I really love the edge the leather bottom adds to this dress. It's very comfortable, soft, and an easy fit. It runs true to size and has room in the bust and hips. It actually has some stretch to the fabric, specifically in the lower hip area. At 5'7", it hit about mid-thigh on me, which was still appropriate enough to wear around the office or on a casual outing with friends. I'd recommend pairing it with casual shoes and simple jewelry.

This dress has great versatility. I rented it through my unlimited subscription for work and when I first tried it on, I was thinking it might be a little too sexy to pull off as a teacher. But with tights and a cardigan, I came up with something that worked during the day, and was easily able to transition to happy hour after work. So many different way to dress this one up or down. It was the first RTR rental I received that I needed to iron before wearing and the buttons across the chest pulled a little, but I always have that problem with button down shirts. Overall, great rental!

This was such a comfortable, understated sexy dress. There are slits on the side which make it easy to walk in.

The fit on this was problematic because there are buttons going all the way down from top to bottom. The top looked great, but the skirt gaped in the front because I have hips / an ass. I am guessing the size up would have been huge in the top. Oh well.

This is really a great dress. It's easy to wear and transitions seamlessly from weekend activities, to work and to more casual evening events. I wore it with a black and white silk scarf and had people stopping me all day and commenting on the dress. However, I couldn't wait to take it off! The dress is closed with buttons placed 3-4 inches apart from the top of the shirt to the bottom of the skirt. Since they're so far apart one can see skin when sitting or walking. I think if the buttons were placed a little closer together it wouldn't be an issue at all. Such a bummer!

I thought this dress was adorable and rented it through Unlimited. I wear a medium from pretty much every store, but this medium was astonishingly tight, so much so that the buttons pulled the entire length of my body. And it was very short. Pros about this dress: the fabric is great and comfortable. It's definitely cute. Overall suggestion: Even if you are a stick, rent at least a size larger than you normally wear. I think I'd have to get this two sizes up to go out in public.

I ordered this dress through unlimited and chose not to wear it. The fit was just off and visually looked bad. Not sure if it would look better a bit baggier but I probably wont order again since it didn't work the first time.

The dress sat oddly at the hip - plenty of room in the arms and bust. If you have a booty this dress is not for you.

This is one of my favorite pieces i've rented through unlimited. It's quite comfortable, but also unique and a bit edgy. The fabric is quite soft with nice lining. Looks cute over leggings and with a jacket and/or cardigan for cooler temps too.

After reading other reviews I decided to size up. I needed the space in the hip area and also the buttons do allow some peek-age inside. But when I sat I just lighted it up a bit and I was perfectly comfortable! I actually sit at a table with children all day and I was fine! I paired with black shooties for a more minimalist look! Length was spot on! Would rent again!

Super cute dress to wear to work. Only problem was that there was a lot of gapping in between the buttons that I needed fashion tape to close up. Other than that, it fit really great and was pretty slimming.

The "leather" panel at the bottom of this button down dress was a fun twist making this outfit appropriate for work, but still cute enough to transition to a night out! As others mentioned, the spacing of the buttons does cause some gaping holes, that could be pretty awkward. I wore a white cami underneath to protect there and just had to be conscious about the lower portion of the dress. Overall, I loved it and would absolutely recommend to a friend!

I got an XS but should have got a S to have a little more room.

I would order the size small next time rather than XS. Buttons buckled a bit and needed a slip.

I sized up as people said and it was still tight at the bust! I love the style but I don't recommend if you have any curves at all. This is meant for those with straight hips and no curves.

If you have the body type that looks good in this dress then you shouldn't have any self esteem issues. This dress was tight and loose in all the wrong places on me. On a good note it's well made and easy to accessorize. It is to my dismay that I just don't look good in this dress :(

I didn't end up wearing this dress. It fit true to size. There are buttons all the way from the top to bottom, and although I do not feel like the dress was too small on me, the button holes gaped when I walked or sat down, even at the crotch.
