Perfect dress for work! Loved the design.

I rented this piece specifically as a option for a day when I needed something that worked for "day-to-night." The dress didn't disappoint ! Not only was it appropriate for work but also had just enough flare to fit in at a museum opening in the evening. Highly recommend this dress and the designer. The fit was perfect - I'm about 5'3 and have an athletic build, but also a full bust. The dress accentuated my shape and the material was "sturdy" for lack of a better word. Love this piece !!

I wore this for my Women's Business Council installation and it was perfect! Professional and not too over the top - the cut outs on the shoulders make it really unique for a simple black dress. Very comfortable to wear... I'm usually between a small and a medium and the medium in this dress was just more comfortable overall. Great dress!

Great fabric, super comfortable and has some stretch. Shimmied up a little when I walked but I am tall so that was to be expected. Wore pasties - would definitely rent again for a formal dinner/date/etc.

I really have no cons on this dress. It fit me perfectly. I'm between a small and medium and since this dress has some stretch I went with the small. The cutouts were so fun, and it's definitely long enough to be work appropriate. It landed right at the top of my knees.

This was my first unlimited rental and it was great for work. It fit in all the right places and the fabric was heavy enough to ensure that I wouldn't freeze in the cold ac. My body is a perfect hourglass 40-30-42 it was a little tight on my bust at first but later seemed to fit well. I would rent this again in a heartbeat.

This dress has classic elegance and beauty written all over it. I'm a very picky dresser and always lean more towards classic colors and designs. I love the shoulder detail on this dress. It adds that extra little something while still remaining professional. This dress is very easily a desk to dinner or just desk dress so clearly the versatility is a plus. I am 5 feet 3 inches weight 125 pounds usually I am a size 4 and it hit at the knees I ordered a size small it fit snug I think I could have easily ordered a medium and it would have been fine. The material is a little stretchy therefore it made fitting into its breeze. I can't say enough good things about it really. I paired it with a classic suede black pump for the day.

This was a very comfortable dress for work. I loved the see through detail on the shoulders. I did have to wear a strapless bra because all the bra straps I tried showed. However, it was a beautiful, classy dress and I would rent again.

One thing that I love about this dress is the shoulder slits. This dress hits about mid-knee. If you’re taller, this dress would hit a little higher. This dress is a classic! The fabric was thicker than I'd anticipated but it was very comfortable. I wore with crossed back style bra straps and you couldn't see the straps through the shoulder cut outs. I got a lot of compliments and felt good in it.

This is a play on the LBD. You can't really see the sheer shoulders depending on how you stand, but that doesn't matter because it's lovely! I'm a size 8/10 and the medium fit perfectly. Hit just below the knee to give it that classic, sophisticated look. I felt comfortable standing and sitting in it. My backup size was a L, but that felt a bit too loose in the waist. Plus, I like the fitted look. Overall, a great choice and you can't go wrong with a LBD.

Classic dress with a cool edge. Love the mesh details at the shoudlers. Although this dress runs true to size the fabric little stretch to it. Fuller hips may want to go up a size. 5"2 is knee length.

Overall I thought the dress was great. I ordered the extra-small with the small as my backup size. The extra-small fit great except for right in the armpit area, it was weirdly tight. I tried the small on to see if it would be better, and while the dress didn't have the armpit issue, the rest of the dress was too baggy, and this dress absolutely needs to be form fitting for it to look good, in my opinion. I decided to wear the extra-small, my husband said other guys were staring all night, but he's a little biased. It did ride up a little because it is so form fitted. I'm still glad I rented it, but probably wouldn't rent again.

I wore this dress to a schmancy work event. I'm a very consistent size 2 but hover between an XS and an S depending on cut. Other reviewers noted the stretch of the fabric, so I went with an XS. It fit, but it certainly hugged my curves!!! (Thank goodness the fabric was thick and forgiving...) I would have been interested to see how a S fit -- may have been a little more work appropriate.... When I walked, the dress rode up a bit but I made it work because i was sitting most of the time. Otherwise, the quality is fantastic. It's a very conservative dress with a lol something extra. Definitely recommend, just be careful on sizing if you're curvy/have a booty like me!

I really liked this dress. I wore this at a work retirement party, it was conservative but fitted. I loved the shape it gave me. I agree that it was tight to get on but I did not have to go up a size, I didn't even try it. I liked how the small was fitted, I did not feel that it was too tight. Also as someone 5'3" the cut of the small was at the right length.

The medium was too snug. The material has little stretch. The dress itself didn't make me feel like it was anything spectacular. I almost even returned it the next day but didn't feel like going out shopping last minute. The length was great for a formal dinner for my boyfriends company. A great necklace made me happier with the dress. Earrings were not enough to help this dress. The zipper in the back did bother me some as it started right above my butt so it puckered out. Overall, slightly disappointed with the dress after reading the reviews.

This is a body con style that fit my pear shape well on top but hugged my hips/stomach/butt too tightly for work. From the front, I looked great! But from the side and the back, this was not flattering. Would look great on a younger woman with a straight up and down figure

I wore this dress a couple times. Both times I wore it with a blazer during the day, even no jacket in the evening to show the sheer shoulders that really dressed it up. It has a great thick material and length. High heels are a must! Great dress!

Great LBD for work (or any occasion really). Would probably run a little large normally but was perfect for a 24wk bump. Fabric is on the thicker side which is nice. This dress also travels well without wrinkling.
