This dress is extremely comfortable and flattering. I have a small waistline but I get self-conscious about dresses that hug my lower belly, and this dress was absolutely perfect. I'm in my 30's and this dress felt perfect for NYE--classy with subtle flair (sequins), and elegant yet flirty. NYE was freezing this year so I wore fleece-lined leggings underneath and was warm all night. My only issue was the mesh at the waistline. Others noted that it was practically invisible, but on me the mesh bunched and the waistline rolled frequently, so the mesh was definitely noticeable. This small gripe was minor in comparison to the many other wonderful things about the dress!

This dress runs true to size and the small fit exactly as I expected it would. The mesh layer between the top and bottom help to make it fun while not feeling overly exposed. Plus. the mesh layer helps the dress hang the right way so rolls and bulges are not created from having a separate skirt. Overall, I got a lot of compliments, was extremely comfortable all night, and had a blast wearing it. Definitely recommend!

Loved this dress! Similar to other reviewers, dress was comfy and flattering and appropriate for a black tie. The midriff area photographs really well. In person I was pulling it up and down to get it right and it did bunch a bit, but overall a really cool and beautiful dress!

So fun to wear in the winter for New Years but perfect for any occasion. Loved the dress and so comfortable to wear all night. Left it in my favorites to definitely rent again.

This dress was great! I was able to wear a normal bra, which is always a plus as I have a very large bust (34-E). I struggle with many crop top outfits bc of my bust creating a gap between the bottom of the crop and my tummy, but since this dress is connected with mesh it made a smooth transition and really accentuated my waist. The skirt material is great. I received so many compliments- I would definitely rent again!

Rented this for a black tie optional wedding and it was perfect! I fit perfectly and I loved that the top and bottom were connected by mesh, so I didn't have to worry about them riding up or down all night. The regular length was a bit long for me (I'm 5'2") but with a tall pair of heels I was fine. I will definitely be renting this again!

I absolutely loved this dress! Fit so perfectly! I wore flats and the length was perfect- I could have worn heels but the shoes would have shown so I personally thought flats looked better! I would definitely recommend this! I got sooo many compliments!

This dress runs true to size. The stretchy fabric made it comfy to wear all night. The dress ran a little long on my 5 2" frame, but that was expected. I am wearing 3" heels in the picture. There is mesh fabric covering the top, saving your arms from the sequin scratches. There is also mesh covering the stomach area, making the dress a true one-piece. The dress was perfect for NYE and I felt amazing in it all night. Compliments galore!

This dress was perfect for the wedding I attended! It's probably the most comfortable formal dress I've ever worn. The bottom layer of the skirt is jersey-like and the mesh portion covering the midriff keeps everything in sans Spanx. Being able to dance all night without having to worry about any dress malfunctions was also a huge relief. This is a must rent!

This dress was so flattering, there is some flesh colored netting between the top and skirt, you can't even tell that there is netting though when it's on! I highly recommend this dress!!! I got a lot of compliments!!

This dress was perfect! I needed a dress for a gala but was unsure how fancy it would be. I was worried I'd either be under dressed or over dressed no matter what I picked. I'm glad I went with this dress. Easy to wear and fits so unbelievably comfortable. I have a 32DDD chest so I'm always scared to get the size dress and have it be too tight in the chest and seriously loose in the midsection. This dress fit perfectly. I even got to wear my super comfy normal bra so I could dance for hours without having to worry about anything coming up, out or over! I'm 5'8 and the length was perfect for me to wear with my 2inch heels. The only thing that sucked was the dress had a small rip in the bottom but I only saw it because I was putting my shoes on. Otherwise it was completely unnoticeable. The dress is one piece and the mess NO ONE saw. I had to prove to people it was a one piece dress. The skirt is very empire waist so I think if you have a little more weight at the bottom or just don't love your belly this would be a great dress. I was worried it would be unflattering but I seriously looked amazing in this dress. I felt very trendy and my husband said I looked like a sexy "I dream of genie". Perfect perfect dress. I rented this dress when I went to go visit my BFF in Nashville to celebrate her birthday. This was such a great rental! I loved the mesh on the tummy! This was super flattering and even though I'm hella-short, with some decent heels the length was not an issue. Bust wasn't too tight in the medium either! Super happy with this rental!

I got this at the flagship store because my red tea-length Allison Paris dress didn't fit. I liked that with flats, this was a gown, and it's better than it looks in pictures. It drapes elegantly, and there's mesh covering the upper midsection. The sequins also have a covering, so it does not irritate the arms in the least bit. Easy to move around in, and a fair price. The only con is that I wore a regular bra with this and I had to adjust so the bra fell higher, and I had to pull the top part down a little more.

This dress was awesome. I didn't find much different between the medium petite and small regular but I ended up going with the small. It was too long even with 3" heels so beware of that if you're short like me (5'3"). Otherwise this dress fit great, it was comfy and stretchy too! I've got a curvy, hourglass shape with larger hips and it looked awesome. It's even forgiving in the see-through area because of the mesh. I recommend this dress!

The dress was a bit long for someone who is vertically challenged, but wearing heels, it was completely fine to walk in, though I had to hold up the bottom at times and when climbing the stairs. If you have a small waist and larger bust, it definitely accentuates all the right places. It is classy, and the skirt is pleated beautifully. Is a great fit and would recommend to any women with curves!

Gorgeous dress! Most people wear short dresses to these events, but it didn't seem too fancy because of the cropped part. Super modest and stylish, I wore it with nude pumps and it looked great. If you're short like me, heels are a must to keep it from dragging on the ground! Also I'm usually an XS, but I wore the S so just be warned they run a little tight.

The fit was true to size. The medium fit well expect in the busy area only reason I wore the large.

This dress is true to size and comfortable to wear. You don't need spanx and it's great if you're planning to dance. The top is a little itchy. I didn't wear a bra but if I had, it might have helped with the itch.

This dress was extremely easy to wear, and very comfortable. I wore it with three inch heels and it covered my shoes but didn't drag on the floor. The only thing I didn't love was the mesh part that connects the top and bottom. In some photos it looked a little weird - like my skin was baggy or something. (Be careful if you are sitting outside in the sun in this dress- the zipper is exposed in the back and was burning me during the ceremony - be sure to sit in the shade!)

I wore this for a black tie wedding in December. I wanted a dress that was conservative and elegant. This was a great choice because while it was modest and classy, there were a few details that made this a little playful and sassy: the sequins up top, the silky pleated skirt, and the crop look with illusion mesh. Some dresses make you work to wear them, but this dress isn't! It's like wearing that comfy sweater - where you don't have to worry about bra straps sticking out, sheer material for an oops moment, too long trails, etc - but you still get to look fabulous. For sizing, I think I could have even gone down one size as my waist is more petite, and that area is the most fitted area of the dress. However, I was happy with the size I got. For dress length - I am 5'7", wore 3" heels with no platform height in the front. The SR dress fell about 2 inches from the ground.

I ordered the medium & the large but wore the large. The medium was to tight up top because I have a bigger bust! Everything else fit great. The dress was actually a one price with a sheer fabric to break it up & look like a crop top. It skimmed the floor with flats on (I'm 5'6") & was very flattering through the stomach area. I got a ton of compliments on it. I would definitely wear it again.

I am 5'3" ; on the model's photo it comes to her ankles. If you are shorter in heigh, I would definitely plan on it being a floor length. It was a stunning dress and would highly recommend!

This dress was a last minute replacement for a dress that didn't work out. It did the trick - I received plenty of compliments. The model photos are deceiving, the top and bottom are actually connected, although it doesn't appear so in the photos. Thee is a mesh panel connecting the two. I ordered a medium and still had plenty of room for my large bust. The sequins weren't itchy and the dress was fun and flowy. I wore it with 3 inch heels and the dress skimmed the floor - you might have to pick it up as you walk, but it wasn't a huge deal.
