I love this blue dress so much I bought it! The fit is true to size and flattering. The material is thick with just the right amount of stretch. Would recommend!

Perfect, true to size fit. Nice thick fabric with lining and hugged perfectly! Only thing is the zipper doesn't go up through the collar in the back so I'd suggest putting it on before putting makeup on since it's a little awkward.

So this dress was TIGHT but in all the right places. I did feel like my itty bitty boobs rocked a little too much cleavage with the neckline, but it was still very classy and work appropriate.

A little too low cut for work. I'm a 36C but that was easily resolved with a white lace cami underneath

I am a true size 8 but ordered the 10 based on the reviews. Thank god I did and it fit beautifully. The neck is not too low and the length is great so it worked great for a work conference. Got lots of compliments!

Def would recommend, even got some compliments at work. It was a lil snug in the chest / upper stomach area for me at least but it loosened up after a lil while. I think a 12 would have been too big though. Overall I would rent again and would recommend.

This dress is perfect for transitional weather from summer to fall or just and all around fabulous dress for work. The color is so pretty and the fit is great. It could’ve been a little tighter on me, but overall was great. The material is nice and thick which was great to not have to worry about undergarment lines in this lighter color. I wore this to a professional event and got many compliments and that I looked very put together. Will be renting this again!

Loved everything about this dress. It does run pretty small. I'm typically a size 2 - moving into size 4s - and the 4 was definitely not going to work. The 6 fit like a glove. Was perfect length. Nicely lined to hide any "imperfections." I want to buy it I loved it so much!

This is definitely on my list of RTR workwear favorites! The color and collar really make this dress pop and the fit is super flattering. Like other reviewers mentioned, it does run a bit small, so I'd recommend sizing up if you don't want a tight fit. The material isn't really stretchy, but didn't feel restricting or heavy. I was also a little worried about the neckline, but even with the v-neck this dress is conservative enough to wear to work. If I would've ordered my normal size though, the v-neck might have been too much. Overall, wearing this dress was easy breezy and had me feeling comfy but confident all day long!

The neckline on this is perfect for a professional work photo shoot. It hugged all my curves and I felt like a BOSS in my headshots.

Wore this for a formal day at work. I wear between a 4 and 8, and the six fit me perfectly. Super flattering and comfortable on. Even as someone short, with heels, the midi length worked perfectly. Will definitely rent again.

This dress was great quality. Material was nice and thick. The only issue was that it was so low cut. I had so much cleavage popping out I used my lanyard to minimize it. Nevertheless, the color was absolutely gorgeous and I received a trillion compliments.

Sized up which was a good idea. It runs tight. Fabric has some give. Covered my knees (5’9” with fairly long legs). But a smart dress with some style. Great for work.

I am normally a size 2 but decided to go down to size 0. It is not too tight in the hips or chest but I do have to suck in a little on the waist. It is quite flattering.
