Form fitting deep vibrant blue. Will rent again!

Black Halo is one of my favorite designers on RTR. Once you know your size, it's easy to keep renting more of their dresses. The material is thick and the dresses are high quality. I'd never pay this much for a work dress, so renting it over and over again has been the perfect solution! I'd say size up if you're unsure, the fit can be a bit snug around the arms and upper body.

Super chic and elegant dress for work. It looked very classic and put together without needing any jewelry. It was a big tight in the chest (size 4 and 36D). I thought the dress fit well though overall and is a classic. Pretty simple if you aren't looking for something out there!

The color of this dress is beautiful. The blue really stands out. Black Halo dresses have become one of my go-to brands for work dresses. The fit is TTS and fits like other Black Halo dresses. If you're on the fence or in between sizes, might want to size up just to be on the safe side. The neckline gives the dress a little something extra, but can still be worn with a regular bra. If you have bigger arms, be aware that the sleeves might be super tight/too small to the point of being uncomfortable. I have pretty muscular arms, and the sleeves just fit. There is a little slit on the sleeves at the elbow though, so it's still easy to bend arms and comfortable to wear. Hit at a nice, conservative length on my 5'3 frame.

This dress was amazing and fit like a glove! There was a bit of stretch to the dress, which made it even more comfortable. I went with the 4 because it had a little more room and comfort. They size 2 was a bit tight in the shoulder and hip area. I would definitely rent (or buy) this dress. Absolutely loved it!

Black halo has become my go-to for sleek and flattering work dresses. This one is a classic fit. Like most halo dresses, it may feel a bit restrictive in the chest/arms, but stretches out to be comfortable in about an hour. Vibrant blue color, but still work-appropriate.

I usually wear a 4 but always size up in Black Halo. I will say some of the sleeves dresses feel tight across my shoulders and arms. This one was just right. Perfectly fine work dress but it didn’t knock my socks off.

This is definitely a statement work dress between the color and the fit. I had complete strangers on my flight for my business trip complimenting it! I felt awesome in it, though some sort of shapewear is needed if (like me) you have a little extra pouch. This does run small - I'm normally a 12 or 14 but the size 16 in this fit perfectly, the 14 would have been too small I think.

Fits like a glove - everythingBlack Halo fits me perfectly - the dresses are a little long, but I'm 5'2 and they still look so classy for work! So many compliments on both the color and fit!

The fit and length was great. It hits below the knee. I usually where a 6 and the 6 in this dress was good, unlike some Black Halo. It was a bit big across my thin shoulders and I had to tuck my bra straps down. The back felt low to me but everything was covered. The fabric does get a bit wrinkly. It is a bit hard to hike up the dress to go to the bathroom. I have 39 inch hips; any larger in the size 6 might need to unzip.

This versatile dress exudes class and executive presence. Numerous compliments, especially on color. Fit is TTS , fabric weight is substantial and quality is evident. Will rent again!

This dress fit beautifully and felt both understated and striking at the same time. It might be a bit small in the bust for larger ladies, but was a surprisingly nice fit for my small frame. It also seems like a true 6--neither big nor small. I loved the length just past my knee-caps--felt very lady like but also form fitting. I would wear again.

Maybe because I'm curvy, I had to go up a size on this dress. Overall the color is beautiful and the dress is elegant.

I am between a 6 and an 8! The 8 fit really well, a little big on top. May try a 6 if I rent again! Great for work!

I love this dress. It is comfortable and I feel like a million bucks. I had an important meeting today so I wore it again. I am thinking about buying it to wear when I present to the ADA.

Beautiful color and great fit as always for Black Halo. It may be a tad tight for fuller busts but it is a lovely dress. I wore it for a work event. It's a bit constricting for raising your arm but still doable.

I am 14 was pregnant so I rented a size up (8 instead of 6). Glad I did because I was barely able to zip this over my bust. I don't think I looked overly pregnant, but wore a suit jacket just in case because I haven't shared the news broadly.

This is a perfect professional dress. It's well made and the material helps give you a great shape. It's true to size but is very form fitting. It was a good length (I'm 5'9).The color is stunning in person. I'll rent this one again.

Beautiful color! Got compliments all day long. Tight in the arms (could not lift them up) and hips but the waist was a little loose. Not much stretch. Would rent again.

Ignore the veil, I wore this to work and went to try on veils during my lunch break. Love this dress, it's the perfect length for work and very elegant on the top! Very Kate Middleton for sure!

Loved this gorgeous blue dress. The fabric doesn't have any stretch so was a tiny bit constricting but worth if for the flattering fit and vibrant color. We were attending a religious service that required covered shoulders when I realized I own zero dresses with sleeves! This dress was classic and modest but still felt flattering and a little sexy. I'm usually a 10 or 12 and very curvy and the 12 fit really well.

The color was fabulous. I liked the fact that the length was just below knee and I am tall. It was figure flattering but I never had to pull it in place. I usually wear a roomy 14 but the 16 fit just right. Lots of compliments!

This dress was great. I am usually an 8, but the size 10 was perfect to fit my larger hips. Definitely a form fitting style, but still professional. Beautiful color, and I wish I owned this one.

This dress is a beautiful cobalt blue (it looks purple in the picture) Form fitting - but doesn't look tight. I did have to size up from my usual 10. Will be renting again!

I rented this for a dressier work look but you could easily wear this for a wedding. I am typically a size 2 which is the size I rented.. it is definitely form fitting so size up if you want something on the looser side. The fabric quality is also amazing. Will definitely rent again!

Felt powerful and beautiful in this dress

This is a killer work dress. Great pop of blue color, and really contours nicely. My only complaint is the arm/shoulder area is a bit snug (especially if you have a larger chest) so being able to zip to the back, especially with the angled hemline cut, is challenging.

I rented this dress for work and the color was beautiful and I received many compliments. It ran small in the bust and the waist was a bit high for me. Because of the tightness in the bust and the wide neckline, it was difficult to raise your arms (and zip up by yourself). It was otherwise comfortable and the material was a nice quality.

As with other Black Halo dresses, sized up for perfect fit. At first, it kept twisting, but removed shapewear and it twisting stopped. Great tailoring and structure. Seaming is nicely done, and snap straps on shoulders holds in place with bra strap. One of my favorite clothing pieces!

I love this color blue. Like most Black Halo dresses, it fits beautifully and is well made. I would definitely rent this again.

Rented this dress for professional headshots. The fit was great, though if you have a big bust, it may not have quite enough room up top. I received a ton of compliments.

Black Halo is rapidly becoming one of my go-tos for work dresses. They have been consistently high quality with great true to size fit and details that make the dresses pop. In this case, the color and the matching V in the front and back. I'm large chested so A V neckline can become racier that intended for work, but this hit the perfect balance. The color is amazing in person- I'm had several people comment that my blue eyes really popped!

I am a size 14 but I was a 16 on this one. I tried both on and 16 was just perfect. Looks great, super flattering, and professional.

I've rented this for work previously and will probably do so again. This designer's dresses flatter an hourglass figure. Classic.
