Love the pockets, great networking dress.

This definitely runs small. I sized up one size and JUST fit my hips and tear into this sassy little number! It does have a bit of stretch, which helped. Below knee length but rose up like crazy though the day. I wore a long blazer over to help. Didn't wrinkle too badly, given I say all day. Would definitely rent this brand again now that I know my size.

Wore this for a conference and it was wonderfully made, great fit.

Def runs small, but has stretch. Could have worn the 0, but the 2 was more comfortable for a day of walking and sitting at Capitol Hill. Love the pockets!

I ordered two sizes up based on what I saw and then also got one size up based on the reviews. The size above my normal size fit like a glove. Definitely had to wear spanks to suck it all in, but it was a very flattering fit!

The fabric is beautiful and thick, but not too heavy for an outdoor, summer wedding. The color is spectacular! The fit is slim and very flattering, if you select the right size. Definitely size up at least one size, maybe two.

I forgot I rented this before and I still love it.

This is a very pretty and well-constructed dress. The color is excellent. That said - I can be between a 0-2, and the 2 was snug. Thank god for Spanx! The other funny thing was walking - I seriously couldn’t take as fast/big of a stride as normal due to where the hemline hit my legs, with no stretch (there is no back slit). To rent this, size up at least one if not two sizes for more comfort/mobility.

Amazing dress, insanely good fit. Loved the length as it made it a great dress to wear for work, however the lack of a slit up the back or side made it a little difficult to get around. I take a number of stairs to get to my work station and it was kind of difficult to get to them with the lack of flexibility towards the bottom of the dress. Aside from that minor detail I loved it and it fit perfectly.

Beautiful, classic black halo dress. Vibrant colors, flattering and pockets lay flat. Only complaint was the arm holes were too large, bra showed at times.

I really enjoy Black Halo for workwear, and wanted to love this one, but the downside to this one is the bottom has 0 stretch, making it difficult to walk Norma strides. Felt like I was shuffling all day. Odd because the rest of the dress has a flattering amount of stretch. Otherwise fits TTS.

The dress has barely any stretch and runs a bit small but it's is absolutely gorgeous. The neckline is a bit tight and there's no slit so walking fast was a bit challenging. Having said that, I've gotten so many compliments! I'm 5'10 and weigh 140 so the 6 was great.

This dress is very slimming if you fit into it but don't expect much wiggle room. The hot pink color is gorgeous and it has pockets (although they're not that usable). Very flattering for your arms and hips and is a simply stunning work dress. You'll feel like a boss babe in it.

While it was ever so loose at the natural waist, and there was a slight gap around the shoulder, with a jacket it fit nicely all around. I received compliments all day and felt like a million bucks.

First: This runs tight. I’m a pretty standard 6, and the 8 was tight. Size up! Second: There’s no slit. I waddled around all day. Horrible design given the length. The color is beautiful, though. Such a bummer.

The dress fit like a glove. Added bonus: pockets!! Because the hem hits right at/below the knee, one cannot take long strides in this dress.

Should have read the reviews and ordered a size up. I did get the 6 bc I run between 4/6 depending on the cut/fabric. This fit but it was a tighter fit than I was comfortable with for the event. Also agree that small steps are necessary bc of the cut, would rent again but did not wear

As the other reviews say, the lack of slit in the back makes walking (and definitely stairs) a bit difficult. And the bust/shoulder area was ever so slightly too big. But overall, a great dress. The faults wouldn't prevent me from renting again.

I wore it with a long sweater as it was pretty form fitting for work, but still looked really nice. Great color.

I rented a few dresses for my event and I almost wore this one with a jacket but it was just too tight for me, like any pantyline or bra at all would show so I didn't want to wear it. I think it runs small or maybe I gained weight but I am normally a 6.
