I love this dress. Wanted to purchase it. The only flaw is it's a bit restricting in the shoulder area. The 2 fit me very snug. A 4 might have been better if I needed a good range of motion with my arms. Beautiful dress! Will definitely rent again in fall/winter.

I love this dress because it was sexy without showing too much skin. It was a little tight around my neck so I left it unzipped at the top about an inch and my hair covered it well. I couldn't lift my arms up over my head but did it really need to either

I love this edgy dress by Black Halo. Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back-up. This style is fitted throughout the midsection and at the hips. Curvier women should consider sizing up for fuller hips. It works great for any cup size and can be worn with a standard bra. At 4’8”, the length hit mid thigh on me and wasn’t too short. The cut out at the shoulders add some edginess to this otherwise simple LBD. Pair with black heels to complete your outfit.

Super cute and is flattering

This this was perfect for a cold weather sexy look. It fits like a glove. I would say that it's basically impossible to zip up by yourself as it does restrict some arm movement. Overall the length is short but I never felt like anything was about to be exposed.

I wanted to love this dress, but I just liked it. It kept riding up and was pretty short to begin with so that was a little frustrating - the sleeves were also very loose compared to the rest of the dress which I found a little strange. I ended up wearing it and got compliments but didn't feel it was as great as it could have been.

This dress was versatile. The fit was good and it kept me warm for traveling to a presentation and then doubling as a fun dress to wear out later the same day and week. I pair this style with substantial black tights, for warmth, and so you don't have to worry so much about dress shortness in different settings, ie work, but its also a good choice for petites. It was not too short for me. On the model, a tall gal, it looks a bit chancy. The length was nice for me - I'm 5'3". I'm 42 yro with thick legs, and prefer not to think too much about exposure. :-] This was a rental from a while ago I noticed while doing a more recent review, so I'm not sure I have the photo. Will update with photos if possible. This one was a win, and you could probably wear it twice during a rental, or wear it in different settings on the same day.

Runs SUPER small. I normally fit in a 0 but I've owned Black Halo before and I went up a cup size so I thought maybe a 2 would be a smarter buy. It was not. I don't even know that I'd fit in a 6. The fabric is unforgiving with very little stretch (should have seen that coming) so if you're like me--busty with a tiny waist/hip--this likely won't fit without alteration.

The fabric is pretty thick and hugs curves well. Looks sexy but classy. The arms are a little too tight, you need help zipping up

I LOVED this dress- I'm not curvy at all but the cut and the way the material hugs made me look like an hourglass! I wore this for a Valentine's Day date with my boyfriend and it was the perfect combination of flirty and cute without trying too hard

I usually wear a 0 or 2, the size 2 was so small I couldnt even attempt to zip it. Nice fabric, super thick. Cute dress too. I was sad I couldn't make it work!

The dress was incredibly flattering and sexy. It wasn't as short as other people said it was, but the only thing that bothered me was the lining fell a bit longer than the dress so it was visible.

Ran really small

Loved the cut out arm details, really elevated the look. The neck opening was extremely tight (had to literally wear it partially unzipped). Wore it without a bra and the bust fit great. Overall was perfect for date night, I would purchase if it weren't for the tight neck area.

I am tall, so the dress was a little short on me. However, it didn't ride up at all, so it worked.

I really wanted to see this on, but I couldn't get it past my hips! There's no give in this dress and runs small.

The dress is very short and very tight. I wore it once with leggings and felt like a hooker. Also very uncomfortable to sit since it was so tight. I do like the detail on the arms but the bottom of the dress just doesn't do it for me

This dress WAY too short. There was no way I could possibly wear it and sit down comfortably.
