Great work dress. Collar is fun, color is understated and length is perfect. Easy to wear and comfortable

This dress is very simple but eye-catching. I got lots of compliments. Flattering fit. Easy to spice up with a chunky necklace, loud shoes, big earrings, or a cute jacket. I'm tall and the length was perfect for a business dinner.

Love this beautiful dress. It's a Christmas green color! I wore this to work, church, and brunch. Accessorizing is a must. It's a polished piece but you can change the look of it with your accessories. A leather jacket, chain belt, and black booties can make it edgy, and as you see in my pic: nude skinny belt and a brooch make it sophisticated and polished.

I rented this for work. I wore it on the day of one our holiday parties, and I got compliments that the color was "festive." Overall though, I didn't love the dress. I thought it looked a little plain on its own (hence the scarf) and found the material too stiff for how fitted it is.

This dress is a beautiful color, and quite flattering on if the fit is right - I'm typically between a 2 and 4, and ordered the 2. I could see it being boxy if you size up. Also beware - the is no vent in the bottom, so it is a little tricky to walk and impossible to pull up enough to pee (which means undressing in public bathrooms, lol)!

Gorgeous fabric cut, everything, loved it. I wore the larger of the two sizes I usually go for and it was still tight in my hips and butt so definitely go up an extra size if you have curves!

Comfortable and warm enough to wear to work in the winter. Appreciated the high neckline for work.

I rented this to wear to my nursing school pinning. I am pear shaped and much smaller on top than bottom. I'm probably. 12 on top a d 14/16 on bottom. I could not even get this dress (size 16) over my bust and shoulders! There is ZERO ZERO ZERO stretch. Don't be me and think the other reviews/issues won't apply to you. They will. This size 16 dress is probably more like an 8/10.

Love. Love. Love. This dress is polished, professional, and cuts a beautiful body line. I will order it again one size up...I had to wear multiple spanx to get it to zip and a slip to obscure the shorts/cami lines. I wore it anyway because it was so beautiful. I made some great connections at the event and the power dress helped to underscore that I am an expert in my field. (Paired with grey tights & boots, orange see by chloe coat, and gold / mother of pearl statement necklace.)

Rented this for work and holiday party. Loads of compliments and fit me super well! May run small on some people. Also no slit at the bottom, and not much stretch, so it feels a little tight around the knees. Loved and will absolutely rent again.

I think this would be great for a less curvy person. The hips are a little tight, so maybe size up? It definitely did not fit like a shift dress.

Color is beautiful and the style is nice, but it was too long on me (5' 3"). It hit well below the knee. Fabric is thinner than I expected (medium weight, no lining) and has good stretch. The size 2 was too tight for me, but I am not trying the size 4 because of the length. Disappointed - would be lovely on a taller person!
