While the crinoline was a bit stiff, I didn't have near the issues with this dress as the other renters did. I really liked the overall fit of the dress, and felt the boat neckline was very flattering. The fit was just right throughout the midsection, not too fitted but not so loose that I lost my shape. I felt like such a southern belle in this dress and would definitely rent it again for a brunch or other family get together, as it could easily be dressed more classy with pearls and heels or more casual with cute flats!

This dress was all sorts of wrong. The tulle or tutu-esque material underneath the skirt was WAY TOO bushy and just looked terrible. the top area was too big also, but the skirt part was horrendous. Luckily, the people at RTR were so nice and quickly overnighted me a completely different dress, free of charge. I was lucky to be able to get another dress from them to replace this hot mess!

The top fit beautifully--it is pretty fitted in the waist. "Structured skirt" is definitely a euphemism though: there is some crinoline or netting sewed in between the skirt and the lining, and being the mail did it no favors because it was wrinkled and impossible to pull down and straighten. I'm normally a pear, but the skirt made me look like a gourd. Or a bee. Did not wear, would not rent again. Disappointing!
