Took to Europe for June vacation and got lots of use from it. Travels well and fit flawlessly. Wore to horse races and then a classy restaurant in Nice, France. It’s elegant and chic!

I love this dress for work or any occasion. It fits great it looks very classy and expensive. I’ve had several pieces from this brand and it’s become one of my favorites.

Black Halo knows how to design a classic sheath that is sophisticated and sensual without being too much of anything (but on the money). The fit is true to size. The dress is comfortable. The material is soft and didn't wrinkle at the office and still looked fresh enough to go out after work. This is a great dress I will rent again.

Easy to wear all day and professional enough for work, especially with the interesting neckline detail. The print is feminine but it has a sporty fit (fabric stretches and moves) and could be worn with nice tennis shoes.

You can throw this dress in a bag, shake it out and wear it. It's a great dress if you're small on top. I tend to wear knee length sheath dresses, and this was perfect!

I loved this dress so much!! It is so beautiful!! The orange flowers really pop. The dress shows more white on the website but it is actually an ivory/very soft pink hue with the orange flowers on it. Absolutely gorgeous.

Fully fabulous 1960s vibes. The high, gathered neck and unusual, beautiful floral print make this dress such a stand-out. Expect lots of compliments! No stretch plus the high neckline do make the fit a little constraining - I sized up and still had to adjust every time I sat down - but the look is gorgeous, especially for summer professional events.

I am on the board of a nonprofit and wanted a dress that looked professional but also dressy for a semi formal event. I felt that this one hit the mark with being attractive yet more on the conservative side. I pretty much always wear a size 4 but for this one I wore the size 6. The 4 was a little tight in the hips for me. I have more of an athletic figure so that could be related (big soccer quads). Overall, I loved it! It was super comfortable!

Dress has nice material and is super classic style. The high neck can at times be a little restrictive, but so pretty.

It's hard to see in the picture, but the upper part of this dress is really lovely the way it drapes. Pretty and elegant. I wore it to work and a reception after. Nice way to wear something different to work but still decently conservative. Fell below my knee as I'm petite.

Fabric was great runs true to size....slightly big on top but not too bad.

Wasn't sure if this would look like wearing the drapery but turned out to be a sweet floral work dress. You'd better like orange!

Don't let the print scare you, not your grandma's table cloth!!! The structure is interesting and beautiful, so many compliments! This dress does run small but a must rent.

Snug in the waist. Designed for other body types (busty or straight & narrow), but i think it was still flattering. Nice print, would look good with a jade pendant.

Something about the cut / how tight / length / sleeveless made this feel too risqué for my office. But very cute and with an interesting twist.

The neck has an interesting fold. I liked the pattern and style, but not crazy about the neckline.

TTS for Black Halo (I always err on the bigger size). A great spring piece. Paired it with green heels and it was a hit at the office!

This dress fit like it was made for me. Great length, great fabric and nice shape. I wish there were more options like this one on RTR. Too many flare and baggy styles but this one was a stunner.

Black halo is my favorite brand on RTR and this is probably my favorite dress that I have rented often yet did not purchase. Very professional yet sits well on my body; just right for the right confidence boost in an executive setting

I don’t often leave reviews but this deserves the praise. Black halo can be tough as it runs very small. I’m a true size 4 (can go down to 2) but I always rent size 6 in black halo. Wore to office and then client dinner in NYC that night. Felt it was work appropriate but pretty and colorful for summer

Larger size option was a tad too big
