This top is so cute! I wasn't sure from the model photo, but I'm glad I took a chance on it because the white part underneath looks really cool. It is supposed to be a bit of a boxy fit, but it still runs a tad big I thought. It's a great shirt, and I wish I had kept it!

I rented this to dress up jeans for jeans day at work. I am going to hold on to it for a little while because I think it will be perfect with a pencil skirt and heels.

This top is great. Very simple and stylish. I wore it first to work and then afterwards out to dinner and a casual night out. The material was pretty thick and layered which kept this a great early spring/winter shirt. I got a lot of compliments and the overall fit was very flattering. My one complaint was that seam for the slit on the over later kept flipping instead of staying flat. Overall, successful rental.

Loved this top by Bailey 44. The unexpected pop of white really made this shirt stand out and added a fun twist on the everyday black top. It was extremely comfortable and is a perfect transitional piece into fall. Pair it with a pencil skirt for the office and then skinny jeans and stilettos for a night out!

I really like the look of this top. I think it is flattering on my hourglass shape even though it doesn't accentuate my curves. It drapes nicely and moves well so it is actually more interesting in real life than photos. Unfortunately, mine arrived with a stain on the white part.

The shirt is comfortable and true to size. When I received it, there were wrinkles in the white section and the black V needed the creases to be re-ironed. It's not flattering or unflattering, but I definitely felt confident wearing it, because I like the style of the shirt. I rented it for work, but ended up wearing it to a dinner party. I would wear it to work if I already had it in my closet, but would not consider purchasing it and would probably not rent it again.

I was disappointed in how the shirt fit - if you are not busty, it might work, but the pleat basically fell on my breast and just looked strange. It was not flattering on me and I did not wear the shirt. Disappointed because it looks so stylish, but perhaps it was just not flattering for my body type. I am not that busty even.

Very work appropriate. Can be paired with dress pants or jeans. Kind of wide at the bottom so wouldn't recommend with a skirt. Also easy to have a big meal with this one because it's kind of large at the bottom, but not enough to spark pregnancy gossip.

I am a C cup and the white portion basically emphasized my right breast. The white split started right at the top, so the black on either side parted so it was just one big white boob. If you have medium to larger boobs I would recommend sizing up.

Forgot to take a photo, but great piece. I wore it with jeans, cropped pants, and a skirt. The fabric is thick so it is warmer and a good short sleeve winter top. It is a good basic with an edge and the cut is flattering.

This top made me want to check out more item from this brand. Material is solid and office appropriate. Have enough drama to be worn at night as well. Wish they hemmed the split so that the while line is sharp. For 5' 3" the tac at the breast area was a tad lower than I would like but that is normal when petite or short torso person wears the normal size. I would wear it again.

It does fit "true to size" but is a loose style. The white part is actually a separate fabric, so the black part opens over it like a tent. The white part is a bit sheer and, if you have a larger chest, it may fall a little awkwardly. Still, it is cute and I received multiple compliments at work.

I'd definitely say this runs true to size and would avoid sizing up or down. Another reviewer mentioned it ran large, so I went with an XS, but wish I had selected a S. Based on my inaccurate sizing, I cannot say I wholeheartedly love this shirt, but I'd be willing to give it another try at a later time (loving the Unlimited subscription).

I chose this top to wear to an outdoor party. For summer the fabric was heavy, and the top ran large. Otherwise it was beautiful and chic. I liked it, but didn't love it.

The shirt is very nice and a classic style. I have bigger arms so the shirt's arm opening were too narrow for me so couldn't wear comfortably. If you have a more slender frame, it will look great.

Never ended up wearing this as it felt kind of like a maternity top each time I tried it on. I think it would fit a petite small bust much better. I am usually a 6/8 - got the medium and it was a little tight around my bust.

The top is so cute in photos but made me feel quite boxy. The kick pleat of white isn't just an insert; it's more like the black piece is put over a white shirt. So, if the breeze catches the the shirt, it blows the black part open like a cape. Not my favorite shirt, but definitely great quality material and an easy casual Friday shirt for the office.

The shirt fit a bit awkward. It was tight in the shoulders/chest yet still quite loose in the waist.

Didn't wear it. Suppose I could have fixed that vertical hem with a bit of double-sided tape.

OK for everyday......Nothing special or exciting about it.
