This is a classic dress and a great summer option for the office if your work dress code allows bare arms. Length is conservative. The material feels nice on the skin and the fit and flare is flattering.

Loved this dress. Versatile. I only wore it once because it was a bit tight in my mid-section. Still comfortable but i will rent again to have a little more lose (flattering). If I hadn’t splashed a little something on it; I would have worn to work again. Paired with a jacket, it would not need to be sized up. Will absolutely rent again.

Loved this well made dress! It had just the right amount of v neck and collar. My husband was zipping me up and said, "Wow, you can tell this is a nice dress". It fit perfectly (as Black Halo always does) and loved the pockets.

Had to wear a cami underneath unfortunately because it was too low cut for work. Brought down the overall look of the dress but I still loved it!

Flattering, easy to wear, thick material so didn't show any bulges or wrinkles, but also wasn't too hot for summer. I wore with a thin gold belt to give it a little something. Hit in a slightly awkward place on my lower knee so it would have looked frumpy in flats (I am 5'3''). My only complaint is it's a pull over with a zipper, so you have to remember to put it on before you do your hair and makeup!

I found the dress to fit small, and would recommend going up a size. It was great for a work meeting, and could easily take a jacket or blazer on top.

I rent Black Halo for all of my business trips. It feels conservative but also not boring. I'm short so often these are too ling, however, this dress was perfect right above the knee. Fabric and style are of superior quality.

I wore this dress for an in-person work event, and it was absolutely perfect. I loved the collar/neckline, the full skirt, and the pockets. The dress hit just below my knees, making it very work appropriate. Would absolutely rent again, and would consider buying as a great summer work staple!

I love classic pieces in solid colors so this really works for me. My husband asked me to buy it but I use RTR specifically for pricier pieces that I can't/won't buy. Picks up lint and dirt a little easily, had to refresh between wears. Thick ponte fabric, lined, has pockets! Love.

Love this dress. Well structured and flattering. My boyfriend friend reminded me this was 2nd time I rented lol. Guess I need to buy. Only issue is the zipper sticks in places so he struggled helping get it zipped.

The cut and fit of this dress were good, but I needed to go up a size, and the next size was unavailable, so it was never worn. I thought the center back zipper, instead of a size zipper in this style of dress was odd, curious what others think of it.

This is a dress is perfect for a work to dinner/event function. It's a navy color, so different from your LBD but the full skirt flares out to give it some fun, plus has pockets (who doesn't love pockets right?). Unfortunately the dress was just a tad long on me and overwhelmed my overall frame. It was also a little low cut and I need a dressy camisole to wear under. I didn't end up wearing. 5'4, 132lbs, long torso, slim build, 32C

This is a cute dress, but the length is long for me (I'm 5'6") so it hit just below my knees which was not a flattering look on my calves. Also, the pockets area nice touch but they make the dress full around your hips which also was unflattering. this fabric is heavier that it looks - better for a cool day.

Wore it to work. Just a little revealing in the chest area. I had to keep pulling it up.

Just a little full and too much fabric on the bottom but the top part and waist was perfect fit.

If I rent this again, I would definitely size up. It ran true to size and I like a little bit more wiggle room especially in the mid section.
