Wore this for a women's leadership conference and the color, fit, and construction were classy and professional. It traveled well, and I would rent again!

The color was great and I received a ton of compliments. I did need help getting in the dress because the arms and shoulders were so tight. It wasn’t the most comfortable thing I have worn, but I thought it looked great.

Black Halo does a great job enhancing the classic sheath dress to make it stand out, while maintaining the conservative nature for work. The color is beautiful! The silhouette is perfect for work, and I liked the 3/4 sleeves. The boatneck was a fun twist and added a feminine touch. Was a good length on my 5'3 frame with heels. Runs TTS, but if you want to lift your arms all the way above your head, might wanna consider sizing up.

Fit great, shaped my body well, and got me lots of compliments. Would 100% rent it again.

I normally love black halo dresses and find they are flattering and fit beautifully. But this one had a lot of extra material around the waist that didn’t fall properly on me - I tried I to show it in the photo above. Otherwise it was fairly classic black halo with nice material, color and cut. Hard to wear a blazer over the sleeves fyi.

Good structure, a bit of extra room in the midsection, fully lined, would work for any season.

Unfortunately the event I got this for was canceled but I still enjoyed every moment of trying on this dress. It made me feel like Jackie Kennedy, Kate Middleton, and a Democratic nominee all at once. It is as empowering as stunning. It fit perfectly but not too curve hugging so it was still professional. Great length for a long legged woman.

This was stunning and so well made but had the oddest fit. There was a bunch of excess material around my waist but the hips were FIERCELY tight, and I'm not a very hippy person. It was beautiful but I wanted to jump out the window after a long work day in it!

I wore this to a work event I gave a presentation at and it gave me all the confidence! Overall gorgeous color, cut, and style. This brand tends to run small but I found this particular dress to be the opposite -- a little loose fitting, particularly in the waist area.

So I am between 16 and 18 and this dress didn't fit well because it is for a true size 16. I would say if you have a big bust, hips or ass then this might not be for you. It is more for the less curvy girl

I don't understand why they didn't just sew the mini collar down so it doesn't flip up randomly. You will need fabric tape to keep it down all day. But it's a beautiful work dress! Fits TTS and is incredibly professional looking. I've rented this before and will def rent again!

I am 130, not the 125 my profile says I am so I was not able to wear this. I thought it 'fit like a glove', but then I realized you could see every crease/line underneath and I couldn't wear it to my work event. I'm sure the next size up would have worked. Great color, super professional

Love this dress! It fit comfortably. I'm short so I used fabric tape to create a slight hem because the length was long. Also used fashion tape to help hold the neckline down and it worked perfectly and looked beautiful.

This dress looked amazing. The 8, my normal size (5'7", 165, 36C), was a perfect fit. It was a bit dressier than what I was looking for but would have been perfect for an awards even or big meeting at work. The length was great, with a decent but not too high back slit.
