Great dress and received lots of compliments. Was a little more low-cut than anticipated, and a little tight in the chest. Otherwise great and comfortable fit, perfect for a wedding event!

I really liked that this dress is on-trend with the puffed sleeves and ruched bodice but it wasn't too bold so it worked in the office. The color is beautiful and the texture of the fabric is soft. As with all Black Halo dresses, this one is fully lined, comfortable and easy to get into. There is no downside to this dress. Either it's your style or it isn't. I received compliments all day and will rent again.

I originally ordered this dress in a 14 and my bust wouldn't allow it to zip. RTR sent me a size 16 and it was a great fit, color and style for my event.

The top half fit so perfectly. I loved the sleeves and it shows just the right amount of cleavage. The bottom didn't flare out on me like the model's picture shows, but I actually really loved the fit. Will definitely rent again when wedding season comes back.

This would be a great end of fall/winter dress. Fully Lined. Because of the poofy shoulders, I couldn't wear a suit jacket/blazer over it.

I received so many compliments on this dress. The color is so beautiful. It's a deep pine green. Perfect for fall. The cut of the dress is perfect for curves. I'm 5'3" and it hit me right at the knee.

Dress fits true to size (I am a size 2 in tops / dresses and I ordered the 2 and it fit perfect). The dress also hides the tummy if you’re bloated. Loved the color and fit and will definitely rent again

Beautiful dress, accentuates the waist, good for hourglass figures but could probably work for any shape, material seems fancier in person than photos show. Ordered it for a fancy work dinner but was sick so ended up wearing it the next day to a double date.

Really loved this dress. The fabric was thick enough to hide any imperfections and the front rouching was quite nice. I have a muffin top and felt like it was camouflaged well. Loved the big sleeves for something different than most fancy sleeveless dresses. Wore a normal bra! I wore this to an indoor event in cold temps in the winter and loved it. I was hoping to get to wear it again but alas didn’t get a chance.

I preferred too late for the holiday parties but I loved the fit and hope to order again in the future. The touching in the front is very forgiving and the cut not too low. Quite an attractive and elegant yet simple dress.

I'll start by saying my husband told me to keep this one so maybe it's just me. But I wished it were a couple inches longer on my 5'9" frame, and i really don't need extra volume in my shoulders. The ruching across the front is very flattering and the color gorgeous. I liked the way it fit through the torso and I was very comfortable in it. It's true to size to slightly small - which is on par for most Black Halo items for me. I would definitely consider renting this again.

I hold my weight in my torso area/belly so I went up to the 10 since reviews said it was tight in that area. Snatched me in the waist. The V neck was very loose and gaped on me . I used lots of double sided beauty tape to keep that in place. I liked the color (but should have worn nude color heels not black). I wore it again to work and later that day with sneakers for cocktails at a sports bar and it looked cute. I did like the puffy shoulders as it gave me more of an hourglass shape.

You get back you bought. However, I wasn't crazy for it once I wore it. But it's a great dress for work. It delivers

Extremely flattering on the torso area, but it was sorta a weird length on me since I’m short. Also, the material is too heavy for summer, I’d definitely recommend this as a fall dress. While I normally love a dramatic sleeve, these sleeves felt almost too dramatic and I felt they broadened my shoulders.

Wore this to a graduation! Fit was very easy however beware that the shoulders flare out.l and are rather large. Material is thick and elegant.

I have been wearing mostly size 18W in items from RTR. I had read that Black Halo runs particularly small, so I was glad I rented the size 22. It fit pretty well on my lower half, though I noticed it was a little too roomy up top. I kept adjusting the sleeves and pulling up the neckline since a size 20 would have been better up top. But then, I don't think it would have fit on the bottom for he. It probably doesn't help that I carry all my extra weight in my midsection. I bet this would have looked a lot better on someone with a more athletic build, or straight and narrow. Then the rouching on this piece would really accentuate their features. It wasn't great for hiding my problem areas. The fabric has a nice weight and color for fall. It has "cooled off" in Florida (highs in the low 80's) and I had no problem wearing it here. I didn't care for the seam that ran down the front, but that's not a deal breaker. I liked the texture of the fabric. I think it looks better in the photos than how well I felt it wore. My only other complain would be how the dress bunched up around the small of my back. This, it was not ideal for my body type.

I generally size up but this one no need especially if you don't have a big chest

I was 18 weeks pregnant when I wore this. My goal was to show off the little bump and I feel this dress was perfect in doing that. Sleeves were adorable and I love the v-neck look. All-in-all a dress I would wear pregnant or not!

I went up a size from my normal. It was a little large but was still flattering. The material is lined and thicker which is very forgiving on any unwanted bumps. Would be flattering at any size.

Great dress, ultimately wore a different dress but this one almost made it! Rented for a black tie optional event and ended up wearing something a little bit fancier/ longer. Great material though and true to size. Beautiful neckline.. not too low cut and compliments the puff sleeves well.
