So many compliments on this. The collar is stunning--must wear with hair up. Will definitely rent again...maybe even buy it the next time. Used a waist belt to shorten slightly and better fit my smaller frame.

Loved the fit and silhouette. The zipper is a little hard to zip if you don't have someone with you.

Wore this to the office and then took it out to Friday night dinner--love this dress! Quality material and lined. Creates a great shape without any bulges.

Runs a bit small. Am 5 feet and 145 and a six will usually get the job done. An 8 was tight but doable with spanx. Zipper is insanely hard to get up and down. Do not rent this if you don't have someone at home to help you get in and out of it. Other than that I loved it for work into a night out.

I usually wear a 12, but needed to size up because it was snug in the chest. It was a very shapely dress, but very comfortable. My only issue was its awkward design. You cannot zip down the collar, so it's a separate piece. You have to actually pull the dress over your head to get into. Needed to touch up hair and make up afterwards. Other than that it was very nice.

Great fabric, unique cut around the neck and front slit make this dress stand out. I wore with a blazer at the office as it's just a tad low cut and then transitioned easily into a museum event at night. Very classy!

This dress is super beautiful! One note is that I have a very athletic and not at all curvy build and it was still a tiny bit tight on the hips. If you have wider hips, this may be a little right for work, but could still be good for another type of event!

Really great dress. Very classy and flattering. I wore to work, but could easily be worn out for an evening as well. I have an hourglass shape and the showed it off very nicely. You may want to size up if you have a large bust.

Dress was beautiful, nice material, fit really well, hugged your body yet appropriate fit and length for work. Classic black dress. Hits around the knee. Only issue was the neck is seen together so you have to pull it on and off over your head.

Fits a little big in the hips, but I think it is cut that way on purpose. Rented for date night in April -difficult time to dress, this works perfectly. Paired Burberry trench, green suede heels and big fun earrings.

i'm typically btwn a 2/4 and got the 2, which fit a touch tight, but to be expected since i sized down and black halo usually runs small. hit right at the knee, slit was still work appropriate when sitting since i was wearing tights, but might be a little scandalous without tights. no bra needed, everything is held in v well. love the neckline and the fit. not a lot of stretch so get your reg size or go up if you're in btwn. highly highly recommend

I loved the looks of the dress, however the slit in the front made it difficult for me to feel comfortable wearing at a work function. Well made, but runs on the smaller side. I would order the bigger size if you've in between. Wish I could have worn!

This dress was too tight for me to wear. As mentioned by others, you do need to pull it over your head to put on due to the collar, so you don't definitely don't want it too tight. Size up if you order!

Its GORGEOUS. But was hard really snug at the bust, and made it so I could barely zip. I didn't end up wearing it because the it was too tight at the bust, but I will order this in the next size up and see if it helps because its so so pretty.

Overall I really liked the look of this dress, very professional but also stylish. The top fit well, but then the bottom was a little tight, but that could be more the shape of my body and not a problem with the dress.

If you've ever had a dress that is very beautiful and sophisticated and thought "if only this dress were annoyingly hard to get into!" this is the dress for you. For some reason, the designer decided that the zipper in the back shouldn't go all the way to the top, but should stop short of that so that the collar is one whole connected piece. This means you can't step into the dress and zip up - you have to pull it on over your head. Which is super annoying with such a fitted dress. Do your hair, put on your makeup and deodorant, AFTER you put the dress on. Other than that, it's a super chic dress. Beautiful fabric, well made, fits like a glove.

A 14 was a size up but I could not move in it or wear out. Order 1 and 2 sizes up for this style.

Tight in chest and thighs with extra fabric in tummy causing a sort of pouch effect. Hard to sit down, no give. Maybe I needed a size up, I’m 5’10 138 lbs.

Hard to get your head through, too tight.
