My upper body is the smallest part of me so I wouldn't say this was too flattering for me, but I appreciated the fun sleeves. Wore this top to brunch with black jeans and it was classy and chic

Drapes very well, ticks in without being bulky. I think it runs big but I just changed sizes so might be me. Wore the small but might have gotten away with XS

Like other reviewers mentioned, this is a silky material. It is very oversized - I am 5'8 and it completely covers my butt. I ended up doing a French tuck in the front and put on nude pumps to dress it up. This would be cute with leggings. Overall I liked the shirt, just wish it was more slim fitting.

The sleeves did make this a good, solid work blouse. The overall fit was fine, although I would have liked just a bit more room in the chest.

Blouse was a good fit through the shoulder and bust. For my arm length, the sleeves are too long, Which made the blouse look really too big.

Loved this shirt with jeans or dress pants for work.

I have long arms and still I had learn how to maneuver those sleeves. I tucked them into the arms when I went to ladies room, when washing my hands, when serving food, etc. It was worth the battle! My favorite way to wear this was tucked in to distressed jeans and booties.

This shirt felt and looked stylish and higher end. It's meant to be oversized but I thought it was just a hint too big because of the length and flowyness of the cuff/sleeve. I loved it anyways though and I felt pretty all day.

The sleeves are super cute and fun, but of course, they get in the way at dinner & lunch times. It's hard to keep the sleeves from falling into your plate while you grab your water glass. But saying that - I'd still rent it again in a heart beat!

I ordered this for work. very nice blouse, however, the ruffle on the sleeves got in the way when washing my hands but I made it work.

Just a tiny bit big so next time I'll try the Small. It's also a little long but didn't look right tied in the front so hoping the smaller size will be the best of both worlds.

Wanted to love this and I did mostly but the sleeves were just too long for me. I wish RTR did more petite sizes!!

Fit was a little loose and a little short to tuck into pants like I originally wanted to do. It was very comfortable easy to wear.

The sleeves are long but they can be tucked in if you need them out of the way (eating/bathroom). Fabric didn't wrinkle and wasn't too hot. Fit is mostly TTS but I could have MAYBE gone down a size and still been fine. I'm typically a M/L in button ups (if they run tight in the arms I'm a L) and this one is actually a bit loose in the arms so I'd say it's large in that aspect! I'll definitely rent again.

The shirt is unique and comfortable with a fashion edge. The sleeves are long....so if you're going to cook be careful. I wish it were more fitted through the body, but it worked great with leggings.

I typically wear a Medium and probably could've worn the XS. I would size down when getting the extra size versus sizing up.

The shirt itself is great, minus the extra material on the sleeve cuffs. It's cute but not practical, as it gets in the way of everything. Sizing is loose/oversized fit. Size down for more traditional fit.

Thought this was made from a starchy, dress shirt material, but it's more like a silky blouse. It's really roomy -- except in the chest, where pregnant women could use the extra material. I got the dreaded boob gap. The frills on the sleeve were also more voluminous and dramatic than I expected.

I probably needed the S, it's a loose fit. The sleeves were long and the wrists very loose, they hung over m hands.
