I had to order a size 6L because there wasnt a 6R available. I honestly just wore taller heels and it worded. The dress fits well and its just so elegant!!

Perfect for the gold and black event

Absolutely perfect for a black tie event. I got the long because the regular length wasn’t available, and it was ~2 inches too long (I was in 4 inch heels). Flattering and conservative enough for black tie/work gala.

I wore this dress to a sneaker ball where the theme for our family was black and gold. It was unique in its appearance with the asymmetrical top and gold slit. This dress was stunning! It was the perfect choice for the occasion. I am 5’3, 140lbs and wear a size 34 D. Though the dress covered my problem areas: back fat, midsection, and breast fat, I would recommend getting your size. I am a size 8 and ended up getting a size 6 because that’s all they had which looked nice in pictures but was actually too tight when zipping. I needed assistance getting into the dress. If you have problem areas like me, get your actual size and size up for the back up. This dress is true to size. I do like that the dress comes in Petite since it made it easy to wear with sneakers. I didn’t have to worry about length on the dress at all. This is one of my favorite rentals this year! As always, RTR for the win!

A little short for floor length, even with short heels.

The fit was flattering and would fit many body types. The dress was extremely comfortable. The one shoulder was wide enough to wear one regular bra strap and one across from the strapless side in the front to the other side in the back giving extra support if needed.

I loved this dress for a gala! The gold added some extra flare and changed up my normal solid black dress choices. The size 2 fit perfectly. The length was perfect with some heels. The gold material is lightweight... it didn't seem see through but I wore a slip skirt underneath just in case. For reference I'm 5'3, 123 pounds, athletic build and the size 2 fit absolutely perfect!

This dress was perfect for a formal full-length event. I don't consider myself a strapless girl, but I was able to wear a normal bra underneath and just tuck the shoulder strap in on the one side. The bust is structured for a flattering shape but with a little stretch for zipping and breathing room. The gold portion is thin, so just keep that in mind for temperature. I received non-stop compliments before and after the event.

This dress was fabulous for a black tie wedding. The one shoulder was so flattering and it was long enough for me to wear small heels. I got many compliments.

The dress fit great. I was skeptical about sizing but it was perfect. I’m 5’2, 117 lbs, C cup and the 0 regular fit perfect. I did need help with the zipper but overall it was comfortable. Didn’t feel too heavy and the gold color is so pretty.

Great length with heels for 5'9

I wore this and was comfortable all day in it…walking, standing, sitting or dancing it was perfect! Received many compliments. I wore a black one shoulder sports bra for support which was perfect! The black fabric was not stretchy. It is side zipper. The gold fabric is stretchy and flows beautifully.

I wore durining an evening where I had 4 events around Chicago, two of which were black tie. I felt beautiful but was also so comfortable. Nothing was too tight, itchy or felt like it was slipping. It was easy to sit, stand and hop from Uber to Uber.

Simple, elegant, stays in place, no undergarments needed

I love the way this dress fits! It has a corsette look in the middle to frame your shape well. It has a see through material for the gold part, so a slip dress is needed. Wear a strapless bra because the shoulder area is very exposed. I’m 5’4 and wore heels and it would catch the bottom skirt. Sometimes. So be mindful of that. But otherwise.. it’s an amazing gown! thick, sturdy material — my date and I got so many compliments on how we looked together. He wanted me to buy it to keep and I’m just glad I rented it, will be back again for another rental!

First-time renter and I was so impressed! The dress was fabulous — great quality and still looked brand new. The petite fit was perfect through the body, though it was just a tiny bit long on me. If I had worn 4-inch heels, it probably wouldn’t have needed any adjustment. I was able to easily pin it from the inside in the waist area because of the gold underlayer attached at that point. For reference, I typically wear a 0P or 00P. I’m 5’0”, 107 lbs, with an athletic build and a slightly wider rib cage.

I sized up as I'm 4 months postpartum, but the dress is so forgiving and flattering. Cinched waist, but room for a hidden tummy. I'm 5'7" and the long hit perfect with 2 inch heels.

This was an easy, comfortable and beautiful dress for a black tie gala I attended! The gold detail is more shimmery in person and adds a little fun and flair. The dress is well lined and you can really get away with any undergarments you want. (I did a strapless bra and normal, not thong, underwear — always a plus for me!) The one shoulder has just a little bit of padding to make that shoulder have a good amount of structure, but not too much! Loved it!

Wore to a work gala in late October - very flattering and I liked the higher neckline for the professional setting. Material is on the heavier side so better for fall/winter. The arm hole on the one shoulder side is a little large but I wore with a black strapless bra that blended with the dress.

Loved the gold mixed in with the black - and the flow was comfortable and very pretty. Fit perfectly and got lots of compliments!
