Loved this dress. Very elegant and classy but at the same time a little bit sassy. Great quality fabric and perfect fit for a petite figure. I wore it to a work Christmas party.

This is a solid summer work dress. Fit and flare, super comfortable and has pockets! Black Halo is always quality -- thick material stays unwrinkled and fresh all day. If this dress came in 20 colors, I would rent them all.

I rented this dress for work. I paired it with a cute little Jean jacket to dress it down a little bit when it was cooler. It fits so perfectly and has a nice heft to it. Feels like a luxury item. Definitely would rent again

I wore this dress to a funeral, but was able to arrange the draping so it did not look low-cut during the actual service. For my earlier brunch, I tied it higher for a sexier look.

I love the fun neckline, the flare at the bottom and of course, the pockets!! It was a little tight in the chest area so I ended up not wearing a bra so thankfully it’s very well lined. Great length and fun dress but warning: the zipper is a little tricky! You will probably need someone to give you hand with it.

The cut and fabric was excellent, very well fit. Elegant and professional for work days and work evening events. Wore a lighted under shirt for the skit since it shows so much cleavage, abd it really made it look even better. Pockets a plus!

Fit TTS and was comfortable. Am very tall, loved the length (below knee).

I'm usually a size 12 but rented this in a 14 and it fit well/ was comfortable. I was worried about the key-hole being low but it seemed fine when I tried it on ... but it was deceiving -- it's very low cut! I made it work by tying a big knot low, right at the V and then safety-pinning it from the inside so that the neck ties cover the cleavage. All in all, I liked it and will probably rent again, but it definitely takes some maneuvering to make it work appropriate for my DDs.

I wore this to work and it was perfect. I received many compliments and felt very confident. The slit in the chest was not too sexy on my as I have a small bust, and the decent length on the skirt makes it appropriate for work. I will say it was tricky to get on and off the first time. I practiced at home, so I could get it on, zip it, and tie the bow before I went on my business trip. Keep that in mind! But it’s comfortable and has great pockets.

Heavier fabric, don't wear in the dead of summer if you're going to be outside for long. Loved the high neck tie with the keyhole cut out.

I think the main issue with this dress was just the fit. Being tall the waistline was all wrong, hit just below my ribs and flared out... so unflattering :(

This dress is cut perfectly, the fabric is gorgeous, and it has POCKETS! The fit is flattering and forgiving. The keyhole at the neckline plunges pretty deeply, but the tie lays over it.

It’s Flowy and comfy. It has a certain degree of southern charm. I loved it!

Dress hit in all the right places. I'm fairly tall and I loved the length. And it has pockets. Perfect for conferences so you can carry your phone and business cards without being weighed down by a clutch or bag. Also, at night I undid the bow, wore a pair of flat white sneakers and it looked equally cute! Loved that I could dress up or down.

Wore this for a work even and it was so comfortable and the pockets were a huge plus. Would definitely recommend, very flattering for a pear shape.

This dress was amazing. I got so many compliments - I even had someone say that they are going to try out RTR to try to wear this dress. It's long enough to be super comfortable and the neck straps make it so that it doesn't feel like I'm super exposed. It is form fitting around the rib cage area so I'm glad I got the 2 instead of the 0.

You can't go wrong with Black Halo, but always size up. Great fabric and cut and hits the body at all the right places.

Wearing a typical 6 as I do in all black halo. I love this dress but the slit is low! It looks great with a belt and a cardi for a classic look!

This is the first neckline I have worn with this style. It takes a bit of trial and error but is such a versatile look. This dress is a great length, has pockets and the fabric is thick with a bit of stretch.

Wore this for my wedding anniversary dinner. The fabric is thick and heavy, which makes it feel high quality and durable. The dress is simple but makes you feel sophisticated. It hits your waist nicely to give you shape and then gets looser below, so it is very forgiving for a dinner date :) I would also consider this for a work event! My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it's definitely an older look than I am used to.

loved wearing this to work and to a photoshoot for my brand. It was professional yet pretty and kinda flirty with the swingy skirt. It's definitely tight in the diaphragm area so if you don't have a small waist, I'd suggest sizing up.

Loved this dress - I've lost weight recently and am in a size 8/10 in non RTR clothes. This was size 12 and fit just right. I would say that it runs small in the chest/back/waist. Recommend sizing up. Classy, comfy, has pockets, the perfect dress.

I felt great in this dress. The material had a bit of stretch/was very forgiving so I feel like it could work for a lot of different sizes and body types.

I loved this dress. The top was a little tight, but the dress had pockets and I looked fantastic, so no big deal. The fabric is thick, so it smooths over the lumpier bits. Very flattering to my curves.

Wore this for a business work meeting. It's so comfy, so classy, and flattering beyond belief! I have a bit of a wider rib cage and am between a 6 and 8, and will admit the waist is a little tight in 6R for me. It's only noticeable when sitting. Most other size 6's probably wouldn't have an issue. I'm pregnant and plan to wear this again as the belly grows, the A line style is GREAT and length is long enough to remain classy even as I get bigger.

I loved the fit. I don't normally wear dresses that hit below the knee, but something about the narrow waist and full skirt was incredibly flattering. Such a great dress.
