Very cute and casual shirt dress. It was a bit too short for work but ended up as a fun weekend dress.

I absolutely loved this dress! It was comfortable and cute, and the tie made it so you could adjust how form fitting you wanted it.

Soft, easy to move it and looks great.

Cool look. I liked that the collar and ends of the sleeves were a different color from the rest of the dress

I ended up liking this shirt dress more than I thought I would. Yes the colors are subdued, but the fit is great! The knot up front creates a nice waist and butt looks good too! Nice sleeve length. Wore it with leggings and without. Agree with the ladies. Gets slightly short when sitting down, but that is what table cloths are for!:) Just wear tights!

I love the slit feature on the sides and how flattering this was as a casual dress but that you could make it a summer day dress in the office too.

This dress is casual but could easily go out to a bar too. The tie in middle makes it really flattering for curvy girls. I wore the M which fit like a glove but since I have bigger hips, the bottom button was under a bit of strain. I could have done L but I like how the rest of the dress fit especially over jeans. Definitely short on curvy ladies, so you need opaque tights or something underneath. I liked the look of it as more of a tunic though. Would consider buying this.

The dress was super cute for work (and I got tons of compliments). I usually wear a 4 or a 6 and the medium fit perfectly. I would recommend sizing up as you can tie the waist to give you shape.

A little short but real cute!

The dress is a great material, but I am anywhere from an XS to a S and this Small was quite small! Little snug in the shoulder area and the dress was pretty short. I rented for work and when sitting down it rides up! Would recommend sizing up and maybe for more casual everyday wear.

This looked cute enough on, but sitting down was nearly impossible because the bottom rode up badly. It wasn't appropriate for me so I returned.

Was a bit tight in the arms; difficult to raise my arms above my head. It was on the shorter side, so was perfect with tights, but wouldn't have been comfortable without.

Wore this dress to a cooking class, work, and out with friends. The material is super soft and the dress fit like a glove. The dress is slightly shorter and may not work for taller women. I did wear the dress as a layering piece with pants and it looked adorable for work. I got tons of compliments in this beaut.

Very flattering dress. Casual but refined. Sized up to make sure it wouldn't pull at the buttons.

I loved this top! I am super pear shaped, so having something that drew addition to and showed off my waist so well was awesome! It is very short and would have been too tight had a buttoned it all the way down, so I wore it open a few buttons under the tie with black leggings and heels. Got a lot of compliments.

This dress is great BUT it didn't fit in the hip area which I have never had an issue with until this dress! Be warned, you may need leggings. Otherwise, this piece is FAB

I've rented this dress a few times and will probably rent it again. It's a great casual dress for the weekend while still making you feel pulled together. The two different denims and ties at the front waist make it feel special.

Perfect dress for everyday wear! Running true to size, I would recommend going up for your backup size. While there is not a lot of stretch, there is comfortable room in the bust and this dress is great for any cup size and you're able to wear any standard bra. This was was very comfortable in the mid section as well as the hips. The sleeves are very comfortable as well, which is surprising due to this dress having no stretch. I think this is the perfect everyday dress! At 5'4", this dress hit me a little above my knee.

Definitely short. It needs tights or leggings, I think. I wore this to a casual weekend work session. It is comfy and lightweight, and the tie waist is flattering.

Wore this shirt during my 37th week of pregnancy and LOVED it! I would normally wear an XS but because of my giant bump, I sized up to a M. It fit perfectly! The tie also sat right above my belly so it looked super cute. The material was soft, high quality, and only got minimally wrinkly despite me sitting/standing/commuting in it for a full day. Wish I owned this piece!

I really like this dress. Glad I sized up. I found it to be a little small - a M would not have made it over my hips I don't think. The tie in the front is very flattering. I did think it was a tiny bit short on the sides? I wore with leggings and boots to work and was able to get away with it.

Bailey 44 can run a little small based on my past experience. I'm a pretty steady 4 and the M was perfect, with the cinch in the middle to give it shape. I love the two toned chambray. I'm a big fan of this dress.

I chose this to wear to work with leggings and boots for a more casual look. The denim is on the thinner side and the material is not forgiving, so if you're in between sizes, I'd definitely go up. I'm usually a size 4-6 (I have wider hips), so I went with the medium instead. I'm so glad I did, because this just fit me. It's a little tight in the hips for me but with the tie in the front, it covers the part that is tighter, so you cannot tell. Definitely size up for this one if you have hips! Definitely a cute and comfy casual look.

The dress was a little fit in the bust (I'm a 36D). Otherwise, it was super comfy.

I like the two tone denim and the attached belt in the front, it gave it an edgy look
