Loved the fit and look of this gown. The neckline is great and works well with a strapless or cross back bra. Highly recommend!

This vibrantly colored dress turned out to be perfect for my best friend's wedding. The color is true to what's pictured. I got a 0R, since a 0P was not available, and it fit beautifully (though the length was, well, very long for my 5'1" self, whether I was wearing 3" heels or-- as in the picture-- shoeless). Other commenters have noted that the dress is LONG and the zipper tends to stick. True on both counts. That said, I was able to zip up the dress myself with a few firm tugs. The cleaning fee being included in the rental price allowed me to relax about the hem hitting the floor. And I appreciated that the bodice is fitted; I comfortably wore the dress with no bra. NB: This rental was my first time using Rent the Runway. I ordered this dress (and a back-up) to the hotel and was so pleased that it was on time. Returns have to be dropped-off at FedEx. This dress was actually my second choice dress. It fit so well and was not tight anywhere. I have curvy hips and didn’t have to pull or tug at all for the entire evening! Loved the rich color. It was perfect!

I LOVE this dress and have rented it many times in other colors. At 5'7", I usually rent the Regular length, which is just a little too short with 1.5" kitten heels. This time I went for the Long, but even with 5" platforms, I was tripping on the Long fabric! But it was stunning to be so tall in this flowing column dress, so it's probably worth it to try to find 5.5" or 6" heels for next time.

This is such a comfortable dress! Beautiful color too. I was worried about feeling uncomfortable in a formal dress because I'm pregnant, but the cut is perfect for a growing belly. I think it would also be flattering and comfortable for non-pregnant women too. If you're under 5'5", definitely wear heels if you get an R size. I'm 5'3" and with heels was still stepping on the hem a bit.

This was my first rent the runway and I couln't be happier! I wore this to a gala event and received lots of compliments all night. It is very flattering on any body type and great length and material to dance the night away without getting to hot!

Beautiful dress! I have a wider larger rib cage so the 12 was to small, but 14 fit just right! A very flattering dress overall. I am 5'7" and 185lb. I wore small heels and that worked well. If you want higher heels I would get the long dress.

Wore this for my engagement pictures, which we did partially on the beach at sunset. The color was magnificent, and I loved the way the dress caught the wind a bit. I'm a busy gal with some curves, and I think it was pretty flattering. You can also wear it with a normal bra! The dress also comes in red and a watercolor pattern, if blue isn't your hue. Great rental, would rent again.

I ordered this dress for a friend's wedding and I loved it! The gown fit perfectly and was such a fun, bright color! I am smaller on top with a big butt, so I ordered the dress size to fit my top/waist since the skirt was not fitted, and doing that the gown was a perfect fit! This dress was extremely comfortable and I loved the movement of the skirt! I got so many compliments on the dress! I want to buy it!

The dress fit perfect. I was a little concerned about the length after reading the other reviews, but didn't have a problem with it. I received tons of compliments through out the evening on the dress, and would highly recommend it for any one that is interested in it.

This dress served as the bridesmaid dresses for my friend's wedding in Miami. At first we were worried about the fit and length being that if they weren't perfect we couldn't do anything about it. They were all perfect. There were 5 bridesmaids all with different body types (we rented a size 4, 6, 8, 10, and 2) and heights (all the dresses were regular length) and the dress looked phenomenal on everyone. The bride was so happy with the result and all of the guests could not stop gushing about how perfect the bridal party looked. Also, the skirts are super flowy and we were able to do a sort of impromptu flamenco dance on the dance floor (or so we thought). Thanks RTR!

I was worried about the bust per previous reviews, but the 6R perfectly accommodated my 32DDD's. I'm 5'5" and with 4 inch heels the dress just skimmed the floor, but I had to be careful to hold it when climbing stairs.

I needed a dress last-minute for an unexpected opportunity to go to a black tie event, and was lucky to find this in a Rent the Runway store. It was true to size, on the upper end of my usual size range, so I would size up if you're unsure. I'm 5'7" with a 34" inseam and never normally wear anything petite, but the length of this petite size worked out great since I don't wear very high heels - came to just above my feet. Wore a regular bra with an added strap thing to hold the bra straps closer together in the back. I felt like Cinderella going to the ball!

It fit well everywhere but the waist was snug. There was enough fabric to pull together for the zipper but it was a struggle to zip through the waist area. That might be part of the dress design or my menopausal belly. It was hard to tell.

I got so many compliments in this dress and the length was perfect for my 2 inch heels. It fit true to size the only issue was the empire waist was a little tight but I was still able to wear it. Beautiful dress that I would highly recommend.

I rented this dress for a formal evening with family at The Greenbrier. Beautiful dress. It was light and the fit was great. Not too loose or tight. I could still chase my toddlers around. I wore the dress with flats and it just hit the floor. Perfect length. I look forward to renting again and would recommend this dress to everyone!!

This dress is absolutely beautiful and could not be more comfortable. I felt like a million dollars and I stood out amongst most given the breathtaking blue color. The only con was the length which sometimes caused the dress to get caught underneath the chair legs when sitting at the dinner table. Once i figured out how to collect the beautifully flowing bottom of the dress prior to sitting, I was able to comfortably make it to and from the dance floor. No doubt I would consider renting this dress again.

I LOVED and felt amazing in this dress. I am usually a size 6 (which I ordered) but for safe measures, I ordered a backup in a size 8 and I ended up wearing the 8 as I felt more comfortable in it. The color is a very pretty blue and I got compliments all night. My experience with RTW was flawless and I would rent again. Overall, I was pleased with the dress and with RTW.

Loved the dress. The material gathering makes it a little difficult to zip, but I just absolutely loved the dress and received so many compliments. I am 5'4" and wore 4 1/2 inch heels. You would have thought it was hemmed for me it was so perfect. Will definitely use RTR again!!!

This dress was perfect for the formal wedding that I attended. It was simple enough that it didn't demand too much attention, but got many many comments on how beautiful it was. I am 5'8" and wore small 2" heels and it was the perfect length. In this picture it looks a little too long because we were standing in grass but on the hard floor it was perfect. I ordered both the 4L and the 6L for backup but the 4L definitely fit better in the waist and flattered my figure. The only part that could have fit better was the armholes which were slightly tight but I think I can attribute that to my broad shoulders. Altogether GREAT rental!

I wore this dress for a black tie gala, a work event, so i needed it to be comfortable for hours and relatively conservative. It was perfect! The color was slightly lighter than the photo shows, which I was glad for as it was really beautiful. Slightly long, though - I wore average heels, am 5'5" and it could've just been maybe an inch shorter. Also - the $10 add on for the beautiful ben-aumn necklace was the perfect decision!!

This dress is amazing in every way... The color is especially rich. The only drawback for me is that is was just a tad long. I'm 5'3" and I wore it with 3" heels and still had to hold it up when I walked. But I loved the dress ... I wish I owned it.

The dress was a great color and such a quality, classy dress for the black tie event. It was comfortable and flattering. As many others wrote, it is long so going up and down stairs required lifting the dress (lots of fabric!) but it worked out just fine. The zipper is tough but I was able to zip it on my own with only a minor struggle. Overall, great dress and I wish it came in every color!

I loved this dress!! For starters, I have a short torso and the high waist band made it seem very long and lean. It was amazingly comfortable, and I was able to wear a razorback bra with it without it showing at all. The length was perfect with 4.5 inch heels. The midsection is fitted, but not so much so that after a meal it'll be too tight. I would love to find another event to wear this too. I kept getting compliments left and right about the amazing color!

The dresses came on time and in great condition. The color is slightly richer than it looks on the model, which I liked. I loved how the skirt fell (it's a lot of lovely, flowy fabric), and I thought the silhouette was flattering (and would be on most body types). I especially appreciated how comfortable the dress was; I didn't find myself feeling self-conscious or fussing with it at all, and it was fun to dance in! Overall, this is a very simple, classy dress.

The fit and color of this dress were beautiful. I felt it was classy and appropriate for a family wedding. I recently had a baby, so I ordered a size larger than I typically wear, and it was perfect. The 6L was a bit too long for me since I was wearing flats (I am 5'7"), but I expected that (ordered the long only because the regular length was not available for my event), and the length was manageable. The only negative was that zipper was a bit difficult, but it did work eventually. This was my first RTR experience, and it was great. I will definitely be renting again.

I am 5'5 and wore the 0R. I wore 3 1/2 inch heels and the dress lightly swept the ground. I didn't have any trouble with it but I did have to hold the dress up when I walked. The material was light and flowy and the color was beautiful! I was told that I looked elegant and my boyfriend thought I looked amazing. I highly recommend this dress.

I rented the 2R and the 4R and both fit, but I ended up wearing the 4R because it had more room through the ribcage. Some people complained that it was long and so I was a little nervous but I'm 5'6 and it worked great with 3 inch heels. The only drawback was I was hoping to not have to wear a strapless bra but had to because of the cut of the arm holes, I think you could get away with a racerback bra if you had one! Overall great dress and great value.

I wore this dress to my choir's annual auction (it was Alice In Wonderland themed, so the blue was perfect). I ordered the 12R & 10L, but the 12R fit like a GLOVE! Despite the larger size winning out, I felt amazing in this dress! Everyone kept complimenting me on the dress; I didn't want to take it off when the night was over! The length was fine; I wore flats and the hem just skimmed the floor. I wore a strapless bra; the only reason I wore Spanx underneath was because it was a little chilly outside. I highly recommend this dress if you're looking for an elegant, comfortable, and beautiful gown!!

The dress fit very well. I'm very short and it was a little long but heels worked with it.

I wore 4 inch heels and the dress was still long enough, although you could still see the front of my shoes alittle bit. It fit perfectly around my waist and it wasn't too tight or too loose. I could sit down and still feel comfortable. If you plan on walking around a lot, walking up flights of stairs, or dancing, there is a lot of dress to pick up but it is definitely do-able. The color is beautiful and the shape flatters any body. I would 100% recommed this dress.

This was my first time using RTR. I wore this dress for a vocal jazz show I headlined. I am 5'10 and wore 3" heels. The length of the long was perfect. I am hourglass/pear shaped and go between an 8 and a 10 regularly. For dresses like this that are fitted on top and loose on the hips, I am usually an 8. I ordered my dress late and only a 10 was available but it fit perfectly! I got a lot of compliments on the color, cut, and fit. It was a perfect dress. Very happy with the customer service and will be using RTR again for sure!
