Really wearable and basic silhouette but the velvet makes it more interesting. Comfortable and flatting

Loved this skirt. It looked chic but was so comfortable to wear. The velvet is so soft and dreamy. As others have mentioned, the zipper kind of sticks out at the top but I was able to hide it with a wide belt.

This is such a great piece. It’s velvet, but cut like denim, so it was super easy to dress up/down. I felt great in it and it was very comfortable

Can’t go wrong with black velvet. Almost bought it, but I didn’t have enough inner George Costanza to justify the price.

Loved this skirt. It's pretty long on my 5'1" frame, but that made it a fun party outfit. You can also dress it down, since it's similarly constructed to button down jeans. I'm thinking about buying it, but might try a size down first.

The velvet was perfect for the holidays. Wore it a few times to a few different holiday gatherings. Paired with the English Factory Plaid Cardigan Sweater and the Rachel Antonoff Dylan Cardigan. Agree with others regarding the zipper, but took their advice and used fabric tape.

And I had to use fashion tape to keep the material over zipper down, based on the size being stretched over time. It fit great though. I got compliments and would love if the zipper weren't wonky and I lived in a cold climate.

Looks great, but I feel like it needs stockings underneath as it shows a lot of leg.

I wish I would have sized down. The zipper was a little wonky so I had to fashion tape it after taking this pic. But overall great material, laid well and loved wearing it.

The zipper flap didn’t quite lay down flat which showed the silver zipper a bit. Otherwise it was perfect! Would order again!

Dressy enough for work

This skirt is so cute and chic! The color is a deep black and the velvet material is luxurious. I loved the slit in the back and overall it was an easy skirt to dress up or down. The waist was a tad big, but I would not size up - I just wore a belt.

Very pretty skirt, true to size. Warm but not hot. Only thing I didn't love was that the fabric over the zipper stuck out a little. Prob could have been fixed w an iron but wasn't that noticeable.

Runs a little big- very warm- tights weren't necessary because they rubbed too much and bunched the skirt

This fit would be perfect if the fabric was stiffer, I still wore it but I think I could have sized down due to all the stretch, and its been a minute since i was a 27 in anything. If I hadn't worn it to work I might not have worn it at all. Its a column so I think it would have been more flattering if it was a size down, a bit tighter. Again still cute and high quality. Y'all are overreacting about the zipper showing. Yes it shows sometimes but geez.

The velvet adds that subtle drama. Can be dressed up or down. I'd recommend sizing down from your regular size

This skirt was great. I could dress it down with tennis shoes or dress it up with boots and wear it to work. It’s very versatile!

Casual but in velvet it was dressy. Fit well and hit mid calf (I’m 5’9” so probably not folks anyone shorter).
