Yes. The dress was absolutely perfect. I was presenting at a conference and needed to up my game. Looked fabulous on stage. The slitted sleeves gave me the perfect of interesting detail to make this not just another black business sheeth + helped keep me cool under pressure. Dress material is flattering and forgiving and helps accentuate curves. Love it so much I bought it.

I was worried this wouldn’t fit my chest or hips since I am a bigger girl. It was tight for me, but not uncomfortably so. Lots of compliments, very minimal accessories worked well as the shoulders made a statement on their own! Would definitely rent again!

Rent this dress! Thick material that really holds you in. Gives a nice shape! Loved the sleeves. Only complaint was there is no slit so no fast walking and a little trouble getting in and out of car.

I rented this for a cabinet meeting in my organization. It was perfect and everybody loved it. It fit perfectly, with a little bit of stretch, slightly hard to walk in but it was no problem at all for me. I found it to be very comfortable to wear throughout the day. Very classy and fit the criteria for my conservative dress code.

This dress is a little on the smaller size. I generally wear an 8 in Black Halo and this definitely was hard to zip and tight at the knees (gotta take small steps when walking). It was still a beautiful dress - just not on the stretchy side. The sleeves are super cute!

I absolutely adore this dress. Wore it to work and got so many compliments! Fit true to size and the length was nice even on my short frame. I took off a star because I had to be lint rolling all the time. Also because it is a little hard to walk in since you have a small range of motion with the structure. Still very much recommend renting though!

I rented this dress for graduation. It was a little snug. Walking was especially hard. I think this would work better for non curvy women.

The sleeves on this dress were the perfect pop. I wore this to a funeral and to work and it was perfect for both. I usually wear either a 0 or 2, and I went with the 2 based on the reviews, but wish I had gone with the 0. It was just slightly baggier than I would have liked. I also wish it had a slit in the bottom to make walking and getting into the car easier. Overall, I loved the dress and recommend.

Love this dress and will definitely be renting this again. It's a classic and the opening in the arms make it more interesting and give it a fun twist. The bottom is a little tight like other reviews said.

Dress fit perfectly, loved the sleeves. Felt very Lady Gaga-ish. It was not hard to walk in but I understood previous renters concerns as your steps maybe had to be shortened a little. Would recommend and rent again.

Loved this classy, tastefully sexy black dress with a fun, unexpected pop of interest with the sleeves for my husband's company Christmas party. Loved that I could wear a normal bra and it was easy to accessorize. It's important to note there's no back slit, with not much stretch to the fabric. Made stepping in into an SUV challenging. Also needed to go up stairs at a slight angle. The 12 would have made it extra hard. Sizing up to the 14 made me much more comfortable! Will rent again!

Hands down one of my favorite work dresses I've gotten from RTR. The amazing sleeves, both the shape at the top and the unique cut at the bottom, made this stand out from being any other black dress. One thing that I need to point out is there is no slit in the back! It forces you to shorten your steps and while it wouldn't deter me from renting it again, because I will, it certainly takes some getting used to! The material is also not stretchy at all, making the lack of a slit more noticeable.

I wore this to my son's graduation. I loved the classic Jackie O look! I'm so glad I read the reviews and sized up to accommodate my bust. The fabric is top notch which Black Halo is known for, only downside is there is no walking slit. Would rent again.

Wore this to a board dinner in 65 degree weather. It was more than s plain black dress with the puffed sleeves which were easy to move in. There is no slit at the bottom so walking meant I had to take smaller strides, only reason it's a 4. Fabric thickness was balanced.

This dress is a professional length(below the knees on me) and the shoulders are a great touch but there is no slit so I was not able to take any stairs today and I walked like a munchkin everywhere because I couldn't take a full step. I ordered a 2 because I like my clothes looser for work (at a bank) but it was too big. I definitely needed the 0 so if you are in between sizes definitely go down. Although then the bottom may be so tight you have to stand still all day.

This dress fit me perfectly, however, I did not wear it because I could not get past the sleeves. I attempted to wear it twice but on my frame, the poufy sleeves look very exaggerated - comical even.

This dress is so cute and perfect for work. The length and the longer short sleeve are work appropriate. The only reason I didn't give this dress 5 stars is because it was hard to walk in without a slit. That was definitely a miss on the design cause it was hard to take bigger steps, get in and out of the car or take the stairs.

This dress has no slit at the back and no stretch so you are restricted as you walk. I loved the fit but it's annoying to walk in. Wouldn't rent again. Also I probably could have sizes up. Size 2 was snug on me. I typically wear btwn size 2 and 4.

Great dress for a cocktail party or fancy dinner event. It is tight on the chest - not a problem for me but sobering to keep in mind if you are larger chested. Tight pencil skirt so prepared to be a little restricted in your steps! Second time renting this beauty and I love the chic look.

This dress fit like a glove while still leaving wiggle room for eating, drinking, dancing and walking around. The material is thick so it holds everything in place while smoothing yet has a little bit of stretch so it gives when you move. I had no issue with walking in it despite no kick pleat but I am also tall (5'11"). LOVED this dress!!!!

It's a great dress but if you plan to walk a lot in it, be aware there is no slit so if you're a speed walker like me it might hold ya back :) it's also a bit tough to get up to go to the bathroom if you're curved and have a big toosh. Totally worth the trickiness, so gorgeous

I am curvy/hourglass and loved the fit of this dress. The shoulders elevate the look and this is now one of my RTR faves as it goes from day to night to later night. I usually wear a 12 and go to 14 with Black Halo since I am a 36 E and their line is usually tighter across the chest.
