidden so it is a little bit tough to move. The lace on the sleeves was much lighter then the model pics but the color of the dress is true, didn't wash me out even though I am fair skinned. Loved it!

Beautiful Dress! Would recommend going up a size or 2 for a baby bump. Great dress for 6 months pregnant!

This dress was soft, elegant and classy!

LOVED this dress. I thought it was pretty true to size. It is long. I am 5'5"-5'6" and I had on 3" heels and still had to hold it while walking. It is absolutely gorgeous on. It is very fitted but still has breathing room. Beware...the zipper is a pain in the you-know-what.

This was my second choice since the first one I ordered didn't fit well. I love this dress! It was true to size and was very form flattering. The material is light and flowy with a small bit of drag in the back as if it were the start of a train. With heels it was the perfect length. I was concerned about the color because it was not a color I would normally go for, but with my olive complexion ( assisted with a spray tan), it looked great! I was able to wear a bra with it so wasn't worried about having to hike the dress up at all as I would have with my first choice. I received many compliments on it.

I believe other reviews mentioned the hard-to-get-up zipper. And it's true - but as long as you're prepared for that (and careful zipping it up with assistance), there's not a thing wrong with this dress. Mint color is gorgeous, style is flattering - you will feel like a red-carpet celebrity. So unique - I LOVED it!

This dress was amazing. I'm so glad it was a replacement to another dress I ordered. I was so comfortable in the August heat in DC for an outdoor wedding. The material is very flowy and soft. The upper chest part is solid so you can wear a normal bra without worry. The cleavage is just right and isn't cut too low. The zipper was a little hard to get up past the middle section, but once you did, you were fine. Beautiful color of mint/aqua. I was a little worried wearing it to a wedding, as it was definitely not as heavy of a color as other RTR reviews had said, but it was still nice. I wore the 12L and I'm 5'7" with flats and it dragged only a little. I wore some cute Roman-looking sandals and it was great! Ps. I also like dresses to be longer so you would probably be fine with heels, too. Overall a wonderful dress and so glad I picked it as a last minute backup.

Amazing dress. Beautiful color. I was worried it would look too white to wear as a wedding guest, but it looks more green in person. The zipper was a little difficult to zip. The dress is very thick and it was a little too warm for an outdoor wedding in August, but I loved it anyway. I would definitely rent this again.

This dress was absolutely stunning. I wore it to a wedding with my boyfriend, and got so many compliments! It fit like a glove and was very forgiving to my wider hips. The other reviews were very true: it is a bit looser in the shoulders and the zipper gets stuck really easily around the waist where the fabric gets layered. I had to slip it over my head, which ended up working out just fine. I couldn't tell much of a difference between the 6 and the 8 once I had them on, so I picked the 8 so I could slip it on and off above my head more easily. All in all, this dress is perfect!

Pros - Very flowy. Love the detail on the shoulders and the front of the dress. Cons - Sometimes got stuck on the chair and it got stepped on.

So many people stopped me to tell me I had the best dress. Very soft and flowy material. The R length was just an inch short with platforms, but not so short that it was an issue. I just like it to dust the floor more. Better than too long. Such a lovely spring/summer color and fabric. Even was getting comments on my FB photos about the dress the next day!

Fit perfectly and I got so many compliments all night! Would definitely order this dress again!

Comfy fit, great length, flows and is such a fun dress!

This dress is PERFECT for a summer or spring wedding. I wore it to my sorority sister's black tie wedding in June and got a million compliments (even from strangers!) The dress is more of an a-line than traditional column dresses, so it looks great flowing on the dance floor or when you're walking. The shoulders are definitely safe to wear in church and are more of a metallic lace material than the picture would suggest, but still look really lovely - definitely wear your hair up! I wore the 6L and felt like I could actually breathe all night, which is ideal for weddings. I am 5'6" and wore 3' nude wedges and the dress was an inch long - definitely wearing taller shoes next time. This might be the first rental I get twice!

This dress is gorgeous and very comfortable. I wore the 16Rthough the 14 and 16 were both very close in size. I probably would have worn the 14 had the zipper not jammed. I'm a 34HH and the bodice of the 16 was actually loose. I wore the regular length and it was perfect with a flat beaded sandal (I'm 5'6). The zipper on this dress is tough. I would recommend leaving it zipped atleast through the ruched waist and putting it over your head. Though it's long it was very breathable and even though I was attending a June Wedding in Orlando I did not feel like I might melt. Can be accessorized with silver or gold (I chose gold).

this dress is gorgeous. i just had a baby, so was hoping to hide the belly flab and it worked!! you can wear a regular bra with it, also a plus. i'm 5'3 and wore 5" heals and it was just off the floor. if you're shorter than 5'3, not sure this dress is for you.

Sister wore it (5'3, 34B, pants 25) Fit her perfectly-- wasn't super tight up top (which was good because she was singing in this dress) Pretty long, but she wore 4" heels, and the tip of the dress just slightly brushed the floor. Color is really gorgeous-- got a hint of sea foam green. So glad the dress was in such good condition (I know some dresses are more worn from RTR)! Looked completely new

Before I sum up the fit-which was amazing-I have to share the wow factor of this gown. I felt amazing and that was reinforced by the dozens (no exaggeration) of people that stopped me to tell me how much they loved my gown. I literally had people stop me on my way to the wedding-talk about an ego boost! The fit was very true to size. I am currently between a 12 and a 14 and both sizes fit. However, although there was enough fabric on the 12 to close, my husbands fingers weren't nimble enough to actually zip it all the way (there is a lot of chiffon around the hidden zipper which makes it more difficult). I don't think the picture here does the dress justice-but it was the best full-length picture I had. My measurements are 41-32-42. If you are considering renting this dress-do it!! You will not be sorry!! I just wish I owned it so I could wear it again and again!!

I wore this dress to a southern, spring wedding and received a ton of complements. Great flowing layers with amazing gathering in all the right spots. I felt like a goddess all night just walking around. I ended up wearing the 6 because the zipper on the size 4 was broken. I could have easily worn the 4. Size 6 was a little loose in the bust so I had to keep checking to make sure my bra wasn't showing. Overall loved this dress and would love to wear it again or even better own it! Gold or silver accessories would work.

I wore this for my prom, which was Gatsby themed. It photographed so beautifully and I loved the fit! It was unique because of the gold lace at the top and was so comfortable. I didn't have any problem with the length, I wore 4 inch heels and the dress didn't touch. The fit was great, I would order your regular size and if you are between sizes go a size down because the dress looks best tighter. I loved the way the fabric wrapped around and the sea glass color. I would recommend this dress for anyone going to a formal affair, its nice material and looks elegant.

This is great for hourglass shapes -- lots of give in the hips and chest, with a fitted waist. My measurements are 39-30-41.5 and the 10 was perfect. It also flows really nicely. The mint is a great hue for warm complexions like mine, and photographs more white than it looks in-person. The 10L was long'ish -- I wore 4-inch heels, making me 5'10", and had to worry about tripping over my dress a bit. I would recommend getting a regular and long as your two option if you are around my height, as the fit is forgiving but the length is not. The zipper is not great -- it got stuck in both sizes as I zipped it up past the waist band area. Also, as this is a newer dress, both the 10 and the 12 had tags still attached

I loved this dress! It was perfect! I would say that it did fit a little large up in the shoulders but I am more petite in that region. It also had a pretty low cut. I loved the way the dress fit and gave a nice waste line! I got a lot of complements and the gold detailing was beautiful.

True to size. It's a little long. I had to wear very high heels.

It's a little loose in the top and I probably could have work the smaller size but I loved how it felt on and it was the perfect length with a small wedge.

This gown was lovely for an April wedding down south! I paired with the same earrings the model is wearing. There is a lot of folds and pleats near the bodice, so it allowed for a bit more dinner-room! haha. Pretty, icy mint color!

Fits true to size. I normally wear a 6/8, and the 6R fit perfectly. However, the zipper is very difficult to pull up, and it broke. I was able to squeeze into the 4R and wear that. I went bra-less, but you can wear a normal bra. Very light fabric, feels lovely on, and you can dance in it. Wore to a luau-themed ballroom dance event. Highly recommended, would rent again!,,

Like a lot of the others review say, the shoulder lace stuff is not gold at all, but I matched my jewelry and shoes and nails to the gold and it was fine. I ordered the 2R and the 4R. Usually I am a 2, and I would have worn the 2R but it was so long I could barely walk! I ended up wearing the 4R because the top sizing was almost the same but it was at least a couple inches shorter than the 2R.

It was a tad big in the bust, but perfect in the waist! Also, the back 'stood out' from m back, creating a sort of hunchback, but this was only really noticeable when I slouched. The bottom was sooooo luscious and flowy, and I was never to hot, even after dancing for a long time!

Dress was beautiful. The 2 R fit better on top but I ended up wearing the 4R because the 2R bunched up a little at the bottom. The length was perfect for my 5'7" self with wedges.

I wore this dress for my junior prom, and it was perfect! The Petite size was the only 16 available, but I talked to customer service and they said the length would be fine for my height, and it was. It was a little tight in the mid section, and a little larger up top, but other than that the dress was perfect! I got so many compliments. In real life the dress is more of a light blue color, not as much of a mint, and the shoulders are more of a cream colored lace. Also just want to say how great customer service was! I emailed stylists asking for their suggestions for prom dresses for me and they sent me so many that I liked! Thank you RTR I will definitely be coming back!

Packed in a suitcase for OOT wedding and wasn't wrinkled at all for the event. Glad I got the long - I'm 5'7" and with 3-4" heels you will want the extra length. Easy to dance in and got lots of complements. Loved that I could wear it WITH a bra and not worry about it showing (I'm a 36DDD and the bust was a little snug but not uncomfortable). Sleeves were not transparent, as they look in the picture and a more subtle sparkle/gold that it looks on the site. Overall great dress! Would recommend it for a semi-formal to formal wedding.
