True fit and flair. I love he structured top as winter outfits tend to get bulky. Having said that, size up!

This pink dress... SWOON... I absolutely loved it. The material was thick and flattering, the fit and cut were perfect for my more hourglass shape - it hugged my curves in all the right ways. I am normally a 6 and sized up to an 8 - which was definitely the right call, as the 8 was snug in the bust. This works really well on a taller figure but may drown someone more petite. The button detail and THOSE SHOULDERS - elevated this look from 1950 to 2020 and made me feel so confident all night long.

This is a very elegant dress (with pockets) but be warned it runs small (like all Black Halo dresses). I sized up 1 size and the shoulders are still tight (and I have narrow shoulders). If you have broad shoulders, you might want to size up 2 sizes.

Rented this for a work dinner. It was comfortable and I received many compliments. It is definitely a very bright red color - most people called it a "red" dress. I paired it with Cheetah print heels to spice it up. I could see it running a bit small in the chest / arms area for those ladies with a larger bust.

Still wanted to dress up, and this was really nice! Beautiful bright red/pink, nice fit, pockets!! The padded shoulders were a little much, since I already have broad shoulders. If I could take out the shoulder pads, it would be perfect.

Pros: Beautiful color, soft & thick fabric Cons: Shoulder pads, cannot raise arms above head Maybe I'm spending too much time at the gym and now I have a football player's back and shoulders, because I had no range of motion in my arms wearing this dress. It looks nice on and the fabric is warm and soft, but I could not raise my arms above my head while wearing this dress --fabric has no give at all-- which meant I had to have someone zip it up for me, and I had to make sure I styled my hair before putting the dress. So from an aesthetic standpoint, the dress was beautiful and felt good on, but was hard to move around in. I would not rent again for work.

The dress looked cute in the reviews, but for me immediately screamed a Handmaid’s Tale. Then the darts in the bust looked like pointy nipples. It just didn’t look good on me, unfortunately.

I wore this to a Friday and Saturday event and got compliments at both. I got the 10 and 12 and wore the 12. Zipper is sensitive over the seems but the dress was super comfortable and the color is gorgeous.

I’m 5’10”, 150 pounds, and have a small bust. Could be tight for those with larger busts or broad shoulders. I was surprised by the shoulder pads, but they looked fine.

I wore this to church for Christmas and received so many compliments. The color is beautiful and it's a very flattering fit. It even has pockets! The shoulder pads were a little different for me, but not a bad thing.

Great color, lovely fit, moves great, very comfortable. This dress does need to be accessorized but once you break up the color a bit it is beautiful. I wore this to work on a day I needed a little extra confidence and to church.

Loved this dress, but grateful I have a spouse to help me zip and unzip. The shoulders are so tight I don’t think I could have done it alone.

Wore this to the commissioning celebration of the USS Delaware. This was a perfectly appropriate and super flattering dress that was warm enough to ward off the chill from the water. Very high quality fabric with enough stretch to fit perfectly and comfortably. The color is a little more raspberry than red which makes it very feminine yet still "pops" in a crowd.

It fit really well. I was sent a 12R and I usually would have ordered a size 10. I received a lot of compliments on the cut and color. It is more modest, but I felt fabulous in this.

I love the small amount of detail on the shoulder and the structure of the dress. The best parts are the pockets! I love a classy dress with pockets.

I received so many compliments while wearing this dress. There are large shoulder pads which seemed excessive when I first put the dress on but when it's zipped up they look great. The material is super thick and high quality but it's not too warm. I will definitely rent again.

The longer length with mock neck gave this a ‘nun’ or militant look on me. Love the color but it needed a belt to soften it up a bit and I lacked the nude belt to wear with nude heels so had to go with black and wasn’t crazy about that combo. Definitely snug around my rib cage which on me accentuated my pouch giving me an almost preggo appearance. I need to shed some pounds but still did like the dress very much.

I had a bit of trouble zipping this up as it was tight around my ribcage (I seem to have that issue often). It also is not for full chested ladies. I did get it on and it is a tighter fit but I pulled it off. Luckily it isn't tight on tummy region so that was one plus. I will rent again because overall the dress is very pretty but in a 6.

This dress is super cute. I loved it. I do have pretty athletic arms so it was a bit tight in the arms but everywhere else it fit pretty well. Would definitely recommend for work.

Beautiful dress and fit. More deep pink than red, but lovely. I didn't wear it because I decided it was too heavy for my warmer climate as we are moving into spring.

Even got compliments from my 2-year-old's classmates, haha! It's a beautiful hue and made me feel very put together. I think it was a little tight in the top, but overall, fit well. It was fun to wear.
