Loved it and made a statement. Wore for a big work presentation.

I am 5'11, 215lbs, 36DDD, have wide shoulders and large rib cage, and this dress worked! If you've got big biceps, you might have a problem. There was plenty of room in the chest, it wasn't squeezing the girls. There are pockets! (Which is always a plus), the side flaps help hide the front pooch. The back is longer so you don't have to worry about if it's too short.

This dress hit all the right spots for me. The fabric is nice and thick. Hold you in and keeps you warm. Keeps the ladies looking good. AND IT HAS POCKETS! It can be dressed up or down. Considering adding this to my closet permanently

I’m a little smaller on top so finding the right bra for the cut of the top of this dress was a challenge. Some said they could go without a bra and the material definitely would allow For that but it wasn’t snug enough on my Top To give that level of support. Going down a size would have made it tight on my hips. Taping and different strap configurations were still difficult to hide because of how open the neck is. I basically fought with a strapless bra all night. No biggie. It’s surprisingly comfortable to sit in.

wore to a winter wedding and i loved it. The material really kept everything looking smooth - no spanx. loved the neckline and was afraid sleeves would fall down but they stayed up all night - even with dancing. And pockets - yes. Long sleeves were great as well. I felt great in it all night.

The material is sooooooo pretty. Would be too hot for summer in the South but perfect in November. Has pockets. So flattering without being too constrictive. I may end up buying it.

This dress is rad. Thick fabric, almost like a wetsuit so great for winter. Flattering neckline, reminiscent of renaissance or some super vintage. It has layers almost like a skirted cape around the sides and back, but form fitting in the front so keeps the figure hourglass. Didn't need a bra or shape ware. Most comfortable formal dress.

Wore the 16 and it was very tight against the entire bust area. Need to wear strapless bra to accommodate open neckline. Fabric was incredibly heavy, which was not ideal for an outdoor July wedding. But it did disguise sweat well and I was one of the few not cold in the reception AC.

I weigh 177lbs and 5'7" I have been trying to lose weight still from babies. This dress made me feel pretty! The fabric is heavy and has some spandex so it runs nicely against your body. The long sleeves were comfy and perfect for a January event. The bottom was fitted which makes it feel sexy and the skirt that overlays it just makes it feel perfectly appropriate. I'm at a point in my weight loss journey where I don't love my legs yet, but this dress cut and shape is very flattering.

This dress was an easy transition from wedding officiant to wedding guest. It was classy and fun! And it has pockets.

For very nicely but I never wore it- couldn’t find the right occasion.

The dress was a bit snug on me. The skirt is very short and tight, but it’s covered by the outer layer. When I walked, the skirt would slide up with each step. The sleeves were very restrictive, and I would not have been able to get dressed by myself. I needed my husband to zip it all the way up in the back. Not because it was tight, but because it was hard to raise my arms to get to the zipper. I didn’t end up wearing, but it is a pretty dress, but not right for me.

This dress is gorgeous and very flattering. However, I didn’t wear it because of the neckline. It’s extra wide and probably needs a strapless bra.

This is one of my favorite black dresses because if the detail in the front. I love the material and it’s true to size.

Usually I'm a size 2 but Black Halo dresses can run small so I got the 2 with the 4 as my back-up. 2 fit great except that the sleeves were super tight. 4 also fit and I could bend my arms but the neckline gaped and bunched a bit. So I wore the 2. As others have said, the fabric is quite heavy which was perfect for an outdoor evening event in October. The neckline is unusual in a good way. Definitely better if you have broader shoulders, which I do.

The substantial fabric and cut were very flattering on my large tummy and bust. It was perfect for a formal work event - the right amount of sexy but very comfy. I did have to use fashion tape to shorten the interior skirt, which was too long for my taste. I recommend!

This dress has the prettiest neckline, pockets and is very flattering- need I say more? I wore this to a cocktail party and it was so comfortable. The cut of the skirt is unique and not the same as other LBD. The fabric is thick kind of like a wetsuit but it holds you all in. No need for a bra and with the neckline it would be very difficult to have one with straps. And it has pockets!!

Great material that did not wrinkle during the flight. Perfect for a business related event and party.

Great elegant dress for cooler weather. Size 12 was a slight bit large so ended up wearing one of my other rental options but would order again in a 10.

The others were not at all lying when they said this dress is hot. It fit so nicely and made me look hot with a great rack but man it was hot. I would wear this to an outdoor event in winter.

The top did not fit me well. I’m sure it looks lovely on other people but not on me. Nice material and comfortable but it just didn’t fit me right.
